They need to work on check outs. The line is always moving slowly and 40 feet long. The building is overheated. Love looking but rarely find anything worth standing in a too hot building in an extremely long line. Usually put what I wanted back and leave.

Products are okay. As another review stated, check items for damage because it can be hard to miss or obvious. Like I saw a broken resin palm decor hand. Yes lines can be long during peek hours. Service is not professional. I was looking for a long time for items taken from me when I stepped away from my cart. I believe the lead employees were involved. Lousy play. I didn’t do anything horrible to them and they played this random game. I later discovered the items and they were behind the cashier counter. They played” tried to help “but with barely any effort. When the next shift came in and did go backs is when the missing items appeared. It was on a large three tier cart that they kept behind the counter. I will never step away from my cart cuz it can/will likely be taken without anyone asking if the cart belonged to anyone near by. These lead employees (much older women 45-59) are pretending to be helpful but don’t fall for the act. Also, the cashier tried to promote their credit card with promise of 5% off my purchase , Yes 5%. I thought it was 10%. doesn’t matter. It doesn’t really take much off.

Why is it the store had large shopping cart and they use the small ones to work with. NO ROOM in aisles for large carts. Cashier having to leave register every time someone leaves to unlock carts. Hope they paid her extra. I returned a ottoman with unfixable leg. I returned and saw it back on shelf. This is not right.

I picked up a rug from here. I should have opened it up in the store. But I didn't. I waited in line for 25 mins in at least 85° weather. Get all the way home in the HD. Open up the rug and there are pee stains all over the carpet. For $65 I could have bought a brand new rug on Amazon and had it delivered.
