I placed an order for my favorite pizza at Pizza Hut, but I was quite disappointed with what I received. Now, I'm not sure if I'll order from there again. I hope they can look into improving the quality of the pizzas so that I can enjoy the experience more in the future.

Poor service with a lot of rude attitude. Owner/Management should invest in some customer services training. This lady, the manager during Night Shift, is very rude with customer and there was nobody in the front for a long period. She started arguing with an employee in front of the customer and send this guy home in the middle of the shift. They made a huge line and I waited over 1hr for my order to be ready.

Worst Pizza Hut in NJ! Customer service is despicable. The manager who is a woman held an unlit cigarette in her hand while she spoke to me and gave excuse upon excuse with the most nonchalant tone on why my pizza was burnt. She was fully aware that it was burnt when prepared and sent it out for delivery anyway! I stupidly order a second time within the same month and behold another burnt pizza! Seriously how hard is your job that you can prepare pizza and take it out the oven in time. What makes it even worst is that this particular pizza is always offline and has their calls transferred to a call center who is just as unhelpful and despicable. I didn’t get a refund, I didn’t get a fresh pie to make up for the burnt one. Nothing, I hope this place along with its staff goes out of business.

I've been coming to this Pizza Hut for about 7 years, and it never disappoints! The only thing that I wish for is if the dining area of the restaurant was open. But overall, it's an amazing place. Atmosphere: 7.5/10 Food: 9.1/10 Service: 8.6/10 Cleanliness: 7.2/10

If I could give -5 stars for food quality I would. Atmosphere score 1 star due to no dining since Covid over 3 years later, which is lazy and ridiculous. The service was great very friendly and curbside. BUT…. The pizza was the worst I ever seen Crust was over 2 inch wide and BARLEY ANY CHEESE. I never write reviews but this was necessary. People have complained about burnt but since my pizza had no cheese hardly their was not much to burn. Pizza used to always be so amazing so now I’ll have to try the one in Oakland. Please if Pizza Hut is reading this TEACH your cooks to take more pride in in their work ethic if they cannot tell the to find another job. This pizza proves JUST POOR LAZINESS.

Someone must be keeping this building afloat, idk how. Place was in shambles when I walked in. Felt like I was in an old Little Egg Harbour motel off exit 38 because I couldn't afford to stay in a.c! My pie wasn't cooked or cut all the way through.

Ex employee who was just unjustly fired, so I’m not holding my tongue any longer The manager Cristy is rude, unprofessional, and loves to belittle and threaten employees, she is also stealing time by having other ppl clock her out. She also very rude to customers. She knew who was stealing and still didn’t fire them, she kept a crackhead on staff even after other employees have told her he was no good and he was also stealing The only bright side here is The night crew runs the store at A1 tho she doesn’t give us the tools to succeed we always make it happen and do our best with what we got. She ignores the obvious health concerns that affect both employees and customers such as molded pans, rotting subfloors the accumulation of black mold, the dish machine not working properly. She is a terrible manager who only works when the higher ups are in the store

I’ve been going to this place since I was a kid, and now as a dasher I visit way more frequently both during the day and throughout the night. Now from what I seen this place has gone to s***, The day shift has a very unprofessional, disrespectful rude woman “running” the front end and every time I pull up she either sitting on her phone or yelling and belittling her employees. And when I come at night I hear the complaints about her and I mean every night…from her not being on site when scheduled and having other managers clock her out which I believe is stealing time (at least at my job it is), about her not ordering enough stuff which makes sense since they always running out of things which has affected my customers orders. Not to mention what they speak on when talking about the over all conditions of the store such as molded pans , leaks everywhere, floor having a high probability of caving in. This is only some of the complaints that the employees speak about, I my self have stopped ordering food from here because of the thing I’ve over heard from the dine in area while picking up food for my dash customers. And it is very concerning. I recommend a change in management and a health inspector pay a surprise visit asap
