Unfriendly and rude girl at the drive thru ...came in and waited until there was a break in the drive thru and mobile orders to order... fountain drinks didn't taste anything like they should... couldn't get any condiments due to the condiment bar being in a foul state...girl brought the order to the table and was missing half of it. Had to ask for vinegar and got it in packets... not only should the manager walk the plank but the owners should as well.... I can't wait to get the same canned response from LJS...Oh we're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay at LJS... gimme a break

I wish I could give negative stars cuz that's all they are worth! And to think what we could have gotten with $75 in food somewhere else 😭We walked in and the dinning room was so cold that they made sure no one would be sitting inside then we ordered $75 in food and handed us a tray saying that's all we ordered 😡 we had to argue to get the rest of our food and they still shorted us a chicken meal... They served us what seemed like all day cooked food the chicken was so rubbery and disgusting and DONT DARE ASK FOR TARTER SAUCE! they have to watch their inventory so your only aloud 4 and that's one per meal! They were rude and incompetent at even working there. The fries weren't cooked all the way... Or sat there all day. It was a horrible experience and probably made me never want to eat at a long John silver ever again! We sat outside to eat our food in the parking lot because we couldn't sit inside it was so cold even the customers behind us said something and they never even responded. Those customer's got their food and left. And the nice lady gave us her tarter sauce because they wouldn't give us anymore. We watched 2 out of 4 drive thru customers just leave on them cuz they said they were out of what they wanted. This place needs shut down or needs all new employees! 😡😡 Then as we sat on the sidewalk eating our food they emptied the trash cans from inside and threw them out on the sidewalk it was disgusting! We left our food and left. Never ever will ever give them a penny of our money again! The owner of this place needs to wake up and start running a correct business! Cuz this is not ok! And to have so many others complain about the same things, this place needs to be shut down!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before we stopped and wasted our time and money, the owner should be ashamed

Whoever owns or manages this location should pay more attention to what's going on there. I paid $13.83 for old dried out fish and shrimp. My order was supposed to have a chicken plank included...NO CHICKEN...THE SHRIMP - DRIED OUT & OLD...THE FRIES WHERE COLD AND SOGGY...ASK FOR COCKTAIL SAUCE YOU GET A TEASPOONFUL IN A PLASTIC CUP...WAITED AT THE DRIVE-THRU FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE SOMEBODY TOOK MY ORDER. Drove home with my food only to have to drive back and explain to the rude worker that this is not what I paid for. Almost $14.00 for old dried up food. Then the girl argues with me about the timestamp on the receipt claiming my order was over an hour ago...well she can't tell time. The timestamp on the receipt was 4:55pm and I returned 13 mins. later and waited at the counter for 10 minutes because there was nobody in sight. After making me fresh food and checking it before I left...NO FRIES...sorry sir we have no more fries. As I was waiting for my replacement food I noticed how filthy this place is. Smashed food all over the floor in the cooking area. Nobody using gloves to handle your food...So I decided after walking out to just throw the food in the garbage...TOTAL WASTE OF $14.00

A quick stop for some fast food that we don't normally get back home! Overall, they're doing their best, and I commend them for it. I got the sweet chili shrimp tacos and they were about as lackluster as a taco bell soft taco, but for $11 they were almost triple the price for two tacos! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and hoped they would be good but unfortunately they were passable at best. Stick to their fried food and you'll get more bang for your buck!

Only had a root beer float and it was good. But place was dirty and understaffed. Room temperature was so cold no one was eating inside. Everyone was taking their food out to their car to eat.

The cashier was extremely rude making faces, one hand on her hip and speaking nasty to customers. One hand on hip, she was accentuating words to be more actor than anything else, extremely rude, all she said for a simple order. She said, we ran out of fries so one of you has to give your fries up! She was sarcastic about the upcharge for the additional sides. Your dinner reads side with it, but the sign on the wall doesn't tell you about that upcharge. They had no fries, several other items ran out, including A&W items. Prices are all expected to go up everywhere, $15 a hour for rude, sarcastic hardly working employees if at all at times for some. Customers best start reporting terrible employees, bad food orders or everyone will pay for it.

It's the Worst long jhons I've been to. No silverware or napkins. I had to pay an extra $6 for two drinks on top of the meals. I ordered two meals only got one of them run up and had to go back through the drive-thru again. Bad soggy fries. I will not be going back to that one ever.

Atmosphere was absolutely awful. Manager didn't care about his workplace and openly was complaining in front of customers. I've been a manager at fast food this place was absolutely horrible and appeared to have not been cleaned for over a week. Really do nor recommend coming hereunder you want to sit at dirty tables and receive awful service.

Busy location, took fried food home which was less than optimal. I like the variety in the menu with the burgers, cheese curds, popcorn shrimp & corn dogs. There's something for everyone. Large parking lot with easy in/out.

Food was ok. Fries wasn’t fresh. Kind a soft n soggy. Took a while to get food and burger was semi warm when i finally got food.
