😠 I made a reservation for 2 nights over the 4th of July, was charged a deposit and received a confirmation email. Then, the day before we were supposed to check in, I got an automated email that my reservation was cancelled. No phone call or explanation. I don't normally check my email on the weekend... I made a reservation for 2 nights over the 4th of July, was charged a deposit and received a confirmation email. Then, the day before we were supposed to check in, I got an automated email that my reservation was cancelled. No phone call or explanation. I don't normally check my email on the weekend so I was glad I saw it before we made the trip there! I called the phone # listed 3 times and left a VM asking for an explanation, no response. I sent an email to the email listed, no response.

I recently had a girl’s weekend stay at the Monogram Inn and Suites in Bridgman, Michigan and I was so impressed! The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, the style of the space was something I would want in my own home. The location is perfectly nestled above several shops and eateries and walking distance to the downtown area that has even more places to check out. While we did not walk to Weko beach due to the season, it was nice to know when we return in the warmer months that we have that option! I would highly recommend the Monogram Inn to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Bridgman.

What an amazing place to stay in Bridgman! Close to the beach and fantastic restaurants, however, no need to leave the suite as there is an awesome full kitchen. All of the amenities of home! The rooms are quiet and very clean. I will recommend a stay at the Monogram to any relatives that come to town!

We stayed at Monogram for a girls' night and our suite was perfect! So spacious and comfortable! Loved the nice touches and attention to detail. Loved the huge kitchen. Loved being able to walk to the cute shops, galleries, breweries and more. It was really cold but we would have LOVED walking to Weko Beach. Next time! Thank you for the wonderful stay - we will be back again for sure.

Stayed at the Inn, room #14 to celebrate our wedding anniversary up on Lake Michigan. We were so happy with the room and the entire stay experience. The room was very clean and supplied us with everything we needed. The building was secure and very well maintained. Numbered and reserved parking spots were great. We loved all that SWMI had to offer: sunset at Weko beach, lighthouse in St. Joesph, picnic at Lions Park, hiking at Grand Mere, and my favorite - the pizza at Emma Hearth. Plenty of great breweries too!

The Monogram Inn & Suites is the ideal home away from home for anyone traveling to or through Bridgman! We recently did a girls night there and it was every bit as relaxing as it was exciting and fun. Being close to the beach, multiple breweries, wineries, and distilleries, and many delicious restaurants, the space proved perfect for what we needed! It's perfectly decorated, designed, and comfortable for couples, families, friends, and a group of girlfriends to enjoy. 10/10 highly recommend!

Have stayed here multiple times...it's always my first call for trips to SW Michigan. Close to breweries, beaches, and feels like home. Appreciate having this opportunity WAY MORE than a hotel - even a nicer one.

Stayed here for the weekend with friends that have stayed here before. What can say....Wow! Beautiful! Super clean. Suite was absolutely stunning. Modern and fresh from furniture to appliances looked high end. Beds and linens were super clean and comfortable. Laundry facility in the suite. Unit is well built and very quiet where you can't even here the others in your own unit. Kitchen and bathroom fully supplied and they even had some snacks. Cute little patio to sit out and enjoy. Location is within 10 miles of everything and 15 minute walking distance to beach for the day or to watch the sunset. We were able to visit many wineries and breweries. Great restaurants as well. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely visit again. Nicely done Monogram! Thank you.

Cannot recommend this place enough! We booked for 2 days and our room was accidentally overbooked so the owner quickly upgraded us to one of the 2 bedroom suites. The owner & housekeeping were absolutely the kindest and easiest to deal with. Great location...just a quick 15-20 min walk to the beach. Downstairs is some great boutique and thrift store shopping. There's a small breakfast Cafe or pizza place with great outdoor seating downstairs as well. Multiple breweries within walking distance. Honestly, cannot recommend this place enough! Will be back!

I’m sure this place is nice if your reservation is actually kept and your room doesn’t get double booked. But is that worth getting a cancellation email THE DAY you are supposed to arrive because she didn’t realize the room was double booked?!? I booked a girls trip back in April for a trip in late July and on the morning of our arrival, I sent an email asking if early checkin was possible. Within 1 hour, I got an email stating that she cancelled my room! Not a call or email before?! I called and ask what was happening, in a complete panic. She then texted me and said sorry, citing a “disaster” in the hotel - aka flooding from the rain the night before. I knew she was lying immediately though because she only cancelled once I reached out to her with a question. I also called the pizza place that’s connected to the inn and they said there was no issues and that the rain wasn’t bad! How sad you have to lie when you messed up? At least take accountability and talk to me on the phone. Not only that but she sent me two other hotel options with awful reviews that were total dumps - thanks?! Like I said, if you get a room here proceed with extreme caution. It seems that she doesn’t know how to properly manage the property and is incredibly unprofessional.

A Hilariously Absurd Misadventure - What a Start to A Trip to Michigan! Oh, let me regale you with the epic tale of my experience with the "esteemed" Monagram Inn & Suites. Buckle up, folks, because it's a rollercoaster of emotions! Picture this: We were all geared up for a dreamy getaway at Monagram, but little did I know it was going to be more like a comedy of errors. Coming from out of state, my enthusiasm was dashed when they pulled off a last-minute vanishing act on us - canceling our reservation on the day of check-in, citing a mysterious "disaster” rendering the hotel “unable to accommodate guests in any capacity.” So there we were, scrambling like headless chickens, trying to find an alternative while keeping our sense of humor intact. Bravo, Monagram, you sure know how to add that extra dash of adventure to our intended relaxing vacation! And guess what we discovered when we decided to be detectives and investigate upon arrival to Bridgman? Absolutely nothing! The hotel was operating just fine, with guests strolling in and out like it was a walk in the park. The "disaster" must have been a stealthy naked ninja, invisible to the eye, making a quick getaway with all of the swan folded towels and rose pedals before we arrived. The emotional rollercoaster we rode on this debacle was second to none. I mean, who wouldn't want a bit of drama and inconvenience on their vacation? It's the stuff that vacation memories are made of, right? But let's talk about Monagram's impeccable customer service - or should I say the lack thereof? Their complete lack of empathy and truthfulness took their performance to an award-worthy level of absurdity. Bravo, Monagram, you've mastered the art of leaving guests dumbfounded! In all seriousness, I get it - things can go haywire. But come on, Monagram, a little transparency and concern for your guests wouldn't hurt. Just a tiny sprinkle of honesty, and we would have applauded your candor. Alas, our hopes were crushed like a bug underfoot. But to have you break up with us via text message like a cheap Tinder date gone bad, is just low. Here's hoping this misadventure was a one-time showstopper, and not a regular performance by the "Disaster Drama Troupe" that is Monagram Inn & Suites. Fingers crossed, folks!
