I ordered a item from them in January. Never received the item. They told me it will take 7 to 10 business days before they send it out. We'll, I contacted them and told them it's been 10 days already. I want my money back. Then they told me it will take 5 to 7 business days. That the amount will be on my card. Again I waited no refund. Then told me we only have 3 people working rn on orders. At this point I didn't care sounded like their problem not mine. I had to call my bank so I can get my money back. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. They will quickly take your money and you will never see your items. This so called company are scamming people. The clothes are beautiful but, next time I will do my research before ordering. Lesson learned.

I’ve shopped in person and had no issues but if you order from website beware. Order a $100 coat beginning of November and never received it. She kept promising me refund but made every execuse in the book. Finally had to dispute the charge. Worst customer service ever ! Will never buy from them again.

Retail fraud beware! No return policy or refund only store credit! Whoever is operating the online store is unprofessional not an actual clothing store. The person who’s communicating via email gives you the run around for undelivered items. Placed an order 5 months ago and it was never shipped. Try to cancel order and they said the policy stated no return or refund only store credit. Claims to be a store but come to find out the address on the website is linked to a cash check center. If you look up the address they have listed under their return policy address location you’ll find a phone number linked to the address but it’s not a clothing store it’s for a different store. Makes sense why their phone number isn’t listed only email address. I’m surprised no one has showed up to the fake establishment in person. I would, but unfortunately live too far from the location. Looks like someone is running an illegal online retail business from the cash check center. Store was reported hopefully they will be shut down and forced to refund all customers.

Please steer very far away from this company. I placed an order on 5/23/22 for 7 items and the items came at different times months later and I have yet to receive one item in addition to an item I sent back from a refund that I have yet to be compensated for. Their customer service is the most horrific I've ever experienced with any company. Their response time and communication is extremely unprofessional and I have gone back and forth with them in approximately 40 e-mails to receive a refund for the "Zara Jacket" ($149.00 USD) because the item never arrived. The representative offered a refund in August 2022 and I have sent numerous e-mails checking in on the status and they stopped responding. Secondly, I purchased the "Cardi Blazer" ($149.00 USD) and the item arrived with a large hole in the collar. The representative mentioned that they did not do refunds but they will exchange. I demanded a refund as I strongly disagreed with continuing to communicate with them. After receiving a screenshot of a return label (they didn't even have the professionalism to send a PDF file for a return label) I sent the item back. I continued to e-mail them to check on the status of the blazer as I saw that it was delivered and by then they had already stopped responding to my e-mails, so I was totally robbed by this company for $300+. This company has no phone number for direct contact, bad reviews, terrible customer service, cheap quality clothing and they are thieves! I have marked them with 1 star because it is the minimum that is needed to post the review, but this company is the lowest I've ever purchased from, ZERO stars. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!

The person who is operating this store is a thief I the first time I order I got the product and return it she gave me store credit. On august 28 I wanted the $98 store credit and my purchase wouldn’t go through so I contacted her on instagram she said I have to order something over the $98 so I need to add something for 1 or $2 more but there’s nothing on the site for 1 or 2 dollars more so I order a shorts for $39 everything came up to $145 she never shipped these products and read my messages and never reply and post every day trying scam people money

Ordered March 2023, it's now May 15th 2023. Still have not received my item. They stopped communicating with me. Buyer beware. It's a scam.

I returned my order in January. It was sent with a return signature. So I know they received it. They are refusing to give me my store credit or refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
