    Messed up order and forgot drinks 2 times , and last time there was no manager on duty and a male and female were taking orders together and trying to flirt with customers and making inappropriate noises and comments. Lines are terribly slow 25+ minutes for 6 cars

    Horrible service, I get to the drive through he says hold on in a rude tone and I said okay politely and waited for 5 minutes for them to return where they proceeded to scream “WHAT CHU WANT” I’m like woah excuse me but I didn’t want to risk them being in a bad mood and tampering with my food so I stayed polite and the experience did not proceed in a better matter. After an unusually long wait I finally got my food which was horrible I get that it’s fast food but it didn’t taste fresh and overall I would never go back.

    Worst experience at a Wendy’s ever. Ordered the baconator and asked for no mayo. My receipt even said no mayo and my burger came loaded with it. When I called to see if there was something we could do about it, I was asked if I was sure as the person had made it themselves very rudely and then was hung up on. Absolutely terrible customer service.

    Wrong food, no easy customer service through app. It’s too bad I was really looking forward to an actual baked potato instead of the fries!

    Heard the fries were improved. Other than skin on potatoes I did not notice an improvement. Was craving bacon, so ordered the baconator sandwich. Bacon was over cooked and burgers were bland. I have always been a fan of Wendy's fresh burgers. Disappointed. Also my friend ordered the avocado chicken salad. No avocados to be found . Again, Disappointed.

    This store is not going to survive if it operates the way it did, when I stopped in, on the evening of the 17th. 8:30 in the evening, on a Saturday, I want grab one item for my drive back to Madison; ONE item. The store is NOT open, so I have to use the drive through. Twenty minutes, I'm waiting. The car in front of me must have ordered for a wedding reception or something, he was giving the order for a full 3 minutes. The bad part is that I have to wait behind this car to get his order before I get mine, which takes 30 seconds to make (a frosty). You don't have a system that has this large order pull ahead, so you can give me mine? Ridiculous. I have to wait another 10 minutes for his order to be made before I can move up. Then, of course because my order has been done that entire time, it's mostly melted. Why would I stop here, again? Fast food? Wow. I've always loved the Wendy's product, but this is not a way to run a store. Keep going this way, you will be out of business in less that a year. I don't know who is going to sit line like that, with no option. Sorry, it won't be me.

    The person at the window First of all said they couldn’t make our drinks we understood that they were busy and didn’t have time to change the syrup. We chose new drinks and moved on. He gave us out food but not our drinks. We were also missing one of our frostys we kindly asked for it. We showed him receipt to show that we did pay for it. He still continued to say we were lying to him about it.

    I take my elderly Father to Gunderson Hospital LAX for his checkups a couple if times a year. The High-Light of our trip is being able to stop by this Wendy's for their Delicious Burgers❣️ Don’t forget the Frosty❗️Thanks Wendy’s Crew 😍

    The order is wrong over half the time. The high school girl that works there doesn’t even speak, she just hands you the food and slams the window. I get that good help is hard to come by, but come on. Expectations are already low so friendliness should be the bare minimum.

    Once I picked up food for door dash and wasn’t sure to waste my time and wait in the long line of people wanting to order food or go up to the side of the counter and let someone know I’m picking up a door dash order. The worker lady yelled at me and said ur gonna have to wait like everyone else she said very rudely. They only start making door dash orders as soon as you get there. So I’m waiting wasting my time in a long line and then waiting for them to start and finish the order. More recently I decided to do a pick up order. Got there and the sign says as soon as you pull in “pick up window” with the sign pointing the direction of the window. Sitting at the window for a while then finally someone comes standing there acknowledged me. Says you gonna have to go to the box. Like what the heck is the box. What is he talking about. I drive all the way around the building and park in an area wondering ok are they gonna come to my car or what then realized he meant the order speaker. So though I was at the window I gotta drive around the building and say I’m picking up an order and I can’t do that at the window which the sign says to go to the pick up window. Not sure why I go to these places anyways. I’m not gonna go back here cause who knows what thing will happen next. It’s obvious which restaurants have good energy and business models and which ones are probably gonna fail eventually because they put money as a priority rather then workers and customers. I will say the manager at this location is a nice guy and deserves a raise.

    They made us stand at the till at least 15 minutes, and still wouldn't take our order, until they were caught up! This place needs help!! Walked out and went somewhere else!! We were not going to stand there and wait, and wait. They need a different system!!

    Guy that took our order from the drive thru window was super rude. It took forever for the food to be ready and when it finally was, he told us we looked upset (even though we didn’t say a word and patiently waited, i got the impression he was high) and that we should have gone to McDonald’s if we wanted it fast. I think we will take his advice. Wont be coming back.

