    I work/worked in multiple restaurants and fast food places, I find it disgusting when places don’t tend to keep up with restaurant cleanliness. Never do I get decent bread here anyways. The time says 9 on the window and online. I fully understand wanting to close and get home but when placing an order online you should continue with the order that’s paid for. Never have I been so disappointed with a subway. The counters are gross, filled with older food. Overall this place should be shut down

    All I have to say is health department! It's dirty in there. I went in here prior to last night and it was a great experience with a older lady and young guy but my experience last night with the two young female workers was not adequate and to my standards for any food establishment. There were flies and nats everywhere flying on the food. I told the young female there was nats (x2) on the food, she did not respond. She didn't look at me and was very disrespectful (young girl curly hair with a nose piercing) she needs to be taught better customer service skills ( I dont know how you all (Subway) does your hiring but do better!). Her mannerisms were horrible, she had no sign of respect. You don't make it in life with that type of attitude (everyone has bad days but she needs to be taught to leave her attitude and her personal life at the door when she comes to work). This Subway needs to have the health department come do an inspection as soon as possible and the staff needs to be retrained on how to treat people.

    You raised the prices on all the subs and my black forest ham was so skimpy that I couldn't even see the ham. They slice the lunch meat razor blade thin and call it a sub...if all you think about is profit then close the sub shops up. Last time for me especially when it only cost you $1.50 to make it.

    Just did a pickup order for a 6 inch that I paid 8$ for. The entire hoagie was so burnt i couldn't even eat it , and had to throw it away. Normally my experience here is good , whoever made my hoagie needs retrained . Wish there was a way to get a refund.

    The people there are just unprofessional and not very nice at all. Constantly messing up orders. I get you can make mistakes here and there, but this is all the time. Never again.

    Worst subway ever! DON’T GO HERE! Upon entering we were immediately greeted with a bad attitude by staff. They claimed is was “against the law” to heat things in the microwave.?? When questioned about the legitimacy of their claim they became agitated yelled at us to never come back. Never seen such bad manners and management in my life.

    I ordered three rasberry cheesecake cookies got macadamia nut instead also got a 20 oz coke feom the cooler that the seal was broken on and completely flat. This store is utter garbage can never get an online order made correct

    We went to go to this location around 7:30 this evening and the doors were locked even though they had a closing time at 8:00PM. We decided to call, and a worker answered and stated, "we wanted to get closing duties done early". Since when do stores just close early because they want to?

    Ordered online, husband picked up food and bread was stale. Called to speak to manager Tracy. Who was rude and unprofessional. Tracy told me that the bread was not stale. Asked her if she made the sub she said "no". How can she argue that it isn't stale with a customer when she didn't make the sub or not the one eating the sub? I am trying to avoid bring the sandwich back as I know this is bad for the business but I see there are a long list of bad reviews here already. ***Please pick another restaurant location.

    I Put an order through the app, Picked it up at 8:50 pm. By the time I got home and realized it was wrong and tried calling no one picked up because they close at 9pm. I Tossed it cause I was not going to eat it. I Went in to get a refund the next day after work. I had pictures that I got the wrong one and was told “we are under performing too much to give you a refund”. I already ate dinner so I didn’t want a sub that they offered to remake. I didn’t want a sub, I just wanted a refund. I was told by a manager that would never happen. It’s not hard to have decent customers service. I can see why this place is underperforming.

    Very unprofessional, the 2 young ladies that were working had attitudes got out while order messed up not 1 of the 4 subs was correct, completely missed the half dozen cookies that were ordered, & 1 of the drinks were incorrect. This is the second time my order was incorrect with these girls working. I will be contacting the manager for further assistance.
