CANCELLING MEMBERSHIP Today I witnessed a male manager going off on a female employee. I couldn't believe the way he was speaking to her. His yelling caused her to go into what appeared to be an anxiety attack. I overheard they were taking her to the hospital and hope she will be ok. Report has been filled with the state. I hope they follow up on the issue.

STAY AWAY! I was a member here back since it was Ronnie Lott's. I left and came back to new management. Ugh! How tragic! The place is WAY overpriced and while the staff that greet you are friendly, they're also totally apathetic to problems. Worse, the place is poorly managed -- never have I been a member at any gym with a pool that CLOSES ALL LANES to accommodate a handful of people doing water-aerobics, particularly when they could ALL fit into one lane with a TON of room to spare...! What, you close all the bikes if two are in use?!?If the place was crowded, I could maybe see it, but the pool was 75% to 80% empty? And the trainer was quite rude. But then, so was the manager when I complained. Supposedly, you need an app to keep up with what's going on because no one could be bothered to do what EVERY OTHER GYM does and simply have a board with class/events. At $70 a month and $90 membership, these guys charge caviar prices but deliver it on a poorly-run paper plate! STAY AWAY!

Getting a quote for monthly membership fees was like pulling teeth. Other gyms just show the price on their website but Forma wants you to submit a form with all your personal information before they'll tell you. Calling to find out the price wasn't much better. Sorry for the bad review but wasn't any reason for that to be so hard. Edit - Appreciate the response but it may have been better to just say "Sure we'll just change the website to how much membership costs"

I wanted to love this gym so much! It has a beautiful outdoor gym and tons of state of the art and innovative equipment. It’s too bad that I was told that the day care would be opening a month after I signed up (it’s one of the reasons I joined) only for the day care hours to be an unreasonable 8a-12p on weekdays. As a working parent, I just can’t use those hours. I haven’t been able to come in for two whole months, as a result. I have effectively wasted a couple hundred dollars on Forma’s empty promises of childcare. Then, I found out that they are getting rid of the childcare completely! What kind of “luxury” gym doesn’t have childcare? Especially one that claims to be family oriented? Parents beware. Don’t join if you actually want to be able to use this gym.

Being friendly just to have u to sign the membership. That's a good thing. Attitude changed when you said you want to think about it, seem like can't take no for answer. Kept asking me what I not like about the gym, and he gave me a look after i said it. Like lmao

I love coming to this gym! The staff is friendly and they have tons of amenities. They have both an indoor and outdoor gym; and the basic membership includes a variety of complementary classes like Zumba, weight training, Pilates, spinning, step and more. My highlight is attending classes with Bernadette, she is lovely to work out with and her energy is unmatched. The gym also has an indoor spa, including steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. They also offer massages for an extra prize or you can buy a massage package. The gym can be a bit pricey but for the amount of amenities is totally worth it!

Today after a hard workout I go to the water dispenser but there is no paper cup available. I go to the reception and ask for water. The guy behind the desk said we only have water for sale. I said I just need a paper cup and he said if you couldnt find it by the water dispenser that means that’s all for today! and i was almost passing out from the thirst. To the management: Seriously? I pay $120 per month but I dont deserve a paper cup? Do you know it is so unhealthy and in some cases dangerous to keep someone thirsty in these hot days?

I joined a year and and after my contract they still have been charging me monthly for 3 months now. After multiple times over those 3 months I have told to cancle my monthly charged and account. No cool._.

I would just like to say that this has been the best gym I have ever been a member of and that I am sad to leave because of the distance between us. The staff, equipment, space and experience were unmatched. I will write a sterling review. Thank you for the Heath and wellness.

If u r seeking a gym provides weight training and budget membership, Forma might not be the choice. The prize is higher but it worth it. The stuff is friendly and the facility are always clean. Loved the outdoor facility (pool, patio, playground). They provided a pretty diverse range of group class. Also the app and the rewards are always a plus for getting u motivated. Though I wish they could upgrade the facility (some mirrors are broken and the trade mill), so far, I enjoyed it.

