Very unhappy with hotel. Half the staff was rude. I got bed bug while staying there they would not help cover cost to clean my property. They still charged me full price. Took several days just to speak with a manager. Very unhappy would not ever go back. I would advise people to stay as far away as from this bed bug infested hotel as possible.

Rooms ok but toilet doesn’t work correctly. Staff refuses maid service and does not take out trash or make beds. Advertised complementary breakfast does not exist. Staff front desk is unwilling to help make things right. Garbage in hallways. Worst Marriott ever.

The ladies at the front desk were nice and that is the only highlight. The pool was freezing, they had no wash cloths, the food was disgusting, and even after requesting maid service they never showed up. The owners running this establishment should have their franchise revoked, they are not running anything close to what a courtyard Marriott should be. I’m a Gold member and this is the worst Marriott experience I’ve had in the 20+ years of staying at Marriotts.

There are much better options in a 5 minute radius. The hotel is in desperate need to a refresh and better management. Several items out of stock, cleaning protocols seem to be lax. Hot water was non-existent early in the morning. The ‘breakfast is from a tiny fridge with cheap items. They also seek to be understaffed.

What a dump. A quasi recent update can’t hide the fact this aging property fails to measure up, even at a cheap price point. While the sheets and towels were in good order, the number of hairs on the night stands and bugs on the wall had us packing our bags and leaving as early as possible. Staff was friendly and checkin was easy, even without mobile checkin and key. Checkout was even easier as we fled as quickly as possible. TV was small and all channels were pixilated. Fine for a night, but if you are looking for more than a bed, seek other arrangements.

Off to a rocky start so far. First room had an unmade bed, got another room. Second room was clean, but a little shabby, staff has been friendly. Breakfast is not complimentary, but served at the bistro, which has limited offering. Tried to shower, water was lukewarm at best, grabbed a coffee in the lobby, that too was cold. Hopefully things start improving. Third day, still no hot water in the morning. Luckily room was clean and staff was friendly

Reasonable price, nice and spacious room, and comfortable. Nearby St. Louis Airport and perfect location for stay. Easy check-in and check-out. Morning staff was very helpful. Only bad part of the stay was, Chef did not come in the morning so no breakfast during my stay.

It's a good option to be near the airport or St.Charles. Very clean hotel. Nice and comfortable rooms and the shower had great water pressure. The only issue was the hotel shuttle, when I arrived at STL, I called for it and was told it was on its way. I called back after 50min and it the kid at front desk was surprised and confirmed it was on its way. This time it arrived in 10min. Shuttle driver was super nice and apologetic after I explained I waited for an hour. He had no idea. He told me if I needed the shuttle to go to dinner, just let him know. I went down at dinner time the next day, requested the shuttle and got a flat NO...unless you going to the airport 🤷🏻‍♂️. So I called an Uber. No biggie. It's just that younger generations need to understand the concept of customer service. Dinner place was closer than airport.

First I was in room 220. Woke up at 2:39AM with ants crawling on me. Notified them via chat. They responded that they went to my room but I was not there and to check in at the desk upon return. Arrived back at the hotel 10:30pm after working 15 hours and checked in to be assigned a new room. Packed and moved knowing I would need to take a shower and go to bed. Took shower and started to get out. No fn towels. Called front desk dripping wet. Hey no towels. They said no worries come and get some. I said I was just taking a shower. They said no worries, we will bring some up. 15 minutes later. Two towels answered the door wet in underwear. Wait had 2 hand towels so my t shirt wasnt all wet. 78 hours at work this week. Saturday at 5, return from dinner. Long week. Shower, rest. Bam volumn disappears 20 minutes in. Shut down TV wait. Turn back on. 20 minutes. No volume. watch some tv for the first time all week. Hopefully checking out after 5 days of a 10 day stay. Headed tobHampton in where breakfast isnt GMO cereal and a bottle of water.

Close to a lot of stores, and the airport. But this place needs some help. Or rooms had multiple issues, and we found more wrong after we had stayed overnight. The staff, however, made up for a good part of all the issues. They were so helpful, friendly, and accommodating, even when we decided we had to stay elsewhere because of the state of the hotel itself. They were sadly understaffed. The people working there were trying to save a sinking ship, and they all deserve better.

