I drive all the way from Lincoln because the quality is unmatched. I'm always in and out within a super reasonable amount of time. I know that they are short staffed but we always have had pleasant experiences with them. My husband and myself get our hair done by Shady, because we love her but I think it’s a great place to get your hair done.

Shady is absolutely my favorite. She is the only one I will trust with my hair anymore. She always puts so much time and heart felt work into your hair. She has done about 3 designs for me now and they always look so amazing and flawless, she recently gave me a cut taking off over 6 inches of hair and i was almost in tears with the final results. She brings out a whole new confidence in me every time. She puts all her time and effort into the person in her chair.

Andrea Brayton is probably the best stylist I have gone to. She listened to what I was wanting and did exactly as I asked. She held great conversation and was very respectful! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I had a misshap at home and had a color correcting emergency. I had to be out of town the next day and would be unable to get anytime to fix my hair oops. I called Tara at cost cutters North Platte and she said to come in over her lunch the next day and she’d help me get squared away before I left town that afternoon! Tears of joy and extreme appreciation for her going above and beyond and taking the time out of her lunch break to help fix my disaster was greatly appreciated she rocks!! 😁

Tara is awesome!!!! She has cut my hair For 5 years and always takes great care and attention to detail!!! She offers strait razor neck shaves which are great!!! Highly recommend!!!

I can't get an appointment because they are so so busy. Or not. Never a decent cut and prices are so high here. They say it's so busy but every time I go to Walmart there are no people waiting and they say it's a 3 or 4 hour wait. Really? Two hours later there is still no one getting cuts and gals are still sitting chatting like a girls night out. Very unprofessional. 10 years now same thing. I go to Lexington Cost Cutters where you get in and cut professionally in a minimal time every time. 60 miles for a decent cut is more than worth it. Don't go to North Platte Cost Cutters or you might find yourself leaving sooner than expected.

I asked for a haircut and boy did Sarah do A HORRIBLE JOB. I can't even call it a haircut. Its A CHOP JOB!! SO uneven and she wasn't even paying attention to my hair she was looking every where else. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE.

I have stopped in twice now once a half hour before closing with 2 workers standing with no customers, was told it was too late to get a haircut. Then the next time I stopped in 10 minutes after opening with 3 people working, one with a customer and the other 2 just standing was told it wouldn't be til 11 before they could get to me. Definitely wouldn't waste my time to stop in to get a haircut at this place ever again!

Shady did such a wonderful job. Above and beyond my expectations. Foil shave and eyebrows were excellent additions to a fabulous haircut. Girlfriend approved.
