This
store
is
not
going
to
survive
if
it
operates
the
way
it
did,
when
I
stopped
in,
on
the
evening
of
the
17th.
8:30
in
the
evening,
on
a
Saturday,
I
want
grab
one
item
for
my
drive
back
to
Madison;
ONE
item.
The
store
is
NOT
open,
so
I
have
to
use
the
drive
through.
Twenty
minutes,
I'm
waiting.
The
car
in
front
of
me
must
have
ordered
for
a
wedding
reception
or
something,
he
was
giving
the
order
for
a
full
3
minutes.
The
bad
part
is
that
I
have
to
wait
behind
this
car
to
get
his
order
before
I
get
mine,
which
takes
30
seconds
to
make
(a
frosty).
You
don't
have
a
system
that
has
this
large
order
pull
ahead,
so
you
can
give
me
mine?
Ridiculous.
I
have
to
wait
another
10
minutes
for
his
order
to
be
made
before
I
can
move
up.
Then,
of
course
because
my
order
has
been
done
that
entire
time,
it's
mostly
melted.
Why
would
I
stop
here,
again?
Fast
food?
Wow.
I've
always
loved
the
Wendy's
product,
but
this
is
not
a
way
to
run
a
store.
Keep
going
this
way,
you
will
be
out
of
business
in
less
that
a
year.
I
don't
know
who
is
going
to
sit
line
like
that,
with
no
option.

it
won't
be
me.