We arrived here at 3pm, with our check in supposed to be at 2pm. We have previously paid for our room. When we arrived, we were told there were no rooms ready bc they were full previous night. The young lady stated it would be 3:30-4pm until rooms would be ready. Once they released rooms - they allowed those who had just walked in, to check in. It is now 4:30 & we're being told that there are no rooms cleaned & we need to wait until they were cleaned. We've been trying to check in for over 1.5 hours and even on our Marriott app provides a keyless entry. It's also interesting bc we saw several ppl walk in after us, check in & go to their rooms. The lady at the desk has been calm, patient, and has handled the situation well. I do give her credit for handling the situations. She even gave us 2 free drinks. It's also ridiculous that we're being charged a full night's rate & to be checked out by noon, when we are having to wait hours over our promised check in time. I'm just extremely upset in that rooms and people are being told to wait while we are suppose to be entering the concert venue at the Hollywood Amphitheater. Entry gates open in less than a hour which will more than likely make us late to our concert. This is unacceptable. Thank you though to the front staff lady who did what she can to make us comfortable. She was fantastic given the circumstances.

I am not sure I have ever been to a Marriott that was so completely bare bones. It is like the Marriott went as completely cheap as they could here. It was clean. The attendant was generally friendly, I think. The booking noted free continental breakfast. There was none, but I was free to buy it. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels offering more amenities and better rooms at a much lower cost. This is really only a step above a Super 8.

The location is great- near the highway, restaurants and shopping. The rooms and bathrooms are fine. The lobby restaurant and breakfast were fine. We were only staying for one night, so it was ok for the purpose. However, we experienced major billing issues over a week after checking out. We used points for our one night stay, however, 7 days later we started to receive daily charges for full room rates which continued for 11 days after we checked out. I called every day and was told the manager was the only person who could help me, but he was either not working or would call me back. He never called me back. The charges went over $2000 and it wasn't until I called Marriott corporate did they stop charging my card daily. The fees have not been retuned to my card some 14 days later. It seems they didn't check me out properly or something. I just wish someone from the property would have called me back or at least acknowledged what was going on. Beware! Make sure you get a receipt at check out!

Room was comfortable. Shampoo dispenser fell off the wall the first night. The Bistro restaurant is a complete waste. Three people in the place and we waited 45 minutes for an egg sandwich, that was missing 1/2 the toppings listed on the menu.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was ok. The base of the toilet was not cleaned, it had a urine stain and dust covering it. There was hair in the shower and crumbs on the nightstand. The toilet flushed unbelievably loud. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Overall an ok stay.

Seems to be a little older property but clean and well maintained. Nice Libby area and has the typical Courtyard Starbucks and snackbar. The young man working there in the mornings seemed to be working the counter and the kitchen. He did a great job, but was stretched thin. Front desk staff were friendly and courteous.

My husband and I had reason to stay at this Marriott property the night before taking a flight out of the St Louis International Airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and their airport shuttle ran on time without issue. We will gladly stay here again. Plus, this Marriott offered complementary parking.

I hope I spell his name right but Jermaine was simply wonderful. He greeted us and ensured that we were helped effectively. The rooms are lovely and the couch is so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Airport/Earth City for 7 days. During my stay, my room was clean upon arrival. Customer service was great, towels and sheets were brought up as requested. There was an issue with the TV remote. It was slow to respond and the navigation menu wasn't working properly. Also, if you have an issue with traffic/freeway noise, do not get a room on the right side of the hotel that is next to the other hotel. I was in room 315. During my stay, I never let trash sit in room overnight and put it out for pickup. Glad I did because I noticed ants had started showing up in the room on my last night. My son had also had an issue with ants in his room. I informed the desk clerk upon checkout the next morning. I don't do bugs in rooms but if this issue is rectified, I'd stay here again.

