My experience with Blue Diamond has been amazing! They are all friendly and welcoming. I brought in family jewels and some ideas for a third generation setting. We started with a solitaire, uncertain whether to create one or two rings. A couple of years later, I brought the solitaire and remaining stones back to be set. The reveal was everything....I could see they were as happy as me! Blue Diamond Jewelers has shown that custom jewelry is affordable and proven that excellent service is priceless.

They are so sweet and accommodating! Top notch customer service and it’s very obvious they take their time with each of their clients. They made my soon-to-be husband’s wedding band and they resized my engagement ring. My fiancé ordered a slight size up because he was nervous about fit, he ordered it online from a different dealer. Blue Diamond did a fabulous job resizing it and it fits perfectly now! There is a VERY slight seam where you can see where it was reconnected after they sized it down but it’s so slight, you have to look really hard. Thank you!!!

I’m so glad I found Debbie and Ravi! I’m new to collecting fine jewelry and needed a home base to bring my vintage treasures for resizing and repairs. I’ve come in a handful of times over the last month and every time I do I’m greeted with kindness and treated with warmth and respect. Last week I came in with a broken necklace and a Ravi and team floated the idea of taking extra material from the necklace and turning it into matching earrings. (They turned out great!) I love working with folks who will help me game out possibilities with what have — sometimes jewelers are hesitant to make a creative suggestion, even when asked directly. A bonus: Pricing for services is very reasonable. Their turn around time is wicked quick too!

Ravi truly created my dream wedding band. I can not recommend Ravi and Blue Diamond enough! We originally went in to get my fiancé’s wedding band but as soon as Ravi saw my engagement ring, he pulled out a wedding band that he assumed I would like. Spot on. Obviously the rings, diamonds, items, etc speak for themselves. But in addition to the high quality items, Ravi is a huge reason why we stuck with Blue Diamond. He is incredibly friendly and honest. We live in Australia but were out in California to visit family, when my partner decided to propose. He had researched and found the incredible team at Blue Diamond in El Segundo to design my engagement ring, which they had ready within a week for him to pick up before we left. Skip forward a few months and we were back in the area and had no second thoughts about having Ravi and Deb organise our wedding bands too! They have become fast friends and always look after us and our kids when we stop by.

Ravi helped me design the perfect custom-made engagement ring to surprise my fiance with. The service was top notch, very down-to-earth, and no matter the request, you're treated like family here. The diamonds are sourced ethically (predominantly from Canada), and they have a wide variety of options and styles. Also, a portion of their profits go towards a non-profit to support meals for children in Kenya, which was a pleasant surprise. We were so pleased with the engagement ring that we came back to get our wedding bands with them. 5 stars!

Took a custom made ring designed elsewhere to Ravi and Debbie to size down substantially. Half a dozen other jewelers around Los Angeles declined the job, claiming it was too difficult. BD took on the challenge and did nothing short of an exceptional job. Ravi and Debbie are kind, extremely experienced, detail oriented and professional. It was a true pleasure working with them, and we will continue to exclusively use BD for all of our jewelry needs.

We only had good experience with Blue Diamond. They specialize in engagement rings. My husband had his mom engagement ring refitted for me, and we had some jewelry fixed there. Both Rabi and Debbie were of great help. They treat you like old friends and they want you to be happy about the experience.

First let me say this review is long overdue! From the moment I walked in to get sized and met with Altaf, I knew it was the only place my fiancé needed to go! Ravi and Debbie are the best. My fiancé and I stopped in so I could show him what I like/didn't like. Ravi paid close attention and worked closely with my fiancé to design the perfect engagement ring. My fiancé enjoyed many lunch breaks stopping in to check-in on the ring. We couldn't be happier with it (and my wedding band)! Ravi became a good friend and we would often stop in to just say hi. It was always like catching up with an old friend. Debbie was always very sweet and I enjoyed our conversations. We have now moved out of state :( but I can't wait to go back and visit. I can't recommend Blue Diamond (El Segundo) enough. They always make you feel like family.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience was so exceptional that it is worth the time to share. I worked with Kali to select and design the engagement ring for my proposal to my (now) wife. My wife gasped when I got down on my knee and opened the box. Her reaction exceeded my every expectation because the ring was magical. Kali knows diamonds, and she has an excellent and intuitive sense of not just "style" but also "fit." At no point did she attempt to push the most expensive ring, or pressure me into a quick sale. Instead she gave me a whole seminar on diamonds, tradeoffs between characteristics, etc...as well as taught me how to inspect and really "look" at the rocks. Next thing I know I'm outside judging how different diamonds reflect sunlight differently. She gave me the tools to make the right pick for me and my wife. And also a great deal on that magical ring. We returned for our wedding rings, and we are glad we did. Again, Kali helped us pick rings that fit us. From the moment my ring hit my finger it felt (and looked) like it always belonged there. Buying important jewelry can be stressful. When I was getting ready to start shopping for rings I prepared myself for an unpleasant experience (I'm probably being unfair, but I generally place diamond merchants somewhere between used car salesman and multi-level marketing salesfolk on the trustworthy scale). My experience was the complete opposite. Instead of an awful obstacle I had to overcome, it was instead a special moment which I will always remember.

I came here to have my late Grandmother's Ring cleaned so I can use it for my proposal to my Girlfriend and a really nice guy named Rushey helped me out and was able to get me a new custom ring to propose!
