Wish I could give 0 stars. Worker was not Wearing a mask when I entered the store and was on speaker phone laughing. Horrible attitude from same worker when I asked her to put it on. She had no hat and hair everywhere .I was with my tia who is of age ,and is susceptible to COVID virus . Will never go back here and I will make sure everyone knows about the lack of professionalism at this store.

Need to train your employees on how to use the phone. They were dialing the "1" (the country code from the app) like it was part of my area code. So of course the call did not go through and I showed up to find my whole order voided. Yum. (Second star because pre quarantine service was decent.)

Was so unbelievably bad I ordered online and drove back to tell them they made a lot of mistakes. Just ignored me. So I did the survey and I also emailed the customer service and I received a email saying they let this store know. I'm done with ever eating subway again The bread was stale the cheese was old and none of the veggies were fresh and this was at 10am

Not only does my sandwich look bad but I had ordered online to having to wait 20 mins for it to be ready . Specifically ask for it to be toased and when I picked it up it was cold and soggy .

I've experienced out of many times visiting the restaurant, almost perfect orders and generous quantities when creating the sandwiches. The service of some of the employees are inarguably slow, they seem almost new to the job despite having seen some of the employees at this building for nearly a year now. Nonetheless, is you like subways made generously, the small wait is no problem.

This subway store service is terrible. Work personal . Needs improvement. Went there .as soon in. They told me it's close. But the light sign out side was on saying open. The door was open too. When this happens to anybody. You just whats going on in here.if it's close . Close the door 🚪.

Way to slow, had the line out the door and employees were not in a rush at all!

My favorite one to go and eat at is in the El Centro Valley Plaza. I left my phone there and the workers were honest and returned it thanks boys. But I love the sandwiches my favorite is sweet onion teriyaki chicken. I'm getting hungry for one now. Lol

Employees talking about how they wish no more customers walk the door righr infront of me ! everything while building my sandwich wrong! Had to fox it at least 3 times, the only distraction was their conversation on how they dont want to work! Its unbelievable ! There is people killing for jobs! Is sad…

It is ridiculous how every time i order curbside i add avocado to my sandwich they forget it, the third time i called the store and just said sorry, this has been the 4th time they forget it but yet they're charging $1.25, i dont have the time to go back and get a new one, i do curbside for a reason.

Very attentive & thoroughly executed service; nice bright interior and layout.

I went to that subway at 9:30 pm and they closed their doors 30 minutes early . The workers were still inside, I knocked on the glass door several times and they ignored me.

Sandwich artists at this location need to learn to read the online orders because I ordered 4 sandwiches and 3 of 4 we're inaccurate..

I went and ordered my sandwich, and I specifically asked for mayonnaise and mustard packets. This is the third time that I have been into the same place to order my sandwich , which is the exact same way mayonnaise and mustard packets on the side. This is the third time that that same little girl has not given me mayonnaise and mustard packets. I’m not realizing it till I get to work. Subway please re-train your employees to follow through with the order as the customer would like, it is very frustrating to eat a sandwich that is not complete. The lady who check me out, did the an amazing job. The younger one needs to be retrained, and maybe have a smile on her face.
