I love shopping with the Santa Barbara Company! Their website makes it so easy to shop for a special gift. I love picking out items on their site and making my own basket to gift. My mom lives in Santa Barbara and I am in Orange County and Santa Barbara Company makes it easy for me to do something special for my mom on her birthday. She loves getting a special delivery of goodies on her birthday! I have ordered items before that were out of stock and the owners promptly contacted me and helped me pick replacement items. Love the customer service and love shopping with a small business!

They create stellar flower arrangements. I purchased a bouquet on line to be delivered to a friend, didn't know the store but loved their online examples. Their site was easy to navigate, with extra thought to the vessels & the follow through service was above and beyond! They were attentive to make sure the arrangement would be received by my friend & she was really happy by the arrangement, which arrived perfectly intact & more beautiful than imagined!

I have been ordering flowers for my partner for over a year now, and each bouquet is beautiful and tasteful. The seasonal arrangements that come with a decorative pot have been my favorite to gift, the pot is a nice all-around size that my partner likes to then use for her own plants around the house. Having the flexibility to add a card and note or schedule an off-day delivery is extremely helpful since I cannot pick up the flowers myself. Santa Barbara Company will continue to be my go-to florist for all the important moments that I want to celebrate with my partner. :)

I loved that I could include a small bouquet AND bottle of wine in a gift. Their check out process was seamless and straight forward.
