Very nice therapists. I have been a regular member on the monthly subscription for years. I love all the therapists. Jennifer, Magdalena and even the new person Christopher are wonderful. Being in the monthly subscription ensures I take time to self care and get my monthly massage. Price is reasonable! Vince runs a good business.

Please go here! I took my dad here for a massage. My dad has been looking for a place that can help with easing his muscle aches from doing strenuous work and activities. Vince is very professional and helped ease his body pains! He listened to my dad's preferences on the strength of the massage and where his body hurts the most. The location is easy to find and is very welcoming the moment you walk in. I definitely recommend and will be coming back soon!

I booked a last minute massage because of back and neck pain that was lingering and getting worse by the day. Thankfully I found this place! It's so clean, everyone is nice and best of all my massage with Vince was amazing! For the first time in a week I feel relief! He was very informative and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. My only regret is booking an hour and not longer! I booked another one for next week and cant wait to be back!

I discovered VRC Massage and Wellness after my regular massage therapist relocated and I was thrilled to have found a new place for my monthly massages so quickly. I booked an appointment for the same day and was pleasantly surprised to see plenty of times open for both my husband and I to get a 60 minute massage. I saw Jennifer and he saw Emily and we both had an excellent experience. I especially love how Jennifer provided recommendations for on-going maintenance to reduce tightness in key areas. I just signed up for a monthly membership and I'm excited that I can keep my monthly massages going.

Vince is amazing! I work out a lot, weightlifting, gymnastics and my job is physically demanding as well. I left VRC feeling incredible! They ask if there are any particular areas that need worked on, and definitely delivered! The atmosphere is so relaxing, super calming and chill. I will definitely make this a frequent thing for my self care!

Had my first massage today with Vince Caldran, owner of VRC Massage and Wellness, it won’t be my last. Tranquil space, spotlessly clean, completely renovated from the yoga studio previously on the premises. Conveniently located in downtown Skokie, easy parking. Vince is a skilled practitioner who relieved aches and pains I didn’t know I had. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for over 7 years and LOVE this place. The massage rooms are cozy, with soft lighting, relaxing music and comfortable beds. Vince is a wonderful massage therapist. He uses a combination of methods in order to achieve the best (requested) result. I have needed relaxation massage and also deep tissue in specific areas- and Vince alters the session for my needs. His techniques are very effective and his hands are wise- they know where to go to find all the tight spots! He also uses hot stones, bamboo sticks, hot packs, therapeutic thai massage and other tools depending on the treatment goal. I have been to many massage therapists, but have kept coming back here over and over (I even have a monthly "subscription" service- which is the best thing I could have done for myself!) I highly recommend this center- I am sure the other massage therapists are wonderful as well. I am SOLD.

VRC Massage is a hidden gem! I've passed by their spa numerous times, thinking I should get a massage. I'm so glad I did. It was so easy to book the appointment and the therapist (Arnel) was prompt and very attentive. He mixed different types of modalities into my massage (some that I've never experienced before - like stretching and cupping), and it was personally tailored to my needs - this was no "cookie cutter" massage. The person at the front desk was SO nice, too! I felt very welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I will definitely be back!! Thank you, Arnel & VRC!