This gym takes gyming to a whole new level. I love the outdoor workout area with punching bag, ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls, faux grass. The hot tub is a must for me, as well. Their staff, from front desk to sales to personal trainer, are pumped for you and helpful. Word of advice: while they do have massage therapists, plan ahead and book in advance. No walk-in services available.

I joined because it had a cool outdoor area to work out and plan on returning in the summer. Staff is very friendly and they work hard to give you a good gym experience

My wife froze her account and it was supposed to be for 3 months. Turns out they unfroze the account after 2 months and charged my wife $120. When she tried to work it out with manager he refused to help in any way. Absolute worst manager and gym. The account is canceled and $120 is gone. Be aware of this scam!!!

I just had the best complimentary massage from Andrew! He is a great therapist and very informative. Gave me some tips regarding my shoulder issues. I really like the fact that this gym gives complimentary massages, never seen that before and much appreciate it.

I walked in the first time and instantly felt comfortable. All the trainers make sure you feel welcome as do the other members and they tell you how to modify if you have any injuries. They keep you moving and pushing you to new limits. They're like family. They try to build relationships with you and I love the fact that they try to get to know you.

Not your ordinary gym! Great staff. Super friendly members. Beautiful 6 lane 25 yard pool with a very relaxing deck. Extensive outdoor gym area. Loads of equipment. Clean and well maintained facility with towels for everybody.

I''ve been going to this gym since right out of college (that's over 25 years), and I could not be happier that Forma took over a few years back. They have done so much to make this place beautiful and so much more than a gym. I don't think they ever stop thinking about how to make this place better and better. The outdoor cross fit area is awesome, the pool area is great, the staff is super friendly, and overall the place is comfortable for the whole family from kids to grandpa and grandma and everyone in between.

This is an update to my original post. Awesome gym. Clean, spacious, with a great outdoor weight area, swimming pool, ping pong tables, hot tub. The staff working there is really great and welcoming. Since I hadn't been to a gym in a few years I wanted to establish a routine and signed up with a personal trainer. Coach Naro is fantastic and I am always looking forward to our sessions. He really makes a difference by showing me the proper form and techniques which make a world of difference as you really focus on the desired areas. I have been to several gyms in the past and this one ranks at the top while remaining very affordable.

One of the best gyms I have been but there were two negative interractions that are worth mentioning. 1. My swimsuit and my shoes were stolen from the locker room while I was taking a shower. 2. There is a 30 day notice policy for cancellation. I let them know 25 days prior of my cancellation that I would be leaving town 15 days before my membership ends (end of August). They nevertheless decided to charge me for both August (which was right) but also September (aug 27 - sept 27) even though I wouldn't be using the gym for almost 40 days. The rules are pretty specific and technically it's my fault. But as soon as I contacted the department and after showing some resistance they were willing to ammend the charging and remove the payment for the last month that I would be absent anyways.

I’m been frozen my membership for 3 mounts and they charge me after 2 mounts , when I came to gym to talk manager he pretty clear explain to me, they not gonna make me any redound because they already charge me and nothing can do !!!!!! Management don’t care about all this and I’m not surprised !!!!

Forma Gym is a great gym for anybody who wants to start taking advantage of their fitness. The atmosphere is great and the staff are always friendly. You have options to work out inside or enjoy the fresh air and beautiful day in the outdoor workout space. Pricing is somewhat high ($100+) a month for membership which is a downside of this gym. However, when all other gyms were closed, Forma was operating smoothly with there outdoor area which allowed for people to continue their fitness journeys and exercise with equipment that you couldn't find anywhere else. Forma is the best gym I've ever used. The staff is warm and friendly, the equipment is always in good repair and the facility is clean and really nice. My trainer, Torey is the best, he's very knowledgeable, friendly and fun!

