I've lived in Panama City Florida sense 1992. I have never shopped in this publix till today. And I'll never come back.

I normally don’t write reviews but I was appalled by the interaction with the cashier when all I was trying to do was seek understanding. The older cashier was very defensive and had a really bad attitude. She even stormed off to her manager with an attitude. The last time I remember cashiers are to display customer service etiquettes. I know the pandemic has everyone stressed out but being overly defensive seems like some type of customer service training needs to be put into place.

This particular Publix location is always well stocked and extremely clean. I have another location that’s a bit closer to me but this one is much nicer imho.

Very good shopping experience in Publix of Lynn Haven, FL. The staff are excellent. The store is spotless. Love it! I went again on 7/14/20. The staff are polite, respectful, and efficient. Store is clean. Customers can use the hand sanitizer which is available once you enter the store. They encourage and recommend customers to maintain 6 feet social distance and have arrows on the floor at the beginning of each aisle to direct shoppers to go down aisles in a certain direction. This is a good idea as it helps customers to move in the same direction in each aisle thereby discouraging crowding and aiding in social distancing.

Always a pleasure to shop here. They have good deals and the staff is always pleasant. Loved being able to renew my tags here too. Sure, there is a convenience fee, but it was a great convenience since I can never get time to make it to the dmv.

Hello everyone ! This Publix in Lynn Haven does grocery pickup and it was an amazing experience!!! I definitely recommend trying it out. You won’t shop anywhere else ! The app to shop was so much better than other grocery stores and very easy to use. Love it love it love it !!!!

Today was a very unusual experience with Publix produce. I didn't catch it until I got home, but my hearts of romaine purchase was outdated. The package date was 7/6. I plan to return this tomorrow, and again, this was a very unusual experience for Publix.

This morning around 7:20am I was having meat and cheese sliced in the deli when another worker was blowing her nose behind the counter near the prep station with plastic gloves on. Then, she continued with preparing the items for the salad bar. I took off my mask and explained to her how disgusting she was in front of 4 other deli workers. I told her not only did she blow your nose around food, she didn't wash your hands before touching more food. I demanded her to wash her hands. I expect more from workers at Publix. Not one of the other workers corrected her when she cleaned her nose in the deli area behind the counter. The quality of workers are slowly vanishing.

They have quality products and good prices. Staff if very helpful. The store is very clean .

Tried the coolhaus midnite Munchies ice cream? Worst I'V ever tasted. Remove product. Flat, bland, terrible tasting. I through it in the trash! No stars earned on COOLHAUS! Wouldn't post without rating.

The Customer Service inside the bakery section was super unprofessional because of arguing with customers & being rude. We wanted them to make a custom cake for a birthday but they refused and continued to argue with the customer.
