    If I could leave no stars I would. This was the worst experience with a dentist ever. It took them over a month and hours of phone calls and eventually me having insurance send to me rather than them, to get my insurance information corrected. My husband needed extractions and full top dentures. My insurance covers this with out of pocket being only $250. They refused to do the extractions unless heal plugs were purchased that were not covered by insurance. I took my kids in as well and was told my youngest has 1 cavity and my middle child has 2. I took them to get them filled (which is covered at 100% under my insurance) and they tried to charge me $350 per cavity. The staff was rude and hung up when I called back (my husband had taken them) and did not clarify. They also falsely billed my insurance for services that were not preformed. And my husbands dentures have about half an inch on each side before the hit his gums causing scabs. When taken in to be refitted they wanted more money in order to fix the mistake they made when measuring. I have switched dentist. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They care about profits not laws. I have also filed a formal complaint with the state.

    Overall, poor service! I encourage all to think twice about visiting this office. They appear to be overbooking appointments for the money and not making sure their patience leave happy and with a healthy smile. I moved to STL a year ago and trusted this office and its staff-recommended procedures this entire time. I have paid upwards of $1,600.00 out of pocket - only to be disappointed and unsatisfied with their service. I am still dealing with the same issues they created with their “costly” recommendations. Most recently, I visited their office concerning pain and sensitivity with the same tooth. It turns out that they missed completing the procedure, and instead of completing this miss on their dime - I was given an invoice to pay $22.00; c’mon, man! It took me reaching out - where is the customer service? Today, I had an appointment at 1:30 pm, paid $55 upfront, and waited in the lobby for 30 minutes only to hear my name being yelled from around a corner - no greeting? It was at that moment that I realized that this place does not stand behind their work. They aren't aware of an unsatisfied repeat patience, and they can't get the job done. I won't be revisiting this office, and in a perfect world - I want a refund. The smile you touched is jacked up 🥴 Again, reconsider coming here. The staff (including doctors) are unaware of their daily scheduled appointments. Have the courtesy to let those waiting in the front lobby know about the delay and give them the option to reschedule before assuming that this new appointment time works for them. the respect to let those waiting to be seen about the delay. But they made sure to ask for payment before ensuring their patient leaves with a happy and healthy smile. At a time like this, $1,600.00 out-of-pocket & with insurance - for poor service and no resolution is just bad business.

    I had a great appointment at O’Fallon Modern Dentistry. The front desk was so friendly and warm. They immediately welcomed me to the office. I was promptly taken back by Amanda who was friendly and gently! Dr. Gulley was great and so kind. I had a lovely experience.

    It took us a few places until we found "The Right Fit." I cannot say enough about how well they treat my son! Jessica Colon is Amazing, Patient, & makes Jaden feel comfortable no matter what he is having done. So much, that he requests her every time! Jessica is so friendly & makes him laugh. He no longer has a fear of the dentist. He is Confident & actually looks forward to his appts. Jessica definitely goes the Extra Mile & BRIGHTENS his SMILE ❤️ I highly recommend!

    Wonderful experience! I was overdue on visiting a dentist and I tried out here. My dental assistant, Kristin, and Dr. Gulley made me feel very welcomed and very comfortable. They explained everything they were doing and why, and explained more about my teeth than I knew existed! I strongly recommend this place and will be back!

    Dentists are nice, but the people doing the billing are the worst. The need to be retrained on how to do their jobs. Twice now they've managed to bill my insurance incorrectly, and when I told them the copay was incorrect their only response was to insist they did bill it correctly and that I needed to call my insurance myself. Once I did they had all sorts of excuses as to why they didn't bill it correctly, AGAIN. No apology was ever given, nor did they ever admit that they made a mistake.

    I consistently have a GREAT experience at O'Fallon Modern Dentistry!!! The staff and doctors are always welcoming, friendly, and caring. In fact, the employees have given my husband a nickname, "Fun Fred"!! I want to give a shout out to Cindy; she went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience when she took my x-rays. I am truly grateful because I have that annoying bone in my mouth that makes getting x-rays really painful. Overall, I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to receive outstanding customer service.

    The staff is amazing! Mae and Kelsey are super with working with you for appointments and paperwork. Dr Ani was so relaxing. My teeth were not great but she was so reasuring and we have a plan.

    I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but the incredibly kind and friendly staff here put my mind at ease. The facilities are clean and inviting. The technician, hygienist, dentist, and receptionist all took the time to explain everything to me clearly and concisely. The use of cutting edge technology like an in house 3D CBCT scanner allows them to quickly and accurately assess your dental health as well as form an effective care plan. If you're looking for a great family dentist, this is the place!

    This was the absolute best experience ever going to the dentist! The whole staff was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Connie was amazing! She made sure i was comfortable and didnt feel any pain. I was very well taken care of! I would refer this office to everyone!!

    Went in for a cleaning AND my first crown last week at O'Fallon Modern Dentistry. First of all it was quick. Went in at 9am and left around 11am. They milled the crown and installed while I was there. Did not require multiple visits, a temporary crown, etc. Which I have been told is more common. The Dental Assistant (Amanda) was very friendly and pleasant to talk to - as was the Dentist Halie Gulley. No pain or discomfort whatsoever. This office is clean, well organized and professionally run. They clearly want to do everything to ensure that you are happy with their services! Thank you!

    Very pleasant experience all around from check in to cleaning . Connie the Hygienist obviously very experienced and knowledgeable about dental care. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. My teeth have never been so clean.The young ladies at the front desk very sweet and courteous and knowledgeable as well.

    Connie, Amanda and Dr Gullie were the people helping me today. It was a great experience. I was seen promptly. Amanda did my initial assessments and she was kind and proficient dr gullie was great and there was 0 pain and she was fast. It was a great experience unlike some other dentist I have dealt with. There was great communication and excellent service. This is my dentist!
