I went to the COSTCO in Fontana because I had not been to this location for quite some time. I was shopping for someone else and was able to find everything except for the ricotta cheese. I purchased their chicken and pork chops and they looked very good. The fruit was very good as well.. I did get charged for something that i didn't buy but the person at the door caught it and they adjusted my receipt. It didn't take a lot of but i was glad she caught it.. For myself I purchased a new chair when I'm in my office. My cat likes it too.

Had the worst experience today at this Costco. Maria had to touch my Costco card to verify it was me had to show my ID. Only thing the manager Adelina said, “I will talk to her and we have to make sure it the right person using the membership. I was so embarrassed. We to put in gas. Long lines as expected for a holiday which was fine. All gas attendents were on a obvious break standing by the work office. It took myself and another customer to get their attention. I know that Costco has higher standards than that. Their customer service has always been great. Thank you for staying with us through 2020 and continue to stay with us in 2021.

Not a reflection of this specific Costco but of several Costcos right now. I absolutely love the space saving fridge I purchased from Costco. Every appliance I have purchased from them has always arrived in a timely manner, whether it be 6months later or not yet. I forgot to draw the ice maker.

Had to drive over an hour to get there and every time was shocked how full it was and lines around the building. Over the year I went maybe 5-10 times and only went inside once. Honestly a waste of a membership, but wait I can order online, but wait I can find better deals elsewhere anyways. Defiantly disappointed with costco but I’ll blame myself for falling for the hype.

On 2/25/21 14:19 op:# 131 name: estavan - the older white female with puffy hair - this lady was helping the cashier put the groceries inside the shopping cart ... she was really rude! The way she put my groceries inside the shopping cart was really messy and items fell when I reach my car and stuff was squeezed. Please teach your employees about customer service.
