Passing through Fargo, my son and I decided to check out a local Magic the Gathering store. We were not disappointed by Paradox. The card selection was amazing. We were looking for a few old cards for commander decks and they had them all. The worker, whom’s name we did not catch, meticulously reviewed the card quality of our purchases and graded and priced them respectively. I haven’t witnessed this type of attention to card grading at my local game stores. As the name would imply, the comic book section seemed to take up about 1/3 of the store and looked quite respectable. They also had a nice wide array of other games. The store was packed with players running D&D campaigns and some other random board games. Nice to see this kind of activity, I only wished we could have played on an mtg event day. We will definitely be back anytime we are in Fargo.

I've been a repeat customer here, pokemon, comics, funkos and even some graphic novels. So when I ask if you'll take 10 bucks for a 13 dollar card and you say no without hesitation, you just earned yourself one less customer and one that's going to tell everyone to shop outside your shop. Good job being cheap. Hope that 3 bucks keeps you up!

I’ve been going here for about 24 years playing magic and have seen it grow. The staff is always knowledgeable and nice and love a good laugh as much as I do. It’s a great place to learn new games from board games to collectible card games. They also have hours worth of looking around for comics and other literature. Rich is a great owner and friend of mine and I’ll keep coming back !

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years for comics, graphic novels and Magic cards. Truly a Fargo staple and a positive for the community. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent selection. Great events and promotions. Easily one of my favorite places in Fargo. I slip in multiple times a week to browse, chat and give my money to an awesome small business.

Kyle involved with the Pokemon tournament at Paradox went above and beyond to help get my daughter her prize support. He kept in touch and immediately fixed an issue that was not his or the stores fault. Great Customer Service.

This place is Fantastic. I go almost every weekend to buy D&D minis to paint and use in my games. The general staff is helpful and friendly. The owner is extremely passionate about his business and you can tell. Great selection of Magic, Pokemon, and Dungeons and Dragons stuff. The rewards program is really cool.

Had a great time here with my friend Brian Snoddy who was doing a card signing. What a great place for games and more! Super big game room with lots of fun patrons. We’ll run and clean! Highly recommend!
