Showroom is really big.They have TV, audio systems, oven, watches, mobile, laptops, crockery, home appliances etc. Salesman was really helpful by explaining the details and comparison between different models. The worse service in my purchase experience , don't take eham extended Warranty that is really cheating & nobody responded after 2 year of one part replacement, while purchasing a products all are too friendly but one complaint reported after 2 weeks of purchase and it is purely under normal warranty period, they are regularly committing 3 days for refund buy still not resolved after 2 year. bad and cheating experience. One of the worst store in Kerala. Hope everyone check’s out the reviews before even stepping in to EHAAM DIGITAL. I had Registered a complaint for an appliance which I had bought with an additional EHAAM DIGITAL WARRANTY that’s what they say which is SCAM PEOPLE. It’s been 1 month since the complaint has been registered and at last got it fixed after rigorous follow up. I believe the brand was much fast than EHAAM where the parts were ready but as per the warranty policy EHAAM HAS TO MAKE, so that the brand can resolve the issues. Coming to the EHAAM customer care, it’s like the way they respond as if I have taken money from their pocket and bought the item. Most unprofessional and ill-mannered people except for which I spoke to a service head named MR ANIL who help me out at the end. Literally I regret purchasing from EHAAM DIGITAL. small stores have much better services than these big shots. This is the worst customer care experience had since ages after having hell lot of staffs and their stores are crowded with staffs rather than customers. Also since day 1 I haven’t received a callback from any of them on my complaint. I should be treated as staff where I Followed up and cleared out my own complaint. Good bye EHAAM DIGITAL

Then I called an executive whom I know and he assured somebody would call me shortly. No response so far. I wonder how we can purchase at this outlet when nobody is to attend customers when a genuine complaint arises. Owners are requested to review the matter and take remedial action.

If you want to witness the worlds worst customer care service then you should purchase from EHAM digitals. There was no option to leave with 0 rating and hence I'm forced to put 1 star rating. I bought a Samsung refrigerator from EHAM digitals and the compressor stopped working within a year. I raised a complaint to eham digitals and their response was like we have raised to the service team but it will take two days for processing and technician will be visiting at their convenience. After raising the complaint I had to constantly follow up and the customer service executives were rude. They seem to be unprofessional and does not care about their customer. When i requested to escalate they mentioned that they don't have a manager. So if you buy an appliance and if it goes bad, you need to wait for ages to get it repaired.

Very nice experience in my visit at your showroom .. I met mr. Dinesh your sales in charge from your door step itself and I Wonder,what an efficient and polite man he is in his dealing with a customer.Definitely he is an asset in the sales field of your showroom.

Few days ago I visited the showroom and selcted a fridge. I didn’t give the advance since I didn’t have my card with me. But as soon as i reached home i called and informed them not to sell that peace because i would come by 5:30 in the evening to pay the advance. Evening when i was on the way to their showroom they informed me that they has sold the piece to someone else. Money is all they care about.
