I started going here when it opened. I have never had a bad Dr. take care of me. I've had them be brisk and/or fast, but never rude. It may not have been the nicey-nice I normally get, but we are ALL human. I love my Dr. She is so nice to me. I know if I need to do the right thing for myself, she doesn't fluff it she says it! Right now I am on a journey that hopefully will get me more mobile with less pain and I literally have a cheerleader in my PA. She really is making this journey so positive! I'm not naming names because they are all just kind humans doing their best for us.

So frustated with this place. We can't see our primary care Dr. until 2-3 months out because they don't work everyday & so they get booked quickly. Walk-In clinic is a hit & miss. They will see walk in patients in between their scheduled patients, making wait times long. I waited 3 hours to be seen at the walk in clinic the other day. Ultimateley ended up leaving without being seen. Super frustrating!!!

Absolutely disgusted with the hospital staff right now! My father is in the hospital for days now and my 14 yr old son came to visit and boost his spirits and he was not permitted! He has to be 16 to BE IN THE HOSPITAL!! So, don't get hospitalized here if you have children, you won't be able to see them!! He then had to sit in a car at 100° for 20 mins so I could check on my father. He was not even allowed to WAIT at the entrance for us!! Absolutely disgusting! DO BETTER!!! Fingers crossed my kids don't need to be hospitalized!! I will for sure drive to Phoenix for care! Also, when my mother left the other night she had to go down and out the back of the hospital with no staff, no escorts cross a street with NO CROSSWALK! Then walk across very uneven rocks and uphill alone at 11:15pm to get to her vehicle. I can not understand how a hospital is run like this.... I WISH we had more options for hospitals! I bet we would be treated better if there was another choice.

I felt very comfortable with all staff I came into contact with and dr Charles is the best. She cares about my health and is easy to talk to and she listens. I’m glad this is my healthcare clinic.

My experience at my last visit was absolutely amazing. Dr. was very attentive and very willing to answer all my questions. My regular doctor has always taken the time to explain anything I had questions of. I would highly recommend the clinic to my friends

your service has went dow over the last 5-6 years the providers are to rushed 15 mins. really I have had totally false reports where the Doctor just guessed to fill out the report , you don't make referrals any more things just suck. You never see the same provider over twice , you can't keep help should I gono?

I am still recovering from lung cancer surgery was having a lot of problems and deja has solved all of them. I am very comfortable and he has taken great care of me making sure all my medical needs are met. I'm now feeling so much better thank you Deja

Dr. Pesterfield is the kindest and most caring doctor I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She really listens to everything and talks out treatment options before making her recommendations, and states things several times clearly so it’s easy to understand.

Sans Aman is a very nice DR. And she takes her time with me whenever I see her. I have been going there for some years now and everyone has always been very nice and caring. Thank you all very much for all your help. Patricia Acuna

Dr Patel is a good physician and very capable. I trust him with my medical needs. He seeks advice from Doctoral Staff at times and I am pleased with the results. His referrals are very good as well.

I have gone in twice as an existing patient, once for labs, and once as a walk in. I’ve seen Dr Ludney twice and I absolutely love her. She is very patient, very kind and really interested in improving the lives of her patients. Per her request, I obtained a gym membership and I have really begun watching what I eat. I would recommend this facility to anyone. I believe walk ins are accepted for pre-existing patients. I did have a fair experience with walk in care but that won’t deduct stars from my review. Thank you!

Very unhelpful. Did not listen to any of my complaints. Basically ignored everything I said. Only suggestion was to get labs done for the same thing I’ve had done twice already. That’s how I know she didn’t look at my records before seeing me. Suggested I come back in 3 weeks. MA was also very unhelpful have me a doctors note that didn’t look like it was written by a professional that was rejected by my job.

It was my first visit with Dr. Copeland. He was very thorough, attentive and informative. His bedside manner is pleasant but frank. He answered all my questions and clarified issues I was unaware of. I hope he sticks around for awhile.

Dr alou is so rude. He is been seeing my son since he was born 11 years ago but today was the last time he saw him. If I bring my kid your gonna listen to what I say because I’m the one who lives with him and knows what’s normal and what’s not. Don’t come and tell me there is nothing wrong with him because he gets better on its own. Do your job that’s what we’re paying you good money for each visit.

