I was recommended this salon and I absolutely loved it! My sister and I went to get a haircut by Jules. I was so happy about the end result. My sister and I explain to her exactly what we wanted and I was nervous because I haven’t had the best luck getting a haircut. But Jules got exactly what I wanted and more. I can’t wait to go back. But to other people I definitely recommend going there. It’s worth every penny.

Tatiana is hands down the best at color there is! I described my dream color and she understood immediately and told me to trust the process. I absolutely love getting my hair done by Angie. Her attention to detail is incredible and she is the kindest person. Angie is approachable and always makes me feel welcome. She listens to my hair goals thoroughly and delivers the best results. I told her I wanted to lighten my hair for summer in the most natural and low maintenance way and I could not be happier with the outcome. Every time I leave the salon, I swear it is the best my hair has ever looked.

I have been going to Vanessa Morocho for highlights for so so long. She’s truly the best. At the beginning of every appointment, she listens to what you want and helps you understand the process and science which speaks so much to her experience and passion. She will forever be my person! Her work on my hair always makes me feel beautiful and I appreciate all the tips to maintain my hair blonde and strong. It’s definitely been a huge help. 100% recommend Vanessa. The studio itself, is so cute, so comfortable and clean. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. Love this place.

This is now my second time with Sam and I couldn’t be happier. My first time with Sam I had volunteered as a hair model and got paired with her and I was so in love with my results the first time that it was an absolute no brainer to book another appt with her again! She brought my hair from what was once brown with blonde streaks to brunette with red highlights, to now the most amazing red/ginger hair color. I. AM. IN. LOVE. Everyone please run and ask for Sam if you’re thinking of getting your hair done. She’s the best of the best!

I typically have my hair done by a stylist in the West Villiage, but decided to give Rebel Hair Studio a shot rather than making a trip into the city. I had a pleasant experience from the moment I booked my appointment online. I was happily greeted by Rene at the front desk when I arrived and had a delightful conversation with her before leaving the salon. I had the pleasure of having my hair cut and colored by Vanessa. She is a talented, knowledgeable, and professional stylist. Vanessa mixed a beautiful shade of dark brown that covered my grays and complimented my skin tone. She gave advice on how to maintain my color and recommended products without being pushy to sell them. I wanted to keep my hair long. I am 5.5 months postpartum and my hair is shedding quite a bit. Vanessa cut only what needed to be cut to preserve the length and help the ends look fuller while layering the top front to frame my face nicely. Before getting started, Vanessa made sure that I knew the total cost for the services she was providing. For some her pricing may seem a bit high, but for anyone who is looking for a great colorist and stylist, the price is well worth the end result.
