    Got home, opened my bag, and the chips and churros were laying everywhere smashed at the bottom of my bag 😐also, asked for no lettuce or tomato on anything and my chalupa won’t even close because it is overflowing with lettuce and tomato. I’m sure my burrito I asked for no beans will have beans in it as well🤔also, you can ask and ask for mild sauce but never get it in the bag. I’ve had to run back in before to get mild sauce.

    Quick and friendly service. All our food was prepared as requested, including our many substitutions for vegetarian needs, etc. Tip: Use the Taco Bell app to check prices, as sometimes they are notably cheaper via the app (such as for the combo boxes).

    Drive thru is fast. Inside takes longer then an eat in restaurant to get your food. And they make mistakes every time, all the time, every visit. Managers are rude and not customer nor service friendly. Takes 4 workers to problem solve. Great food if you actually get what you ordered. That's the only plus.

    The food is fine service is very slow five out of the six times I was there the same front counter person was in the bathroom for about 15 minutes so apparently it's okay for them to go in there and just chill I don't know no problem with the food though just very slow service sometimes 15-20 minutes for fast food increasing the star by 1 it was fast service last time so let's see if they keep at it

    Just to start, the first couple of experiences were fine (normal customer service). Tonight, different experiences. I pull up to the window the cashier takes forever talking to another customer to take my payment (with the window closed), then when she takes my payment and gives me my drinks she closes the window and gives me my food. I take time to look make sure I have everything I ordered (tacos were wrapped horribly and falling out of the wrapper) then she opens the window back up to hand me my card and notices I'm rewrapping my food and doesn't wait for me to take my card and closes the window with my card (rude and disrespectful) then the manager comes over and says Goodnight and I haven't even gotten my card fully back in my wallet yet nor the mild sauce I asked for while I was ordering. Tonight, to say the least, was inadequate service, and the Belle Vernon and Monessen areas of customer service need to do better! You all make MD look good, and I hate my hometown 😤

    Wasn't able to get my online order due to them not having stock of nacho fries or their fryer is down. Wasn't able to exchange nacho fries for equal value item, only offered nacho chip & db cheese which we didn't want. Told them to cancel the $60 order. I will not go back again, this was only 9:30pm at night, when they usually stay open til past midnight. This is unacceptable, at least show on the app that something is unavailable. Even the McDonald's app has that capability based on your store location!!

    I visit this location very frequently.They are friendly and always get my orders right but every third time or so the food is put together really poorly. Mostly daytime I get better food.

    Overall the people are nice and the food is good...if you get it. Almost every time I order here there are items missing from my bag or they've given me the wrong order. The employees need better training.

    Very poor, i couldn't even eat it. It fell apart. Where is the beef? i received more lettuce and soure cream, then beef. Ice tea was very weak . I'm very disappointed. I'm not sure if i will be back since it has gone downhill so much.

    I got food there today and they gave me the complete wrong order. I ordered two things and only got one and the one item was wrong. I couldn’t even eat the one item that was received. Money wasted.

    Well first the staff was too busy joking and messing around. Only one young man was doing all the work and doing well but couldn't keep up. Food was badly made. Majority of the young men working their couldn't stop making my daughter uncomfortable with stares and comments. Management get your people in line!!

    Went in for dine in and 2 employees were sitting at a table maybe on break don't know. No one at the counter. By the time we left about half an hour later those same 2 employees were still sitting there playing on their phones and tablets.

    The food was good, the service the young man seemed to care less about us or his job. Atmosphere music was way too loud,tables were dirty, kichen floor was in food. It was not well managed at all.

    I am completely shocked of how messed up our order was, you can tell it's pure laziness. Tacobell specifically has vegetarian option now for all ordered and that's what we ordered that had NO meat what so ever!! I come home with 5 Crunchwrap 2 burritos and some side orders. This order is not cheap almost $70 and every single one of them had meat. HOW??? We have never had meat in our life so just a thought of putting meat accidentally in our system or potentially being exposed to unknown allergies would have had us all in the hospital. I would think if you are in a food business you would train your employees better. The fact that I am giving them one star rating is because I couldn't give them zero. WORST tacobell experience ever!!

    I waited 35 mins for my order. Saw every person who ordered after me get theirs and then went up to the counter and asked about it, and they accidently took my order off the screen without making it.