Don’t have a clue what’s going on at this location but we will not be back. A month ago I was staying without my wife and had made the reservation thru the BonVoy app. Our Marriott rewards is in my wife’s name. I lady at the counter refused to let me check in without my wife being present. Another lady overheard our conversation and came to my rescue. Rolled her eyes and checked me in. The key coder was down so she walked me to my room saying that I could pick up a key later. Later was 10pm when I returned to the hotel, 45 minutes later I had a key. Staff seems way under trained and overwhelmed with the slightest request. We checked in again Jan. 7 for an overnight stay. The lady at the counter couldn’t find the reservation under my name even after spelling it several times. The rooms are not bad but having no hot water continues to be an issue, WARNING there’s no hot water!!! The complimentary free coffee was out this morning but my wife drinks hot tea. Apparently they don’t offer a free tea bag and hot water but they do have a Starbucks in the lobby, so she steps over to make a purchase. Seems that this Starbucks had no coffee or tea in stock. How this would ever happen is beyond my comprehension. We have probably stayed here 40 times over the last few years because it near the local casinos. Fortunately there’s been a building boom of new hotels in the area so this will be our last attempt at stay here. This is great place to stay if you like cold showers, poor customer service and a high level of confusion.

I arrived at the hotel around 7pm. I waited 10 minutes before someone appeared at the desk to help me check-in. I didn't have a reservation but there were rooms available. I was asked to reserve a room online with my phone because according to the hotel representative they could not book me a room/check me in on their computer. So, I stood there in the hotel lobby making my reservation online. The next morning I left at 5am. I grabbed a cup of coffee on my way out of the hotel. The coffee was ice cold, from the night before. Not a good experience. Next time I'll find somewhere else to stay.

There was only lukewarm water all week, the hotel knew about the issue and advised at check-in. Service was inconsistent, with staff that generally didn't care. Housekeeping serviced my room once, but when doing so only changed bathroom linens and didn't take rubbish from the main room, nor made the bed. Very spotty overall and not keeping with the Marriott brand standard. The hotel is showing signs of its age, my room's ceiling was cracked and missing some finishes. Overall, a place to sleep but not likely to return when next door stands a new Springhill Suites with a better experience, and better value for the money.

Very nice place to stay. The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful with our large group's stay and also a team dinner.

Dated rooms with a few broken items. The soap and hand sanitizers were empty a few places. The staff at the front desk and in the coffee/breakfast shop were absolutely wonderful!

We had a bit of a problem and wait checking in but the lady working made sure everyone was taken care of while we waited. very friendly, clean and comfortable beds and rooms, close to the amphitheater which is where we were going. Will definitely be back.

Nice large property. A little dated and in need of repairs. People all nice enough. Bed really comfortable. Room had faint smokers smell but not horrible. Things are hard in hotels right now. Labor and management commitment are challenging. All things considered they are trying. Thanks.

Cleaning stuff came to my room twice by 10:30 check out time is at noon. I called the front desk to ask why they are coming to my door, the front desk said that they will ask them not to come to my door anymore. I have news for the courtyard I don't think I'll be going to your hotel anymore.

My room was dirty. Stains on furniture, mold on shower curtain. And can you say SPIDERS? Staff were nice but a little awkward. Front desk guy on 3rd shift just sat in the lobby, not attending front desk, and watched our group socialize.

This hotel does not rise to the quality in cleanliness and service I expect from a Marriott property. They do not honor any of the Bonvoy benefits Marriott offer. They were out of hand soap and did not notify guest as we checked in, breakfast was inconsistently offered even though they stated it would be offered, “happy hour” at the bar was inconsistently offered, and service was slow.

i can't say enough about the staff. Although some of the amenities were not available (pool being one of them which I did not intend to use), and the cafe. The hotel provided coffee and a sampling of cold and warm breakfast items. Room was clean and confortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. My only suggestion is when booking ask for a room that is not on the highway side of the building. I-70 was very noisy. The staff was very helpful in changing my room after the first night.

This hotel is well kept and relaxing. My room was comfy, clean and quiet, which made my stay beyond great. I want to specially thank Tammy and Bo for their helpful recommendations in St.Louis. And thanks to the entire staff for keeping this hotel beautiful and safe.

Might be in the middle of a remodel so difficult to be too critical. Rooms are spacious and clean. My room didn’t face the road so quiet. TV could be a bit larger to fit the room size. There’s a nice size deck to the outside as well. Decent gym but the pool is closed due to the remodel. Bathrooms are tiny and dated, very much in need of an upgrade.
