    Terrible telephone service and zero management recommended. I made an appointment by phone in August and they gave me one after two months. I called today (exactly one week before said appointment) to check availability and they rudely told me that they do not have the appointment registered. They propose another date for two more months (at the end of the year when I requested it in August) and this is their only solution knowing that it is an urgent consultation. After all this, I have been waiting for more than half an hour for them to take my call and they answer you with arrogance and bad manners. Very unprofessional.

    The pulmonology service is fatal, in terms of appointments they have a wait for tests of more than 2 months, being urgent and they do not give you any solution. The receptionists have changed our appointment twice, without providing solutions for the urgency. Being a private mutual, they should value the service they provide, which, compared to other centers, leaves much to be desired. In recent years the service has gotten worse. If you can avoid going there, the better, because they give you the first visit, but the tests can take months.

    It was easy to make an appointment. I paid 140 euro for 2 visits to the ENT/ORL specialist. Doctors were very friendly and professional and took the time to listen to my situation. Thanks a lot.

    After waiting several months to have an appointment with the digestive specialist, they called me the week before to tell me that they canceled my appointment because the doctor will not be there and that the next time they have to give me will be with another doctor and in January 2024 they will not be there. They have nothing before. If you have any digestive health problems, it is better not to consider starting with Gemma.

    I am heading to this specific center. Last week I tried to leave a CV, although I know that it is usually directed to an email, (when you are looking for a job you have to insist), one of the girls very kindly said yes, and her partner (about 30 years old) told her that “Mary”, I understand that it will be rrhh, said that they do not accept CV, I can understand it… but the manner and manner of that girl are not the most correct to be in the reception of a Health Center, Rude, arrogant, and zero empathy, the opposite of the requirements you have to have to work there. I don't know his name, if not, I'll tell him. I have been working in healthcare for years, and of course I would not have a profile like that, since they are the face of the company, and they forget that they deal with people.

    Today I had an appointment with my grandmother for the ENT, the truth is that the specialist attended as if we were in a supermarket with a number. The treatment towards my grandmother was very distant, a very hasty diagnosis (although I do not doubt her professionalism) and saying that a medication should be taken even if it has all the side effects, seems very inappropriate to me on the part of a medical professional. In addition, we have to make a second appointment with her and for more INRI we have to make an appointment with a dermatologist, who will surely see my grandmother's condition better. I do not recommend the ENT, due to treatment and way of diagnosing.

    We are very happy with the center's pediatric ENT team. They have always treated us in a very friendly way, very friendly and explaining everything in a clear way. The people at the reception who assisted us have always been very friendly as well.

    Wanting to make profits at the expense of health is not ethical. First worry about the health of the clients. It wouldn't be bad for employees with more education and friendliness. Some doctors leave a lot to be desired. In general, very bad. I will never go back again!!

    As a client of Gema Medical, we had good customers experiences with gema medical over the past five years, but I DO NOT recommend Dr. Irene Villa Masana for her rude attitude towards the patient, her bad behaviors were as the following- In March 2021: - Delay more than 30 minutes on duty, even without any apologies to the patient. -Tooth extraction anesthetic not effective, she even started to work. She has to improve her professional skills. -After one week of tooth extraction in March, I have to cancel the appointment for the third tooth due to her bad tooth extraction. I actually scared for her skills. She told me I can come if my tooth pain again. On June 2 2021 - As a doctor, it is her duty to check the patient’s records before the appointment, today her first word to me is why I come to see her? -To take one tooth or two tooth, as a doctor, she has to check the conditions of the patient and to give the suggestion which one is priority today, not to listen to the patient. Overall on the above, It would be appreciated for Medical Management to review Dr. Irene Villa Masana’s working attitude and rude behaviors to the patient. Looking forward to hearing from Gema Medical Management. Kind regards
