I’ve finally had enough of this establishment and will be visiting another restaurant from now on when I’m in the mood for a burrito. This morning was the last straw for me. I ordered two burritos with no cheese and of course they put cheese on them despite me repeating my very simple order twice. This location can mess up even the simplest of orders and they do it frequently. Come here enough times and you’ll find out for yourself.

Chile Pepper is a go to staple when in Yuma. Awesome food since forever. My go to favs are the rolled tacos and machaca burrito, but you can't go wrong. The sauce is always the best and it is addicting. Love supporting this and MrG's every time I am back in town. Even when family comes through Yuma, they bring a cooler full of Chile Pepper back up to Phoenix for us to enjoy.

You literally can’t beat the machaca here!! I’m back in Yuma after being gone 10+ years and it’s as great as I remember! Rolled tacos were delicious. Salsa is watery and has very little flavor. This location has a very small parking lot with tight turns in and out, so large RVs or trucks & trailers would have to find parking nearby and walk.

Finally tried this place today. I got a bean and cheese burrito and an order of rolled tacos. It was delicious! Made me feel a bit nostalgic, because the taste was very similar to my mom's home cooking. The place feels very warm and inviting. Very clean. Lots of natural light. The employees are very nice too. Definitely will be returning so I can try some of their other dishes.

Always been a fan of this place. I hadn't been here in a while so I decided to stop by, it was pretty much empty, score! I ordered red chili burrito, it was delicious!!! We also ordered the famous bean and cheese, which is simple but so satisfying, and a dozen rolled tacos, let's just say there was nothing left. Sorry not sorry. Never disappoints! The salsa takes the same every single time! So good a must for anyone in Yuma. Enjoy!

We were just passing through Yuma and looking for a good place to have some Mexican food. Found this place, which had great food in large quantities, all was delicious, affordable and quickly served by friendly staff. Kids loved the rolled tacos.

Yummy and fast! The bean and cheese burrito is a favorite at just $2.99 and is well worth it. The menu doesn't include some uniquely Mexican standard dishes, but has all the popular stuff. No goat or interesting body parts to eat.

Absolutely delicious! Ordered online and picked up about 45 mins later. The bean burrito was so good I didn't get a picture of it! It's great with the salsa/sauce they provide. The rolled tacos were crispy and filled with pork. The jamaica was also amazing. The affordable prices make this a total steal!

Everything packaged to go even when you eat in. Chips stale. Homemade flare, but lacking. Too pricey for what we received. Horchata was tasty.

The food is good and affordable. The restaurant is clean and there's lots of room. It's a relaxed atmosphere where you get a lot of food for a very reasonable price, so I doubt anyone leaves feeling anything less than full. Budget minded people will appreciate it most, I think. The tamales are tasty, as is the rice and the beans. It's a popular lunch spot year round. That is proof the food is good and it's an excellent value.

I've eaten here a few times over the last 3 years and the food is always fantastic. Yesterday I used their catering service for a work event with over 40 people. Annabelle and her team were amazing. They set up two awesome taco bars in no time. Very professional and efficient. The guests loved the food. If you are hosting a party, USE THIS CATERING SERVICE! Thanks Chile Pepper.

A sense of Yuma. Recommend by a friend, great local Mexican Food since the 50’s. Enjoyed the red chili burro enchilada style with a few taco rolls (flautas). Warm and friendly. Plenty of food, served with warm chips and a great house made salsa with a little kick. Definitely a go to in the Yuma area.

The bean and cheese burrito is great the elotes was good! I tried the enchilada and it was over sauced and chicken was dry. The chips and cheese, chips are hard. Horchatas I liked but some of my family didn’t enjoy the grit of it. I ordered a spiked Mangonado, it was only half full and I had to ask for the tamarind candy. I was expecting fresh mango, chamoy, Tajin and topped with the tamarind candy. It was definitely mid. I will come back for bean and cheese burritos, and the cheese sauce but nothing else.

They do not accept take-out orders over the phone. This was inconvenient when I wanted to pick up my order driving in from the Interstate. Online orders are accepted but that is difficult while driving. When I arrived there the place was empty. The combo orders can be stuffed with beans and cheese or you can ask for no beans and cheese. The food is not bad. Dining area is spacious and clean.

This time visitng I was disappointed. Used restroom, no soap. Told staff at counter. They told a manager and their response was "dispenser is broken". A lady let me use the woman's bathroom to wash my hands. Ordered 1 green and 1 red mix chili con carne burritos. They were both so bland. Taquitos with guac were basic. Elote was best item. A little over seasoned for my taste but still devoured it. More than likely won't return. Restaurant is not what it used to be. What a shame.

This place has upped their prices and lowered the quality and portion size. Its still decent but hard to justify burritos and tacos for 5 people being approximately $75 total. A lot of people try to make it make sense to themselves by saying "everything has gone up", but in reality they have been increasing in price and reducing quality since the Mr. G's expansion.

The cheese dip and my one taco was amazing! But I paid too much for just that. The salsa was literally red water, Carna Sada wasn’t in the order but instead super dry crumbly chicken. I got a taco and a cheese enchiladas for $15 Very disappointed

It's was Big and Spacious, the food was great, that was the main reason why we went. The service was counter service, sat and waited for food. The ambience for decore was minimal to make that spacious flooring seem inviting.. So.. if you go there .. remember.. it's the food Great Mexican food..

Food was very good, service at the counter were super nice and helpful. Dining area was just a large open room, no ambiance. Right now as I understand it, they do 85% take out & drive thru. Obviously they are going through a transition period.

10/10 don’t recommend. Rolled tacos tasted like the frozen taquitos from Walmart. And there was a wrapper in my beans.
