Initially everything was fine with my visit but, after Awakening from my procedure found that my heart rate was 117 double what it normally is I asked questions of the nurse why and what had happened while I was under was told that the doctor or the physiologist would get with me nobody did I was rushed out of the facility with no answers got a text message the next day that if I had any questions to reply that I needed somebody to call me I'm still waiting for that call. My main concern is what transpired while I was under that I would have to receive a injection that would increase my heart rate I just wanted answers and I still haven't gotten any. So if this is the normal procedure I'd hate to be the next victim maybe now somebody might reply to me and let me know what happened to me while I was under if anything. So I hope they post this I hope somebody will get in touch with me and just clarify things to my understanding and again maybe they won't

Dr Hoang is awesome, could not ask for a better doctor. His bed side manner is excellent and he provides the information you need in a way where a layman can understand. Practice needs more parking and bigger waiting area.

I was pretty intimidated about getting me first endoscopy/colonoscopy and I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t get a warm fuzzy feeling when I walked into the facility. There were multiple beds lined up side-by-side and people (patients and hospital staff) were everywhere! They walked me to my assigned bed, pulled a curtain, told me to get undressed, and get on the bed. At first, it felt so impersonal and I felt like they were trying to cram in as many patients as possible. Once I sat in the bed, I was greeted by a very nice nurse who put me at ease. The anesthesiologist followed and he was amazing! I can’t remember his name unfortunately. I felt so comfortable knowing he was going to be there with me. He put me to sleep in seconds (as soon as the Dr. arrived) and I didn’t wake up until it was over. I would definitely recommend this place! The Dr. and staff are amazing and the procedure was quick and painless.

If I could give this facility 1 star, I would. Dr. Reddy was my GI doctor. She barely spends anytime listening to the patient. She rushed me through my entire visit that I had to pay for. I called and requested a different doctor within the same facility but was strangely denied and was also released as a patient for no apparent reason. The patient care they claim to have for the patients was NOT the case. I've never ever been treated this way by a group of doctors. I wouldn't treat a dog the way I was treated as a patient.

The overall experience was wonderful all things considered. Nobody wants to undergo a colonoscopy. However, Dr. Wells was very caring and made me feel at ease. All the staff at the center were wonderful inclusive of the nurses and CRNA‘s. The center runs like a well oiled machine !

Dr. Albibi , his Nurse Practitioner, the RN's, just the entire staff here are awesome. I've been going to him for years and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment and I've always been treated with respect and compassion no matter the reason for my visit. I place my trust in Dr. Albibi completely...he's the best for me!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience today at NW FL Gastro. From the time I checked in to have my procedure, to being escorted to my ride in the parking lot, was no more than an hour. The staff was efficient, kind and friendly. I have had this procedure done several times, but this was my first time as a patient with NW FL Gastro. It was hands down the best experience I’ve had.

Upon arrival at my appointed time, I was immediately taken to a room for prepping for the procedure. Everything went well and I was on my way home in about 45 minutes. The staff at the center was wonderful and Taylor and Dr. Wells were caring and professional.

Dr Finlaws office staff is amazing. Cheers to Shannon, Jamie (Happy Birthday), Amanda & Brooke... that one blonde at the front door though... she needs another hour of sleep or coffee or something... 🤷‍♀️ Everything went smooth from start to finish.

This was my first colonoscopy with Dr. Finlaw and all went well. They are very organized, professional and kind. Great doctors, nurses and staff. Not always an easy procedure to go through (mostly prep) and they helped to make the experience better so thank you all.

The greeters are very kind. The PRN and the financial staff was also kind. I witness the nurses helping out like team work. The only part I didn’t want to do was the prep process. Thank God the surgical team took real good care of me when I had my procedure. Keep up the good work and May you have a Blessed day.

Digestive Disease Center delivered the highest level of professional and quality care possible during my recent visit. Before my procedure I was well informed every step of the way of how to prepare, how/when to arrive with multiple reminders, and registration was easily accomplished on-line. I was greeted by helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff upon arrival. The doctor spoke to me about my condition and was genuinely concerned. Immediately following the procedure he personally called my husband to update him and explain what he had done. I was given informative discharge instructions explaining my conditions and the entirety of what the doctor did during the procedure, (with photos). Before I left the clinic a complete diagnosis was given with care and treatment options. Digestive Diseases Center represents what health care should be. They are absolutely the best and I appreciate them for adhering to their highest standards.

I have to say, I have never felt more comfortable in an uncomfortable situation, pending an endoscopy and colonoscopy. Shilpa Ready and the crew at this facility took great care of me. Anesthesia made it very easy paying attention to my needs. The staff protects your dignity and makes you feel comfortable. Only thing is waiting room still closed makes if tough on those who travel long distance. I will trust no other Dr or group for my digestive care.

Everything I experienced from start to finish went well, except the waiting time from the reporting time. I arrived when required to and sat in the waiting area for almost 2 hours before I was taken back to the prep area. After going through the previous 48 hours preparing for my procedures and being starved and thirsty, this was almost torture, not to mention the TV in the waiting area continued to show food or restaurant commercials! Otherwise the staff was professional, personable, and genuinely concerned fir my comfort and care!

