I decided to try this new place because I stopped by when they first opened and saw how beautiful and elegant it looked. I even told a few friends about it. My bestfriend actually went and had a horrible experience with the quality of her nails and even had to return 2x to get repairs only to be charged for their mistakes. I should’ve saw the warning but still decided to try them because my regular nail technician was unable to get me in when I needed. Let me start by saying the owner Sonny lied and told me he was the receptionist not the owner. Okay, not sure why the lack of integrity. “Red Flag!!” Next, I asked for a gel pedicure and a fill-in. I get to the pedicure station and within 5 minutes into it, Sonny brings a woman name Tina to do my nails. Initially I thought she was coming to remove the old gel polish so that my nails were prepped ahead of time after getting my pedicure. I was so wrong! Before I knew it she was drilling away, burned me 2x and had white powder all over my clothes. I couldn’t enjoy the massage chair or the pedicure because I had 2 people working on me at the same time. I never told them I was in a hurry, but I wish they would’ve told me that they were. I didn’t know who to pay attention to and I definitely couldn’t relax. This took away from the whole idea of a relaxing spa day. Needless to say my nails and toenails turned out okay. Not great just okay. They don’t pay attention to detail, I had to point out areas missed several times and Polish on my skin. I finally gave up. See pictures attached. The ladies were pleasant but the quality of the salon decor and all the fanciness is much greater than the quality of the services they provide. I will not be a return customer. I will wait on my regular lady or continue to look for another back-up place to get these services.

UPDATE: this is an update to my original bad review. I’ve never given anyone 2 bad reviews, but this place truly deserves it!! Not only they do terrible job, they also have the worst customer service. So got my nails done on 8/20. Exactly a week later my get started peeling at the top and sides. (7 out of 10 nails!!) The least I expected out of gel manicure is 2 weeks. I gave them a call on 8/30 explaining the problem. The owner told me their “policy” is 7 days to remediate any problem. Well was I told about this so called “policy”? Nope. Not a single person during my initial visit said “by the way, if you have any problems, please make sure to let us know within 7 days”, neither did I get some sort of receipt stating such policy. I obviously was not happy, to which then the owner said to come in for them to take a look at it. I explained that I have a 2 week old newborn baby and had to ask for help to even make the original visit and that help is not currently available to me, so I asked if they just could refund not a full amount but maybe 50% as a simple act of good customer service. The owner ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to do so. I highly recommend of not ever using this salon if you don’t want to get ripped off and have to go elsewhere a week later to get it redone. Total waste of time and money!! (See additional pictures) ORIGINAL: My regular nail tech is on vacation so I decided to check out the new salon that looks nice and had good reviews. I’ll start by saying the place does indeed look great with a beautiful design. And that’s The Only thing I was impressed with. I called to schedule an appointment and the only thing I asked for is to give me a nail tech who is good with cleaning cuticles, to which I’ve got a standard response “all of our techs are great at that” ..I reiterated one more time that that is the part that is very important to me. I was getting manicure and pedicure done. Unfortunately what I’ve got is a person who took short cut approach at everything! My gel wasn’t properly soaked off, it was ground down with the electric file during which not once but THREE time my cuticle was nicked (twice in the same spot - ouch!!) to the point of bleeding. Sides weren’t properly cleaned, very fast barely there technique. The polish application is rather rough and bubbly, not to mention I had to point out multiple times that she either was not covering the entire nail leaving out the sides OR she was going over my skin which at the end caused roughed up bulky edges and of course the part where the polish went over the cuticle - which I know in a matter of a week going to grow out and start peeling at the top :((. The parts she was missing then were “touched up” - not in a smooth way :( Bottom line - this has been the worst manicure/ polish application I’ve received in a very long time! Something you possible can expect out of a very cheap dingy salon, not a brand new and beautifully designed fancy place with fancy prices!! I will not be coming back here :(

The salon itself was great. It was very clean and nice looking. I was greeted by a nice woman and sat on time.. The cocktail they made me was great. BUT my nail tech, Nina was very unprofessional. She kept rolling her eyes and talking bad about the customers around us. She kept stopping my nails to talk to her cousin and had to get up at one point during my session bc she was “sleepy” … it kinda made for an uncomfortable experience. I don’t enjoy being around negative people and she brought my mood down. I don’t think she did the best job at my nails either. I didn’t want them short, and they look very short and nubby, which I had mentioned I didn’t want. Kinda upset, but you win some, you lose some.

