Very good experience being both an engagement ring and wedding bands. Very accommodating and friendly. Made sure we had our bands in time for the wedding and engagement ring in time before an engagement trip. The suppliers missed a small detail in one of the bands and was able to send out for a new band at no extra charge in time for the wedding.

We have had a pretty disappointing experience with ADX. When we were designing our engagement ring with the consultant, wedding bands were never part of the discussion. Having never purchased an engagement ring before, we assumed that the wedding band would just fit with the design we were choosing. When we came back to ADX to purchase a wedding band we found out this is not the case. The consultant we originally saw had moved on, and our new consultant Kristen was pretty unhelpful, and unwilling to try to make the situation right. When we expressed our frustration at the kind of service we had received she conceded and said she’d see what she could do. We had soured on ADX by that point and started going to see other jewellers. Those other jewellers didn’t seem too surprised at our predicament and told us that ADX has a reputation for focusing on the initial sale and nothing more. This was totally our experience. We ultimately decided to have the engagement ring redesigned so a wedding band could fit. This was the same solution that Kristen came back to us with after some time and only after we had to fight for it. We ultimately decided to eat the cost of the redesign and go elsewhere because we were so turned off by our experience with ADX.

Amy was fantastic. She went above and beyond when the ring was delayed to make sure it was ready for the engagement. The ring is gorgeous and me and my partner are over the moon. Highly recommend!

Oh I am beyond thrilled with my experience and my custom rings that were made for me at ADX. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. I was given a family heirloom diamond ring that was worn and damaged so badly that the diamonds were nearly falling out. I wanted to use this family heirloom as my engagement ring, but had to have it redesigned into a engagement ring and wedding band instead with my family's blessing. Vanessa was SO lovely and patient with me. The design process was complicated because there were so many tapered baguettes, but I trusted her judgement and design ideas entirely. Their gold smith created the most beautiful rings for me! Well beyond what I thought was possible! My family is thrilled with them as well. It's been 6 months and I still can't believe that I have these beautiful rings now that are made almost entirely from my Grandma's ring. It was a wonderful process from start to finish. I had such a wonderful experience at ADX. I had inherited some jewelry and wanted 3 special pieces made. I had ideas and Kristen really helped put it all together. Kristen really listened and I felt that she understood what I wanted. The initial drawings and the computerized models by the jeweler were excellent. They were open to my small changes. And the earrings, pendant and ring I had made were even more stunning when I got them. I am so pleased that I found and went with ADX.

I have had two rings redesigned by ADX, both of which were in bulky settings and I was wishing for a more delicate, refined look. My dearly departed mom's diamond and ruby ring was made last year (love it so much) and I received my newly transformed engagement ring last night on the occasion of our 30th wedding anniversary. I am beyond overjoyed! It is stunning and now the diamonds are properly displayed; the setting really does them justice. Vanessa is brilliant, warm, professional and a delight to work with. She really listened to me and nailed the design. The goldsmith is incredibly skilled and I appreciated receiving ring renderings during this important process. Unbelievable experience... I found Alberta Diamond Exchange while searching for an engagement ring after being left quite disappointment by an independent broker... Initially I came in to feel the temperature and test the waters with the standard of care that would be provided. I was in this morning with some gold, silver and ??? The reception is amazing and the buyer was so kind. It’s tough to sell a loved ones things but it was my father’s choice before he passed and I agreed to keep just the most sentimental pieces. Not only did he demonstrate kindness but wasn’t bothered by checking through pieces that ended up costume jewelry. Alberta Diamond exchange is by appointment only, beautiful and professional. I will go back for some repairs and maybe a new ring when life settles.

I would recommend this place over and over again. I brought my ring into another jeweler to have it sized. They told me that it wasn't real. So I got a hold of Alberta Diamond Exchange and let them know the situation. They immediately brought me in and looked over my ring with their machines. It tested to be real here. Showed me the serial number. They also went a step further. They sent my ring out to a 3rd party appraiser to have it appraised. It came back as real too. Alberta Diamond Exchange has some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I had an issue and they went above and beyond to fix it and alleviate my fears.
