The doctor and lady’s behind the desk have no communication between each other, the pharmacist is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to! they have approved my script without even consulting me!, also have given out my script WITHOUT written authorisation multiple times!! (CCTV FOR PROOF) quiet frankly they are the worst chemist you could go to period!

If I could give a zero star I would, is an absolute disgrace how they treat their patients....

Save your money/time and go elsewhere, highly recommend Montu

Prices steadily going up. Service steadily going down. They have free consults for new customers, but want $89 for existing? I would stay away from this lot - street dealers are better.

Had nothing but good experiences to be honest.. I mean there could probably be a bit more communication about scripts and how often and when you can fill them..

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Great waiting time...approx 5-10 minutes. Any questions you asked they were happy to explain.

Honestly, you hear good and bad things about EVERY company, and for me it was no different here (just part of running a business, that's life), but what I saw was overwhelmingly good regardless, and I was comfortable giving them a go. I can personally say that Kush Clinics has treated me fantastic, from the first phone call through to my subsequent follow ups and the learning curve for me of asking questions and trying these products, that are still quite new to me. I couldn't speak a bad word about the service I've received, and have happily recommended the clinic to a number of close friends. I hope you have the same experiences as I have :)

My experiences with summit pharmacy and Kush clinic has been good.. I think pricing is a little high and the absence of concessions for pension card holders is only reason I didn't give 5 star.. but quality of flower, has been good, and Get it in 1 to 2 days express post there is so many providers of medical cannabis out there.. and summit pharmacy is the only one I've tried . But I have done some research and some only give 6 weekly script, and have to pay for consultation.. with summit pharmacy consultation with doctor was free and scripts last 6 months.. with repeats 25..I like summit pharmacy and will stay with them for a while.. who knows they may do concessions in future,,,