I completely forgot to prebook my last appointment. So i called and they could fit me in within 30 min of me calling. They did an AMAZING job on my nails, while me and my friend enjoyed a mimosa and multiple laughs. The environment is so friendly and welcoming! If I could leave this place 10 stars i would!! Would recommend to all my friends and family.

I loved coming here I’ve had my nails done beautifully every time. My last visit here was nothing short of terrible. I came in to get a gel manicure. I had seen some nails I liked on tiktok so I asked if it was possible for them to do that. The man who was my nail tech seemed very confident it could be done no problem. He starts showing me all these variations of colors that just weren’t what I wanted so I said if it couldn’t be done that was fine I would pick something else. He insisted that he would find it. After spending almost 30 minutes trying to figure how to do the nails I wanted he started to become visibly frustrated. Saying things like how I just wasn’t going to be happy no matter what he did and aggressively shaking his head. I was frustrated too because I had already said I would pick another color. So I ask to see the nail sheet again so I can just pick something they already have so we can start my nails. I noticed during my manicure it was hurting but sometimes it does with the acetone so I just ignored it. He proceeded to do things through out my manicure like pretend to throw the dead skin from my nails at me and make a stinky face when he would touch my two broken nails. Regardless at the end of the service I thought my nails were beautiful and over tipped because I was there to leave with beautiful nails. I get home and my hands were just hurting so bad. I woke up the next morning to all of my cuticles bleeding and swollen. My fingertips were literally throbbing and ever since I got them done it’s been so painful to even wash my hands under warm water because of how raw my cuticles are. I was so upset and it felt personal due to how I was treated the rest of my service. I had never had this happen at any other nail salon in my life. I didn’t want to leave a nasty review because like I said I love this nail bar and wanted to go back. After trying to get in touch with a manager for four days all I was offered is $20 off my next nail service at voncii. Just for some context my total after my tip was $123.50 to say I was disappointed was an understatement. I will never be coming back here which is unfortunate because like I said the nails are beautiful. But I will never be treated like this especially for not doing anything wrong. In the picture below it truly does not even do justice to show how bad my fingers were they are now completely scabbed and like I said it is on every finger I don’t know how that could be an accident.

I’ve never ever left a bad review at a business before. This is THE WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. First off, if you get Laura as your nail tech just asked for someone else. I went on Saturday evening to get a regular pedicure in neon pink nail polish. The first pink was too dark so I asked if we could please change the color. Laura came back and put construction worker orange on my nails. I hated it. She kept saying it was neon pink. She rushed me out of there that they were not dried and smudged by the time I got home. I called the next morning because they were already closed and they said they do not provide refunds and that I can come in within 7 days and get it fixed for free. I showed up on Tuesday and Laura fixed my nails. They tried to charge me for changing the color to neon pink. Laura said the neon pink I wanted was only for gel. Her boss came over and reassured me it was regular polish so I finally got the color I wanted. Laura YELLED at me for not coming back the same day to change it to the color I wanted and said I could not have the massage chair on while she was fixing her mistake. She said I was taking away from her other clients. I guess Laura isn’t aware of the 7 day policy her work has in place. I also had expressed to her that I did not like the color on the first day. I was expecting more from them since it is such a nice place, but do not go there because the customer service is horrible!

Heaven on earth when I speak with pretty reception to arrange me. Nice, nice!!! Good time nail time. Enjoy gin tonic tee hee! Misssi she love. I come more time again. Happy feet!!!! Tee hee. !

