We
stayed
at
one
of
the
jacuzzi
suites
for
13
nights
for
our
honeymoon.
The
suite
itself
is
very
nice
with
a
big
jacuzzi
for
two
people.
All
the
amenities
you
need
are
there
including
a
pillow
menu
with
different
kind
of
pillows
you
can
order.
It
also
has
a
private
garden
with
a
shower,
but
the
patio
and
garden
has
no
shade
whatsoever
which
makes
it
difficult
to
actually
enjoy
the
garden
in
the
summer.
It's
simply
too
hot!
Sadly
no
attention
was
given
or
done
to
the
fact
it
was
our
honeymoon
even
though
we
mentioned
it
clearly
in
our
booking.
We
must
say
we
were
quite
disappointed
by
this.
Instead
of
actually
feeling
special
or
welcome
it
was
quite
the
opposite:
for
the
most
part
of
our
stay
we
felt
ignored
by
the
hotel
+
restaurant
service,
maybe
because
we
aren't
local
or
that
almost
none
of
the
staff
were
proficient
in
English.
We
say
this
because
the
restaurant
service
were
very
jovial
and
friendly
with
other
patrons.
No
matter
how
friendly
we
tried
to
be
ourselves,
we
just
could
not
get
the
same
treatment.
When
this
went
on
for
the
first
half
of
the
week
plus
certain
issues
we
had
were
not
handled
at
all
by
the
reception,
we
decided
to
talk
to
the
manager.
He
embodied
the
friendliness
and
service-oriented
attitude
we
had
been
missing
and
he
immediately
resolved
some
of
the
issues
we
had.
Still
nothing
was
done
for
our
honeymoon,
so
my
husband
requested
a
couple
days
before
we
left
to
do
something
special
after
which
they
left
some
rose
petals
and
drinks
in
our
suite
which
was
very
much
appreciated.
Due
to
the
Covid-19
regulations
the
regular
breakfast
buffet
is
replaced
by
a
daily
order
form
you
hand
in
the
day
before
breakfast.
Although
we
appreciate
this
adjustment,
they
got
the
orders
wrong
almost
every
day.
On
the
day
of
arrival
we
also
went
for
dinner
at
the
same
restaurant
where
they
also
got
our
order
wrong.
To
end
it
on
a
positive
note:
we
loved
the
Pitch
&
Putt
course
which
we
mostly
had
to
ourselves,
and
they
have
a
private
Tesla
Destination
Charger
where
you
can
charge
your
Tesla
free
of
charge
when
staying
at
the
suites.
All
in
all
we
had
a
nice
time,
but
mostly
more
due
to
the
area
we
were
in
and
not
due
to
the
hotel.
As
the
suite
prices
are
definitely
in
the
4-star
range
we
expected
4-star
service
as
well
which
unfortunately
wasn't.
Tip
to
management:
train
all
staff
to
make
all
guests
welcome
regardless
of
language
gaps.