Jason Pannozzo was very attentive. Listened carefully to anything I said with concern. He took action immediately on what he felt needed to be done. The staff was very friendly and helpful also. This was my first visit and I am absolutely impressed and satisfied.

She made me very comfortable in the precedure that i had. I kinda knew it was going to be a bit painful she was informing me what was going all along the procedure.. The person who did the precedure i was totally confident and comfortable in him doing so. all alng i know ita a easy precedure for them but i had let them know i am a panzy . the dr also looked over other parts of my body to look for possible other problems on my skin. told me how to clear up clogged tear ducts which i didnt know about. /

Dr Smith, listens! I really like how he figures out your issues. I’ve had migraine for over a year now, and he found the correct medication and dosage. I have already referred patients to him. I hope he stay here for a very long time.

Dr. Patel was awesome! Very patient friendly. Very knowledgeable and helpful in telling me about whats available for my needs. My #1 complaint about the front office staff has been that they have in the past treated patients like livestock ( herd 'em in herd 'em out ) this visit was very much more patient friendly I felt like a real patient & not livestock

Dr. Ayala is a phenomenal doctor! She truly cares about the well being of her patients. We are absolutely blessed to have her as our daughter's primary care physician! She is caring, easy to talk to and ask questions, extremely thorough when it comes to lab work and she has called us to inquire about our daughter's well being or report on lab findings. I know I can obtain my daughter's lab test findings on her My Care, but Dr. Ayala going the extra mile to call us has been a huge comfort as our daughter has recovered from a serious illness. She is golden and YRMC Family medicine is extremely lucky to have her!

I've been using Yuma regional medical center for over 15 years now. Dr Charles is the best doctor by far that I've ever had experience with with YRMC. If you guys let Dr Charles leave I think it would be a bad decision. She truly cares about her patients does her homework and his overall a great doctor. By far the best experience I've had with YRMC Doctors. I would only recommend Dr Charles. I would not recommend any other doctors. YRMC has to have it of getting rid of the good doctors. Please do whatever you can to keep Dr Charles.

Dr Aman is very good. She listens to me and explains well with great feedback. She has a gentle demeanor and a good sense of humor. I actually look forward to my visits with her.

Dr. Tawadrous took the time to listen to us and our concerns. He previewed the chart and called in his superior for a consultation. He developed a plan for recovery and has been great about following through.

Nafisah Naqvi is the doctor I wish every doctor was like. She understands to tell me what's wrong but also what options we can explore to get my health in better standing. I hope to always have her as my doctor. The only doctor I'd ever truly reccomend.

Everyone is very very nice polite and helpful. I like the fact that all the doctors are connected and on the same page. I also appreciate that the doctors listen to you and they explain to you in layman terms what your diagnosis is it makes it so much easier so that you can understand.

I'm very happy with yrmc. From the time I walk in till the time I walk out, the staff is wonderful to me. They're very considerate. I have white coat syndrome and they are very kind and make me feel safe. Dr McCullough was very nice and made me feel at ease.

Dr. Nevarez is the best! He addresses all concerns and always follows up to ensure my daughter is doing well. He is truly an angel sent from above!

Staff is very kind, you receive top notch care. They don't miss a thing. For years other doctors could not figure out what was causing my health problems well one visit and labs. I had a diagnosis

I had a scheduled appointment and was unsure of which clinic to go to. I arrived early to my appointment and checked in and waited only to be told that I was at the wrong clinic. I quickly went to the other clinic and tried to check in only to be told that because I was late my appt was canceled. I asked if they could renew my prescription since I'm out of medication and again I was told NO. It's ok for everyone to wait to see the doc who is almost always running late but never ok for a patient to accidently arrive early to wrong clinic and suddenly there is no room for error. I'm frustrated and disappointed in yrmc and wish we had better options.

Receptionists are extremely kind and cheerful! Most concerning was the bathroom doors in the facility which were very hard to open and to close. Probably from settling of building. I think it should be looked into. Love the doctors and the medical assistants, also.