    Came here at 8:00pm with some buddies and the lobby is freaking closed at 8? On the Google maps it said dine in is open. But the employee told us dining room not open

    My family and I usually love Wendy's. In the past I've gotten salads and they were relatively good. The chicken was processed and spicy, but I didn't get a Tex Mex salad, in the past it was grilled chicken like their sandwiches. My kids were also disappointed with their kids meal hamburgers, they didn't have pickles.

    Ordered a frosty and paid with $3 in quarters. The cashier stated "sad". He was mocking us for paying with quarters. To me money is money whether it's change or bills. This was very unprofessional. When I called and asked to speak with the manager, he said he would meet me outside. So I asked the black lady at the second window to get the manager. The cashier came out with a smirk. Then elevated the situation as the other employees joined in with him and told us not to come back. They also hollered out the window when we were leaving you racists, mind you I'm Native American. I was also called a Proud Boy.

    Drive thru was horrible. Seemed like they had only 2 employees in restaurant but saw what looked like a manager and lead making 4. It took forever to get our food, must not have a working drive thru timer , or don't care.

    Worst experience ever. Dining room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. Over charged us for stuff we didn’t order and forgot the stuff we did order. My bacanator meal came with no bacon and no fries. The baked potato looked like it was 4 years old and someone stepped on it also came with no sour cream. Best thing was the drinks.

    This store location looked pretty nice, but on December 28th, 2022 at 4pm the service left something to be desired. The gentleman that took our order at the front desk did not seem sure of what he was doing, and frankly acted the way I do when I'm high. We were the only ones dining inside, but the store seemed under-staffed and the drive-thru was steady. The men's bathroom was also a bit messy. At least the food was good.

    Best fast food chain in the area. They're probably the fastest. The fries are equal to or rival McDonald's I haven't decided yet, maybe better need to try him a few more times. Their salads are superb. And the chicken sandwich actually taste good which is surprising since all the other chains have terrible chicken sandwiches. You can also get a chicken sandwich there without breading that actually tastes like chicken.

    If you want to keep your sanity don't come here for fast food. We were second in line and it took 15 minutes to order, another ten minutes to get our food.

    Atmosphere Nasty as Hell.... Restaurant looks Diiiirty.....Manager was nice but Restaurant Fiiiilthy w no customers.... probably why.Makes me want to cook at home more....which I am after that visit.

    Love their fries as much as I love McDonald's fries lol. Overall their drive thru are pretty quick compare to McDonald, even when their busy.

    Just got out of the hospital for an emergency appendectomy and need something with soft, bland food. Thought of Wendy's because of the baked potatoes. Boyfriend and I went through the drive thru, were asked about giving extra money for a certificate for free smoothies for a year, which we agreed to, and placed our very simple order of a sour cream and chive baked potatoe, a small chilli,water, and a cheeseburger. We paid for our order, and proceeded forward with our food. I Immediately checked the food before we left the drive through line as I always doThey did not include any sour at all. We Immediately backed up through the drive thru to get missing item.The staff saw us thru the drive thru window as we knocked to get their attention . We also honked the car horn. We did this for 7 minutes as they hide around the corner. Finally the manager came over and said we are closed and I let her know they hadn't completed our order. She then brought the sour cream stating we needed to call next time. I let her know we were just in line and literally backed up to get the missing item. I also informed her 4 of her employees stood there and laughed at us through the window. All.she could do is say oh and to call. I let her know she probably wouldn't have answered the phone either.as I walked away out of the drive through. And we never received our receipt or our key fob for the frosties. Talk about rude and very unprofessional

    I like Wendy's but I don't know wth is going on? I can never get fresh hot fries NEVER now my chicken sandwich was not good and must of been sitting there for more than it's expectancy cause it was not hot nor cold but hard and old. Lovely great customer serbice Wendy's way to just throw that together what'd you think I wouldn't notice. Food is gross cold and hard Then you try to call them THEY DONT ANSWER IMAGINE THAT!

    haven't been to wendys in quite some time, went there with my girls and we had both amazing food and time. we ordered a 4 for 4 meal and didn't receive our nuggets went through and they came right to us giving us not just one thing of nuggets but TWO, one free nugget! so nice and hard working.

    Food was good but cold. Service is very slow. There 4 for $4 is a great deal. You get a Bacon cheeseburger, fries, four chix nuggets and a drink for $4.00 Can't beat the price. It isn't a lg cheeseburger but nice size.
