This place is awesome!! The customer service is really good the lady’s working there because they love their jobs and the way they decorate the cups with the “death” “terrified” concept is great. The flavor of the drinks so far only 6 aren’t sweet, I love that to much sugar mixes the coffee flavor or vanilla wherever flavor you ask is good, the whip cream even if they change the flavor doesn’t taste like the colorant still the same flavor just “red blood” 👏🏽 awesome. The place is small I know is new but they should see another way to host many people because visit with friends/family will be something fun to do soon. Overall I’m Fan and I totally recommend🏅

I got so lucky to not wait in line today! This is the best ice coffee and is hard to get but worth the wait. Trust me… if there is a line up, just wait.. you will thank me later.. Have your camera ready as you want to film as soon as you open the door. The theme of this place is amazing and the drinks names are priceless. I got “La Churrona Ice coffee” was crazy good. The also sell merchandise and is very unique and authentic. Let me know what you think.. keep on eating and have fun! #chicocaresreviews76

I didn't listen to my friends because I thought they were exaggerating and I regret that. The drinks here made my party of 4 sick on 10/22/23. We drove from Hemet to Yucaipa. Ordered Freddy's Nightmare, Wormy Micheal, 6ft Under, and Here's Johnny. I paid for Freddy to run his claws through my colon. The excessive food coloring affected my stool today. One party member got sick halfway through their drink that they threw up. All four of us agreed that the overpriced drinks tasted like watery cake mix. When coffee is the main thing being sold, each one should taste like coffee, be delicious, and not be heavily dyed. I didn't listen to bad reviews because I wanted to experience this place for myself. Just be cautious. The mural was well done. I admired their hospitality for allowing vendors in the front. The atmosphere was lovely! But the drinks were not it.

Great experience! Drinks are great! The place looks awesome! I love how it has the horror mannequins but still enough room to sit down and enjoy. Very friendly staff and I love the drink picks they choose for me.

Amazing experience. They put a lot of thought and work into this. You can tell they are true horror movie fans. I was able to get a sugar free iced coffee that was perfect. Tucked away in Yucaipa, this place keeps busy and is truly an experience. The coffee was perfect!

This is the coolest coffee shop I've ever been to. As a fan of the classic horror films this place makes some of the best themed coffee drinks you will ever have. If you happen to be in the area I definitely suggest you stop by and grab yourself Freddy's nightmare ice blended. The decor in this place is awesome and nostalgic. Make sure you take a lot of pictures.

This place has a good atmosphere going on with all the horror decor but the coffee was not good. It has a really weird flavor. Definitely not worth the wait and the hype. I'll give it 3 stars because of the atmosphere and the friendly staff.

Ya love horror and coffee? Or tea? This could be the place for you. I am not a fan of coffee but like teas and lemonade, this place has ya covered. Very clever names for the drinks, such as 5 feet under. Enjoy the outside murals and the scary items inside the store.

Cool atmosphere and theme if you’re into horror flicks. Opens at 10 am which is odd for a coffee shop. When I was there, these was a line that took about 20 mins (10 am). The selection is ok and the drinks are ok. Mainly the atmosphere that was cool in my opinion.

The cutest pop up coffee shop in Yuciapa. Great tasting blended coffee drink and freaking delish cupcakes. I’d recommend stopping by

Super cool coffee shop! From the decor and atmosphere, to the drinks become very creative and actually good! There's something for everyone! My little one loved the Worm Micheal (none coffee) and my husband who isn't really a coffee drinker enjoyed the cookies and cream. I myself tried a 6 ft under and a doll face. Both were very good, better than Starbucks for sure! Only thing id say they could add would be some food/snacks and more seating so people could stay in the shop for a bit and enjoy the vibe. Over all very impressed!

The establishment can only host 8 customers at a time which would be a bother to some but it gives you enough time to enjoy the decor without feeling overwhelmed by a crowd. There was a vendor outside for those waiting in line with cute homemade crafts. The drinks were reasonably priced $2-$7 which was a huge plus. The staff was friendly, patient and informative. Was overall a very positive experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely experience.

Horror lovers delight! It’s Halloween any day of the year at roast the dead coffee. They have classic movie memorabilia and a tv playing clips of old movies. Very cozy spot so expect to not have room to stay as it gets crowded fast. The drinks are creative and delicious only downside is the lack of space to sit and enjoy them!

A fellow horror movie enthusiast suggested we stop by on our way back to LA from Palm Springs. Super fun novelty coffee shop with themed decor ripe for photo ops. I especially liked the porch set piece with an old (working) CRT TV adorned with stacks of classic 80s vhs horror boxes. The feature presentation is their ice blended "killer drinks" which are deliciously on brand. This place seems like a labor of love from a dedicated horror nerd which i was happy to support. Be aware this is a small shop with an 8 person cap so there may be a queue to get in.

Loved the drinks. Whipped cream was really rich and coated my tongue, but not in a bad way if that makes sense. Service was great too, even other customers were really friendly and enjoying the mood of the place. A very cute hole in the wall horror cafe.

Place was super friggin' cool. Definitely a spot you need to check out if you're a horror fan. Themed drinks are rather sweet, but staff is very helpful at helping you pick what you'll enjoy!
