We stayed the last 2 nights of our holiday at Mas Tapiolas and enjoyed the hotel very much. Julia welcomed us on arrival and went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. We would love to return in the future.

We had a great time at the hotel with my wife. The breakfast was amazing. The pool is big, the hotel was quiet, the staff was super nice! The view is beautiful, the room was super confortable ! There was a pillow menu to choose a good pillow, I loved it :) I'll come back again!

We stayed in Natura Suits, the room is big, and allows privacy, very clean, comfortable bed, and great Jacuzzi. The breakfast is very good, I love the way they served it due to the new norms. the food was super fresh and service way very good, especially the manager of the restaurant! we took the Romantic pack great value for money! the massage was professional and the spa is super clean and relaxing. the front desk staff are very helpful, also speaks good English. I just want to say thank you and hope to come back again!

Great upscale hotel with good food, spacious rooms and nice pool area. We very much enjoyed our stay.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff is very friendly and professional and will go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are great, the facilities are all well done (big pool, golf, many options at the spa). Basically the whole place is run with great attention to details to make the stay as pleasant as possible for the guests.

We stayed at one of the jacuzzi suites for 13 nights for our honeymoon. The suite itself is very nice with a big jacuzzi for two people. All the amenities you need are there including a pillow menu with different kind of pillows you can order. It also has a private garden with a shower, but the patio and garden has no shade whatsoever which makes it difficult to actually enjoy the garden in the summer. It's simply too hot! Sadly no attention was given or done to the fact it was our honeymoon even though we mentioned it clearly in our booking. We must say we were quite disappointed by this. Instead of actually feeling special or welcome it was quite the opposite: for the most part of our stay we felt ignored by the hotel + restaurant service, maybe because we aren't local or that almost none of the staff were proficient in English. We say this because the restaurant service were very jovial and friendly with other patrons. No matter how friendly we tried to be ourselves, we just could not get the same treatment. When this went on for the first half of the week plus certain issues we had were not handled at all by the reception, we decided to talk to the manager. He embodied the friendliness and service-oriented attitude we had been missing and he immediately resolved some of the issues we had. Still nothing was done for our honeymoon, so my husband requested a couple days before we left to do something special after which they left some rose petals and drinks in our suite which was very much appreciated. Due to the Covid-19 regulations the regular breakfast buffet is replaced by a daily order form you hand in the day before breakfast. Although we appreciate this adjustment, they got the orders wrong almost every day. On the day of arrival we also went for dinner at the same restaurant where they also got our order wrong. To end it on a positive note: we loved the Pitch & Putt course which we mostly had to ourselves, and they have a private Tesla Destination Charger where you can charge your Tesla free of charge when staying at the suites. All in all we had a nice time, but mostly more due to the area we were in and not due to the hotel. As the suite prices are definitely in the 4-star range we expected 4-star service as well which unfortunately wasn't. Tip to management: train all staff to make all guests welcome regardless of language gaps.

Overall fantastic! awesome room, very helpfull and sweet crew, fantastic breakfast, lots of gluten free options which is very rare... beautiful surroundings, nice 18 holes pitch&putt, nice spa area. It was truly the best hotel we have ever visited. We will definitely come back next year for 2 weeks!!

Beautiful hotel with amazing facilities. Very thoughtful staff and the food from the restaurant was delicious. Only downside is the dinner service unfortunately is a bit late for kids (kitchen opens at 8pm). Although the staff was kind enough to cook a spaghetti at lunch and warm it for dinner.

I am not sure where to start from..the amazing view, the super cool rooms or the incredible staff that goes above and beyond to make your stay nothing less than perfect. The SPA is nice, the food is quite good! Despite being very busy during dinner hours we never waited around for our food. Try the gastronomical menu, it is worth it. There was even a storage to put our bikes. I wish i could stay a week more here and wake up to the sound of chirping birds every morning. Thank you to all the staff, our stay has been perfect.

Gorgeous views, incredibly comfortable beds, warm friendly staff, would definitely stay again. You do however need a car as the hotel is very remote but this is also what makes the location so beautiful. The food in the restaurant was good but there didn’t seem to be any specials so for a week of eating there it would be somewhat limited. Breakfast was great, nice selection of cold meat, cheese, pastries, warm buffet and fruit juice. Family room was nice and spacious. Although no bathrobes for children. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return or to book one of the sister hotels.

We choose this place as gamble It made up to be Perfect getaway from the city! few min from the coastline Amazing and relaxing place. Clean and comfortable I would recommend the rooms with valley view. It was so beautiful The breakfast is reach ,tasty and colorful. Our biggest surprise was the restaurant , food was exceptional. Good wine selection. Better than most of our Barcelona expirnace.
