Dr. Molinaro is, I'm sure, very competent. I've been a patient for a couple of years and he practices the robotic, factory assembly-line style of medicine that is all too prevalent today. Nothing that couldn't be done by computer following a decision tree based on test results. I am in relatively good health, yet every time I have an appointment with him, I leave feeling as though I'm on my death bed. I thing he is an excellent choice for an internist if the patient is no older that 30 and in perfect health. This practice is a factory. You feel like nothing more than a number here. The staff, are overworked, stressed-out and it manifests itself in mistakes and "misses". Do yourself a favor and find a practice where you are treated like an individual, not merely the sum of your test results.

Dr. Molinaro has treated me and my family for many years. I have been very pleased with his treatment and recommendations. However, most recently I do have some concerns with responsiveness of the front office in returning calls and refilling prescriptions.

Dr. Molinaro is great. However....you are only as good as your staff. I have been waiting for a medical clearance from this office for a few days now. Each time my surgeon calls they are told is on his desk. I call the same thing. No one seems to have a care in world to get this signature. My surgery had to be canceled because of this and now delayed one week. Which means all of my pre-arranged post op care has to be rescheduled. My already approved FMLA has to be revised. No care of how this simple signature can alter everything!

I am so grateful to Dr. Molinaro and his staff, especially Maureen! I have a flight tomorrow morning and I was having weird pain and throbbing in my calf, thigh, and hip area. I thought I had a blood clot and was very nervous getting on a 10 hour flight. Dr. Molinaro was super attentive and made sure I had a Doppler test right away before I boarded that plane. Thank you so much to him and his amazing staff. 🧡

Went to see Dr Molinaro for my complete physical, everybody is super nice, did not have to wait long in the waiting room. When I went into see the doctor he greeted me very respectfully, I like how he is old school when he does his check ups. I would recommend him to all new patients.

I had two visits with Dr. Molinaro. The 1st was virtual which was also my first time meeting with Dr. Molinaro since my Doctor passed away from covid-19. He was extremely nice and welcoming. He told me if I wanted him as my primary Doctor he would be happy to have me. My 2nd visit was at the office. Let me say. The office cleanliness was impressive, especially for these times. Great new facility. The building, the parking. All made to make a visit easy. Also such a courteous staff.

I have been Dr. Molinaro’s patient for about one year. I have been extremely impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and warm, caring attitude. The office and nursing staff are also wonderful. They are friendly, helpful and very efficient. It has been a pleasure to be a patient at this office and I’m grateful that someone recommended them to me.

Dr. Molinaro has been a great doctor. I did experiment with a few different doctors before him as my primary care physician and have now been with Dr. Molinaro for about 5 years. His practice is well supported by his staff at the Mountainside Medical Group, with prompt call backs with results, and easy appointment scheduling. They have recently introduced an online portal to track your appointments, visit history and lab reports, which has been a great feature add. They have also made the effort to upload all your past visit details and lab reports in their to help you better track your health over the years. And most importantly, I appreciate how Dr. Molinaro keeps is prescription advice plain and simple, without pushing for too many medications unless there is a real need for it.

As always Dr. Molinaro attention to detail makes him a great GP. He covers all of the bases and can see if there is something out of place during any of my visits. Everyone should want Dr, Molinaro as their GP!

Dr. Molinaro has been my PCP for the better part of ten years. I appreciate his manner of practice & the time he takes to understand what’s going on with my health. He values my time, so appointments are kept as scheduled. The receptionists & technicians do a great job & make the experience pleasant.

Attentive staff. Douglas has the magic touch when taking blood. Front desk people are very helpful.

Dr. Molinaro is great. He's nice, laid-back, thorough, and he pays attention. The problem is that all of his office and support systems are terrible. Over the six years I've been visiting his office, his assistants have been consistently rude and incompetent. The phones and computer systems at Mountainside Medical Group never seem to work. Nearly every interaction is unpleasant and inefficient. Example: On every visit for THREE YEARS, I told the office staff that I had moved. Yet they continued sending bills to my old address, which caused one bill to go to a collections agency. Dr. Molinaro's skills are wasted here. He should move to a new medical practice. Until then? Fellow patients, stay away.

I have been seeing Dr Molinaro less than a year. In that short time he has helped me lower my A1C from 8.3 to 6.8. I am thrilled that I found such a competent doctor. He is not only knowledge, he takes the time to talk and explain things on a level that you understand. He is outstanding !! His staff is also very helpful, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Molinaro to anyone in need of an excellent doctor..
