It's a pity that I have to put a star ino I can leave zero not to the head itself but to Dr. Alvaro who was on duty on 10.9.23 in the afternoon, who gave me a 5-second emergency visit with a diagnosis of herpes simplex on the back under the chest, when it was shingles, I had to go back on the 11th because it spread and now I am still undergoing treatment, I am very sorry that there are health professionals who are so unprofessional and that's what it says someone who belongs to this guild and works in a medical center.

Since the nefarious Dr. Peiró has returned, Arenys' CAP has left aside the treatment of people, a telephone operator (they are no longer nurses) when calling for the second time because they have no idea about medication and they made a mistake. ..he answered me "And now what do you want? You only bring problems!" It's a shame, I'm 60 years old and I double my age to be treated like an old rag. To talk to the doctor or ask for the renewal of a prescription I was very rudely told that they would call me in 16 days or that I should call 20 days in advance. I am waiting for a circular or some notice of all the changes because we patients are not fortune tellers. I haven't seen my Dr for months, she only works 2 mornings a week and when I go she's always sick, I could go on but I won't be heavy. Resign Mr. Peiró!

(Translated by Google) The telephone service is disastrous, but the face-to-face treatment has nothing to do with it, the facilities are good and clean, with the issue of the pandemic there are usually not many queues, but it is difficult to get an appointment by phone.

Center full of people waiting for emergencies. In the end you have to go private. This is the fish that bites its tail, with this overcrowding more sick people leave than enter.

(Translated by Google) 35 minutes and still waiting on the phone... Pathetic attention on the part of the receptionists, if not they have been dismissed it will be because they are someone's relatives. I put a star because I can't put a half. I hope that whoever has to make improvements reads what is written, because I have not yet seen a response from the CAP (Original) 35 minutos y sigue la espera por teléfono...

(Translated by Google) Today around 12:30 pm I went to the CAP to be visited for an ailment in my ears. The first thing the Doctor who visited me told me was "You're not from here because you come to this Cap." Mr. Dostors, I don't know if you know that Social Security is State-owned and anyone who is or has contributed can visit anywhere in Spain when you need it. And I will tell you more instead of answering reluctantly and unpleasantly (he has not deigned to hide me, nor have I looked at my throat despite telling him that I had a lot of mucus. He has limited himself to telling me that everyone gets a costipa, he has looked at my ears and his diagnosis has been if you go to the beach don't sink your head and if your ears bother you take an ibuprofen. Maybe it's a proper diagnosis I don't dispute it because I'm not a doctor. But know that there are plenty of comments, I've been contributing for 44 years and I repeat, I think they'll help me at the Social Security where I need it, and since I'd like to tell you, I'd like it to be as professional and pleasant as possible, not as if they were giving me a favour. Every year we have many chc@s who finish their medical degree because it is their vocation and they would be delighted to work. So whoever doesn't have a vocation and cares about serving people should leave and make room for others.

Terrible clinic. They never answer the phone and are loathe to give an appointment - even in an emergency. Went there for a minor procedure, but it was botched and they have done little to rectify a problem that they caused. Avoid this place if you can.

Bad mannered staff on both occasions that I/my wife have tried to seek attention at this centre. Unhelpful, unfriendly - ended up having to pay a private practitioner and pay to get basic assistance.

(Translated by Google) The treatment of the nurse and the doctor has left much to be desired. I don't want to doubt their health professionalism but they haven't listened to me and have prescribed what seemed to them without contrasting information that seemed important to me. I know my body and they only care about their vision. I leave with a very bad taste in my mouth. There is no competent attention from the people at the reception. When you point it out to them they always make excuses, they never apologize. And there is no good monitoring of the chronically ill. It must always be the patient or relative who insists.

A bunch of incompetents. Protocols are skipped, they treat you as a liar saying that they have done certain tests/observations when they haven't, and finally, claiming that you work in a hospital and that you know how it works, they tell you that if you work in a hospital that visit you there shameful A bunch of nonsense that only serves to tell you to alternate between ibuprofen and paracetamol every 4 hours. painful

It is regrettable that health care is denied to a minor, for having his doctor in Canet, when he is attending the emergency room with a monumental fever, that the answer is that his doctor is in Canet and he is here next door, we cannot treat you, When your residence and registration are from Arenys, the system is embarrassing and obviously this will lead to a complaint. An emergency is an emergency, and we all have the right to be assisted in emergencies no matter the center.

(Translated by Google) What time is it okay for us to call and answer the phone? I've been calling several times for 10 minutes each for 10 days, and the only answer I've had is a "hang-up and hang-up" on the phone at the time that prevented me from being able to communicate. If this service does not have to be covered even with a minimum, please take action. Those of us who have to resort to this CAP need to be treated with the required competence. It's enough.

We have been living here for three years and the truth is that we are very happy with the treatment and the service. The reception service is very exemplary and it is true that sometimes it is difficult for them to answer the phone, but I understand that they have a lot of people and they will do what they can. As for doctors, they are phenomenal at the moment, except for one case, but from a personal point of view, not because of the treatment. In short, very happy. Thank you.

Literally the doctor tells me that if he prescribes me an antibiotic they will penalize them. Finally I had to go to private health to be able to solve the pain. I understand that there are cuts and that everything is complicated, but they do not do their job well and they are charging public health. (Original) Salgo muy descontento. TOTAL DECLINE for a few years. I had a doctor in this chapter who was pretty good and cared if I had any health problems. They changed it for me for no reason and the new doctor doesn't know anything and never answers. If you write about a health problem or need medication, good luck, she doesn't answer. A few years ago I had cancer and I don't feel well... I asked for an analysis and after much insistence they did a basic analysis. To have such a regrettable CAP, the best thing they could do is close, this can no longer be called healthcare.
