This
is
by
far
the
worst
restaurant
experience
I
ever
had
in
my
life!
I
walked
into
this
establishment
with
my
family
just
to
grab
a
bite
before
a
flight,
and
noticed
there
was
no
hostess
at
the
booth
to
greet
us
and
welcome
us
in.
It
literally
took
about
5-7
minutes
for
someone
to
come
to
us
and
ask
if
we
would
like
to
be
seated?
I
mean,
what
do
you
think?
We're
just
window
shopping
for
food?
Anyway,
after
being
seated,
the
waitress
took
another
10
minutes
to
come
to
the
table
to
introduce
herself,
in
which
she
did
not
even
provide
a
name,
but
is
was
surely
the
same
person
that
sat
us
down.
So
we
have
all
decided
on
what
we
wanted
to
eat,
and
took
our
drink
order
last,
which
is
odd
because
any
other
restaurant
would
want
their
servers
to
ask
customers
what
would
we
like
to
drink?
The
drinks
literally
came
to
the
table
10
minutes
after
the
order
was
put
in,
and
it
also
came
to
us
warm.
So
then
another
15
minutes
passes
by,
and
the
appetizers
did
not
even
make
it
to
the
table,
let
alone
to
dishes
we
ordered.
So
we
was
not
very
happy
with
the
service
and
the
whole
experience
was
horrible!
Food
should
not
have
taken
that
long
because
it
was
very
slow
in
the
restaurant,
there
were
maybe
6-7
customers
at
the
bar
and
3
tables
with
customers.
How
can
a
business
this
slow
be
so
slow
with
bringing
food
and
drinks?
I
truly
do
not
understand
this!
I
myself
work
in
the
same
industry
and
I
will
never
ever
let
my
customers
wait
so
long
to
be
seated,
have
servers
improperly
introduce
themselves,
and
not
bring
out
food
in
a
timely
manner!
I
am
calling
out
management
in
this
establishment
to
resolve
this
issue
because
it
was
a
bad
experience
from
beginning
to
end
and
I
will
never
ever
visit
a
TGIF
anymore!