Wow. So impressed with their great patient care systems. A lot of questions & paperwork but that just made me feel they were thorough, well cared for. Friendly, efficient staff. Had a procedure & staff on that part of the practice were awesome too. Their text reminders were perfect. Highly recommend.

I had a procedure done here and everything went very well. The ones who sign you in were very welcoming and put you at ease from the start. Then when I got to the back again very nice and explained everything that was happening. The nurse that put in the iv didn’t hurt my hand at all, just the sting of alcohol. I was nervous when I got there but everyone was nice and took good care of me. The nurse Kimberly was especially nice!

The staff was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. They made an "unpleasant necessity" as pleasant as it can get! Lol. Thanks, guys!!

This is the most comfortable relaxing place to have this procedure done with one notable exception. The patients must have someone accompany them and the lounge for them, as my wife informed me about on the way home, thankfully I slept through most of it but the gist was it's depressing especially when there's no coffee for these people. Personally I have no complaints about anything at all. The staff is wonderful.

I would give a higher rating except for the wait times. I had an Endoscopy scheduled. My show up time was 10:15, it was almost 12:30 before being called back to prep for the procedure. Then another hour waiting in bed for my turn. It was after 4 pm before we left. Nurses and staff plus Dr. Finlaw are great. My issue is with poor scheduling. If there was a reason for the delay someone should come out to the waiting area and let us know. To wait in excess of 2 hours past my show time is unacceptable.

This was my third time having a procedure at the Northwest Florida Gastroenterology Center. As always, the staff was friendly and efficient. The time-line I was given, from admitting to discharge, was very closely followed. I was very pleased with my experience.

Minimal check in. Staff was SO accommodating and pleasant. I felt very taken care of. My doctor made sure to ask about my experience before we got started and everything went well, including how carefully they helped me get to my ride. This was my third visit and this has been my experience every time.

Went well, new Dr for me. Check in Receptionist was difficult, she insisted they would not get my prescription from the company I requested. They have ordered it for me before but she insisted they would not. She looked like she had bit a lemon as we were walking in. She sure didn't make me feel confident. Very argumentative. Trisha on the otherhand was great.

Have had procedures at this center several times and they have always been done with absolute great care and great respect. Great staff of doctors, nurses, anesthesiologists and CRNAs that really seems to care about your health and makes the patient feel comfortable the whole time. Being a procedure that is not looked forward to by most recipients, it is nice to know you’re going to treated well and taken care of. After the first time I’ve never I’ve never had any thought of going anywhere else. Don’t let fear stop you from having this very important procedure. It could save your life.

Thought the staff was friendly, and helpful with questions. Explained things well. Procedure went smoothly. My only complaint was the wait time, they were running 2 hours behind. But I’d heard there was an emergency situation happen in the waiting room. I like Dr Finlaw and think he’s very good.

The medical staff was professional during pre-op and very attentive though rushed. I’m aware that schedules have to be met but I felt every one was so aware of time that patients became numbers. When moved to the operating room I had a hard time getting the attention of the Nurse to make them aware of an something that I needed to. The Dr. said hello and how are you and I doubt listened to my response. He never spoke with me after though they found multiple areas to biopsy. I was sent home with a report with multiple pictures that were scary to look at and had someone briefly talk about them and post-op. I was sent home with an appt almost a month away leaving me to wonder if I had cancer.

The procedure was performed very quickly and efficiently. All staff were personable, making sure I was informed and comfortable. The waking up/departure seemed rushed but, overall, a good experience. I highly recommend Dr. Finlaw and this facility.

I love their staff they are very helpful and kind people that work there.They really care about their patients and the well being of everyone that comes through those doors i thank them so very much for all that they have done for me.

I had a very pleasant experience with my procedure. The staff and the doctors were all excellent. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. Everyone explained what was going to happen step by step after the procedure they explained the findings what my next options were. They took great care of me I recommend them to anyone that is needing colonoscopy, endoscopy they're awesome.

This is why I do not recommend this facility. Melanie, Dr.Chings nurse hung up on me. When I questioned her about the fact that I’ve spent thousands of dollars on procedures and tests, without resolving any actual pain or symptom problems. I was simply trying to find the type of doctor I might need since none of my symptoms or issues were resolved and she told me that “there is not another doctor to see we are the specialist” when I asked her about a prescription I was to receive from the doctor on my last visit she basically called me a liar because it wasn’t in the notes. I know it wasn’t in the notes because he said it to me. Verbally. How would she know what he said or did not say, she was not in the room? Instead of asking for me, Her final question and statement was “are you coming or not to the scheduled appointment?” and I wanted to know if we’re gonna actually solve problems today or am I just going to go home like last time still hurting with no answers...... then that’s when Melanie decided to hang up on me. Clearly their only after your money here not truly after the patient’s well-being. Because why can I not find out why I can not get the prescription that I was told I was supposed to get? why can’t you refer me to another doctor that can help me in the sections of my body that I have pain? We realize we were taking up time from other patients while being on the phone with her but we were just trying to solve some problems before driving so far to get no answers again for the fourth time..... P.S. this app made me give it a 1 star review because it would not let me post otherwise.... so I wish to say -5 stars. Thank you have a great day