I've been a member for five years (with a short pandemic-mandated break) and this gym has always been great. It has all the equipment I need, and the addition of the huge covered outdoor space with all the lifting equipment you could hope for has been an absolute game changer. The staff are super friendly and the members do their thing in mutual peace and respect. Oh, and the old folks doing the pool exercises are absolutely adorable. Love this place.

Lots of things to choose from the out door work out machines, weights,speed bag,punching bag, and elliptical machines. Not to mention that they offer different classes to choose from.

Update: I was reassigned a new trainer and it went well. Even though they were much younger than me he took the time to get to know me and understand my issues and goals. I am willing to give Forma a try! The package only deals for personal is a bit frustrating but I understand. The package prices are competitive. Makes me sad to write this. I am on my 10 day trial after signing up. The personal trainer for my complimentary training session was a no show. Also, the pool could use some more regular maintenance. Unfortunately the kid that showed me around assumed I meant draining the pool. Just hire a pool cleaner! The equipment is pretty standard. Outside is a great idea. Unfortunately, so far, my experience here is not worth $107 a month. Not even close.

FORMA GYM is a great place to workout at! They offer a great variety of workout equipment and also Outdoors equipment if you wish to workout outdoors. Heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Great workout classes. VERY CLEAN! All in all just a great place to workout and feel comfortable doing so. Excellent staff members, they are professional, extremely helpful and kind!

Been going to this gym for a couple years. I love how this place feels like a tiny community. You get to know the other regulars and have small talk and share workout tips, and the trainers will give you tips to correct your form from time to time which is highly appreciated. Everyone from the front desk staff to the custodians are always nice and courteous. (I just wish they put a little less chlorine? In the women’s spa, it gets so bubbly i can’t enjoy it..)

The gym is nice great equipment in a lovely relaxing space. After a long demanding workout, there is nothing better than a nice relaxing rub and tugg from one of their expert masseuses.

Just joined a month ago and I love this gym. Has great aesthetics as well as a plethora of classes, outdoor pool, outdoor boot camp and ping pong !!!. Not to mention the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Friendly staff. Great location by the mall and right off the freeway, easily accessible. Facility is always clean and stocked. I've never had an issue with broken equipment. CHILDCARE 2 hour windows, and the staff is friendly and helpful - they seem to actually like kids!

Great gym, great people, amazing atmosphere

I live in the UK but came to visit family and got a 14 day guest pass to use while here. The person with the membership has to come with you to sign you in but doesn't have to stay. Facilities are amazing. Gym is huge and has a large range of equipment. The outdoor area is by far the best feature with a pool and hot tub area, and a grassy section with punching bags, weights and yoga mats. Sauna, jacuzzi and showers are high quality and the whole place is kept clean and in good condition.

The gym should communicate that the guest passes are no longer valid through the app or online. I woke up today at 6 am to come with my friend that wanted to introduce me to the gym only to almost get rejected and had to go back home because the “gym does not accept guest passes anymore.” Very bad first impression on the gym.

Great job remodeling this place but the atmosphere has changed to appeal to a more trendy millennium crowd. No longer friendly folksy.

We're new joiners, but it is super clean and offers great customer service. More class offerings on weekends and a family bootcamp class for parents and children would be great additions. Good value.

I had good expectations of this gym, but I was surprised to know that they are closing 1 hour earlier 10pm and 1 hour later at 6am. On top of that they are closing the 26th because there wasn't enough staff? It doesn't make any sense. I'm really disappointed.

Gym is clean. Verity of equipments, it has an outdoor area to workout. Lots of fun classes. I love the pool excersis. Especially summer time pool workouts.

Absolutely satisfied that I switched to this gym, couldn't be more happier. They keep it well kept and the staff is friendly always willing to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this gym.

The workouts are quick and effective. They use a variety of equipment for the workouts and the workouts are never boring.
