    Ayo, the coach and owner of Rise fitness is Amazing. He is knowledgeable and patient. He always has time to answer questions or concerns that you may have. I love that he is always willing to modify any movements and workouts to insure safety and efficiency. Overall Rise is an Awesome experience for every fitness level and age.

    I LOVE Rise Fitness. It is truly a special gym. Not only am I getting stronger and more physically fit, but I'm also doing it in a safe, healthy way through my Rise workouts. Ayo is an excellent instructor. He is knowledgeable, informative, and, best of all, kind. So thankful I found my happy place:).

    If you're looking for expert coaching for all of your fitness goals, RISE should be on your list of gyms to consider. Boutique style small group fitness with highly attentive coaching is one thing, but to get a solid strength and endurance program that actually makes sense AND makes you sweat with quantitative benchmarks taken regularly really levels up the fitness experience. You don't often find this level of expertise and finesse with programming in my experience. As a medical professional who has also led group fitness classes and done personal training back in the day, I can attest that Coach Ayo really knows his stuff and will help you get to your next level!

    Joining Rise has been a game-changing experience, and I couldn’t be more grateful for it. I came to my first class as someone who kinda exercises, but this has been something totally different—this is training. I feel like I’m playing a team sport again in all the best ways. Thanks to Ayo, the approach at Rise is so community oriented, so fun and low pressure, that you can get in the best shape of your life simply by showing up and staying open. Ayo’s programming is smart, progressive, and varied, and his attention to detail is unreal. He’ll check and correct your form kindly (seemingly with eyes on the back of his head!). And the gym is well organized and immaculate. Can’t recommend Rise enough!

    When I started last Sept. I NEVER thought in a million years my back squat numbers would get back to where they were with only squatting once a week. I barely squared anything for the first six month on top of that! So to be back where I was in my “prime” when I was squatting 3x per week is truly mind blowing. The methodical programming can not be beat and the coaching teams ability to customize any movement or workout to your specific needs or limitation is world class. I stand can’t thank Rise Fitness enough and will recommend them to everyone till I die.

    One of the most challenging aspects of moving from NJ to NYC was having to relinquish regular access to Rise Fitness and Ayo's premier coaching. Apart from being an amazing human being with impeccable musical taste and a gift for gab, Ayo successfully created an environment that delivers physical and spiritual empowerment on every visit. He is truly a talented coach and one of the best motivators I know, and I can't wait for him to open his next facility in my New York neighborhood. ;)

    Best place in North Jersey to make yourself better. Better athlete, better mindset, better limits. Ayo is so keen to detail, that improvements are inevitable. Each adjustment, minor or macro, matters. The gym is clean and there is a starting point for everyone, def recommend for all fitness enthusiasts.

    I came to RISE Fitness in August ‘22 and immediately felt very welcomed by Coach Ayo and Coach Sarah. It’s quite amazing what Ayo has built here from the ground up. The facility is immaculate, well equipped, and highly functional. Ayo builds training programs structured into 8 week blocks and they are TOP TIER. They incorporate progressive overload and deload weeks so you never plateau/exhaust yourself. Group classes are tough but always doable, and Ayo and Sarah are always present to provide exercise mods and form corrections. Most times, they pop by just to give an encouraging cheer and a laugh! I joined for the equipment/programming but stayed for the community (and dope music haha). It’s been so fun making new friends and working out in a safe space that’s free of judgement! I can’t wait to see the results of consistent training with Ayo’s programs!

    Joining Rise Fitness has been one of the best experiences. The level of detail in the training program and coaching is world class. I always struggled with putting together an exercise routine that sticks. Rise Fitness makes it very simple. Just Show Up and put in the work. The program takes all the guessing out of training. You will build your strength and endurance over a 12-13 week season. I have been amazed at the progress I have seen in the three months I've been at Rise. I'm excited to see how far I can and will go. I highly recommend this place!

    Programming is ELITE! Ayo is meticulous & dedicated and the proof is in the results. I joined 6 months ago & committed to the ‘STRONG’ program, I can now confidently say that I am much stronger. It has taken consistency on my part but the programming & quality instruction are the secret ingredients. All you really have to do is show up, they’ll handle the rest. Grateful I landed here & looking forward to continuing to grow 🌱 If you are looking to unlock the next level- RISE is the key!

    I don't live very close to RISE but every time I go to a class, I think of how it's worth the trip. The programming here is excellent and the strength sessions combined with the mobility and accessory movements make for a great workout. I also love the variety of different types of workouts that are offered and know the value of the combination of endurance and strength training. The coaching is also great, and the gym impeccably clean. I highly recommend taking a class and seeing what RISE is all about!

    I signed up for my first class 1 year ago, just looking for a way to work out post-pandemic. (I had no strength training experience prior to this.) But I’ve come away with much more, thanks to the professionalism and dedication of the RISE team. The training itself works: with consistency, I’ve seen progress both in the weight I’m moving and my stamina, especially on cardio days. The coaches also do a great job instructing and encouraging, without being pushy. Really appreciate their emphasis on safety and doing the movements properly. Also helps that this gym is full of kind people, clean, and the music is fire (very good)

    Ayo is not just an amazing and motivational trainer, he truly cares about you as a person and the progress you’re making in class. Gyms tend to intimidate me, but since joining Rise Fitness, I am excited to attend the classes, have not felt uncomfortable and have had nothing but a great experience. Ayo truly takes the time to provide great tips/ feedback to get the most out of your workouts. Both Ayo and Sarah are exceptional and very inspiring. I would highly recommend Rise Fitness!

    RISE Fitness is the truth. The programming, coaching, and atmosphere are all exceptional. Even on my worst days, I've never left thinking I had a bad workout. Great balance of strength training and high intensity cardio. The Coaches also integrate a good amount of mobility work and are very focused on injury prevention. Come here for smart, intense, and efficient workouts.

    Just took a KILLER conditioning class. Set me up for a great weekend. Intelligently programmed, facility is clean and organized, and the crew was polite and helpful. 10/10.
