I appreciate how easy it is to schedule an appointment. If you are someone who struggles to just find a doctor/make appointments, I highly recommend. The clinician who saw me was very knowledgeable and supportive. I also never felt rushed or dismissed which was refreshing.

I love this office, the staff is always helpful and I really like the Pocket Doc video chat app. Saved a lot of time and it's so easy to access. Thank you Perlman Clinic.

Whether in person or on the phone, everyone I have dealt with has been extremely kind and helpful. Such a nice change compared to other offices I have dealt with in the past few years. I hope this becomes the last stop for me with finding a medical team to be in charge of my care. The call center needs work and the Pocket Doc needs upgrades for Android devices. But the staff on the phone and in person have been fantastic including my mental health interview today with Dr. Spang. I joined this clinic because of Pamela Ferolie who is an asset no matter where she lands. I'm glad she landed here. Need to have direct phone access for each location though. I was lost in the dark and the rain and only had a call center number and as it was close to 5pm, they weren't answering. I wandered around while still on hold and then accidentally found the sign outside the MV location. I was not parked where I was supposed to park, but oh well!

Therapist didn't show up. Understand things happen but wish I'd been told instead of just waiting an hour. Leaving this here as a part of my paper trail in case I get billed for it later.

Everything including scheduling, billing, initial appt and follow up was smooth and easy. The provider I saw was pleasant and knowledgeable and smart enough to thoroughly look thru my records and prescription history. Doing so made the whole process so much easier and I will definitely be scheduling again with Perlman clinic.

I really appreciate the Perlman Clinic. My providers are linked to one another for continuity of care. Scheduling appointments online is easy for both in person and telehealth visits, and appointments are readily available.

Absolutely love Jessica, she's really cool to talk to and she gets it. Love everyone at Perlman, only thing for me is navigating pocketdoc & mychart sometimes, but it could be my phone,idk. But Thank You Perlman clinic for everything.

I had a wonderful experience through Perlman’s telehealth psychiatry services. The provider I saw, Brooke, had a wonderful and professional demeanor. She was very thorough and helpful. I was already an existing patient of the office for my general health so the ability to keep everything in house was great. I’m looking to continuing to work with the team at Perlman Clinic.
