Yesterday
I
went
to
the
Mataró
clinic
for
the
first
time
and
I
will
never
return.
I
went
to
have
the
annual
dental
cleaning
that
comes
through
the
mutual
insurance
company
and
the
treatment
and
experience
was
very
negative.
When
I
entered
the
office,
the
chair
was
dirty
on
the
part
where
the
head
rests
and
I
kindly
asked
the
girl
who
was
going
to
clean
me
if
she
had
a
cloth/paper
to
clean
the
splashes
and
she
told
me
that
was
the
case.
and
he
had
no
intention
of
giving
me
a
piece
of
paper
so
he
could
clean
it
up.
It
was
clear
that
they
were
stains
from
previous
patients,
but
out
of
politeness
and
because
I
had
never
been
there,
I
sat
down
even
though
it
made
me
sick.
When
we
finished
cleaning,
they
offered
me
a
glass
of
water
to
rinse
off.
I
asked
for
a
napkin
to
clean
myself
and
they
told
me
no,
that
I
should
do
it
with
the
"bib"
that
they
give
you
when
cleaning
even
though
it
was
splashed
and
dirty
on
me.
It
has
never
happened
to
me
that
they
denied
me
a
napkin.
As
I
spit
the
water
into
the
sink,
I
saw
that
there
were
remains
of
pasta
from
previous
patients.
It
made
me
very
sick.
The
cleaning
in
total
lasted
13
minutes
considering
that
we
were
talking
because
I
had
a
question.
I
have
been
going
to
the
dentist
for
many
years
(I
have
been
to
4
different
ones
since
I
was
7
years
old)
and
it
is
the
first
time
I
have
seen
a
clinic
so
dirty
with
this
treatment
and
that
the
cleaning
duration
is
so
short.
I
can
understand
that
there
was
little
tartar
or
areas
to
clean,
but
it
gave
me
the
feeling
that
because
it
was
a
mutual
cleaning,
they
made
little
effort.
I'm
not
used
to
doing
reviews
on
Google
but
I
don't
want
the
same
thing
to
happen
to
me
again.
I
do
not
recommend
this
clinic
to
anyone.