I really wanna give this place 5 stars due to customer service. However, I have never paid $75 for a fill on natural nails plus chrome. At my usual place I would’ve paid MAX $50. The chrome has also started to chip after having them for less than 24 hours, and it was not painted on the sides of my nails fully which has really been irritating me. Again, they are SO NICE but way too over priced.

First off, they have plenty of friendly staff to accommodate. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I got the Orange I Sweet pedicure with a Bloody Mary in hand. It was by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Definitely one of the nicest place around to get pampered. Recommend this for anyone looking for large groups to get pedis. They are also great at nail designs. Can’t wait to host my bridal party here!

This place to super nice! Very clean. Snack and beverage offerings during your service, including cocktails. Mani, pedi, gels, acrylics, etc. Large color selection. Techs are all extremely nice and helpful. Brought our daughter prior to vacation.

I always have an amazing experience here! I have had multiple different nail techs and they have all been great. My nails are always exactly how I want them and considering how luxury the atmosphere is, the pricing is very reasonable!

Absolutely love this place and will continue to make the drive for their services. I got the orange 🍊 pedicure today and it was amazing! Walked right in without any wait and the service was amazing. Loved all the color options. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but this place did not disappoint.

The salon is very nice and the staff was friendly, however, I was not happy with my manicure at all. I asked for gel for both my manicure and pedicure. The tech did my pedicure and it looked nice. Then she pulled out a dip powder for my manicure and it didn’t even match my toe color. I should have stopped her, but I’m not normally one to speak up, and I don’t hate dip nails. But she finished them and I was less than satisfied, especially for what I paid. My cuticles looked worse than they did when I came in, and she didn’t clean up my fingers at all. I was scrubbing at the sink for a long time to get them to look somewhat cleaned up. The salon seemed to be getting busy, so I understand trying to get through people and move onto the next, but some attention to detail and communication with the customer would be nice. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and will not be back, which is a shame because the salon itself is nice and clean.

Absolutely enjoyed every minute of my experience here at Voncii. The atmosphere was so luxurious! And I was able to enjoy a nice alcoholic beverage while I got my services done! 10 out of 10! I recommend

Great staff and excellent work. Went with my girlfriend and guy friend and all of us had a great time. Started going here a year or to ago and highly reccomend the Chill-BD. I'm sure to continue going here!

I love my nails for my bridal shower! My nail artist Dee was amazing! She was polite and she asked for my approval throughout every part of the process. I will definitely be coming back for my wedding day.

Love getting my nails done here. Clean, welcoming atmosphere with very friendly staff. They ask all the right questions to make sure you get exactly what you want and they execute any design you want perfectly. I never leave disappointed. Voncii will forever be my nail bar ❤️

WOW! This nail salon is superior. I was floored at the size, interior, the full service bar, but mostly the staff. Every single person was smiling, laughing, helping and working together seamlessly. A friend and I made an appointment (thank goodness because it was already busy the second they opened), for just nail services, but wished we would have gotten pedicures after seeing everything. Both of our nail techs were SO good and also surprisingly fast because one of us had a design and he didn’t even bat an eye at the complexity of it. This place is well worth the drive!

Best pedicure I've ever had, will definitely be back. Everything felt amazing, love the hot stone massage. They also have the best Bloody Marys!

Beautiful nail salon with wonderful services offered. Staff is always friendly, accommodating & kind. Nail technician, T, also does the best acrylic nails and designs! Highly recommend checking this place out the next time you are looking to relax & get your nails done.

I’m obsessed with this nail set and Voncii nail bar, probably my favorite set I’ve gotten in a long time. I went to Angie and she did amazing. Super sweet and killed these nails:)

The best service. I always call ahead and I’ve never had to wait after arriving. Very prompt. The whole staff is extremely attentive and courteous. Sometimes I bring my toddler or newborn, everyone always makes them feel welcome and not like a burden. Lovely pedicures. Always leave feeling pampered. Rosa has done an excellent job creating a luxurious atmosphere filled with staff that care about their work.
