Walked into store, three employees of n corner near door, one at counter. I was shopping near the group who were talking about their personalities, what they like about each other, everything but helping customers - about 6 in store. After walking to the group twice, I left store. Unbelievable !!

Customer service was definitely lacking. The store was clean and organized. However, with covid there is a limit so not hard to keep the store maintained. I asked for help finding and certain candle and the employee wasn't very polite and said "If we had it, it would be oj this table." And walked away. When I checked out I asked that employee at the register to ask someone if they could look for the candle, she abruptly said "we don't have it." Cool. Thanks. When I put my product on the register to pay (candle sleeve) I realized it was broken and said I would grab another quickly. She then stared at me. Um okay. So yes, love bath and body. Wasn't impressed with the service at this location.

My husband and I were greeted promptly at the door and were told about the sales. I was given assistance with no issues.

Nothing special, went inside to ask for massage oils with no aroma, they didn't have any. The attendant was nice and helpful.

We love the sales. This location is always busy. Plymouth is better, but this is closer to us.

I had the best customer service in this store. I forgot the name of the associate but she was very enthusiastic and helpful. I had the pictures of what my sister wanted me to buy from the store and she literally found each item for me. We rarely come to this shop as we live in Elkhart but evrytime we come here, the associates are welcoming and helpful. The products are also awesome.

Clean, great customer service. Organized, good sales. You can shop quickly. And I love that they won't keep you waiting in line. They won't hesitate to open a checkout up for you

Although I LOVE bath and body works, I expected this OUTLET location to have more deals. It had almost no deals, I was disappointed. But I was able to get my free item coupon and nice candles as well. The wait to get into the store is confusing as we all wait in line for the cashiers anyway, in regards to COVID-19 precautions. Will be visiting again soon, hopefully more sale items and welcoming staff.

Took my granddaughter, they had a 50% off sale and she got a bang for her buck. Going back tomorrow with my other granddaughters.

The store moved to another location in the mall but the signs noting that fact are not visible until you get the door. Once you get to the store, they ate only allowing small numbers in at a time--that's appreciated but again, you don't know this until you get right up to it. However, all the good-smelling products were well stocked and selling well. The associates were all pleasant and helpful.
