    This is the worst Popeye's location I have ever been to. The first visit, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Tried again tonight and it's the same song and dance. They're out of half their menu (or they just don't want to make it, literally). When you pick from the half of the menu they DO have, it's cold, old or burnt. It's a bummer for such a great franchise.

    This location has a staffing issue. They are not very polite. I stood at the counter for a while with multiple employees looking directly at me but walking past the counter and saying nothing. No one ever greets at this location. Perhaps the morale needs a boost because I have never seen anyone smiling. When I order online it's never ready at the promised time and they usually forget something.

    I ordered a tenders meal through the app. I thought that would make things quicker for me. I was wrong. I was told to pull around to the lot and that someone would bring my order out. After seeing several other patrons leave the drive thru with their orders I tried to call the store. I got a fax machine. When I tried to enter the lobby I was told it was closed. I waited several more minutes but finally got my food. I never found out what the delay was. This was very disappointing.

    This is the most GHETTO and unprofessional place I have ever been to. The manager who was taking orders on drive thru 02/26/2023 at 5:15pm was not listening at all. I asked for a 12 piece family meal, let them know at the window, and they still gave me 10 pieces, I paid the extra for 12. My tenders meal was through in the bag. One of the tenders wasn't edible. I didn't get my sauce , no napkins, no silverware, nothing. This place is poorly managed, and they were too busy talking about a boy who wanted to buy a girl some hair. Inches. as a matter of fact. Whoever owns this place need to fire the managers, because this was awful. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT checking your food, better yet, go somewhere else, I will be posting my experience, and phots to social media, and tagging this unprofessional, ghetto, horrible business. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!!!! AND MY TENDERS ARE ICE COLD!!!!! JUST WOW!!!!!!

    06/22/23 Imagine a lobby full of drunk employees with their friends and manager drinking liquor in the establishment overly loud playing music an cursing while they at work is what I experienced tonight. Then my food was not fresh at all like I specifically ask for it. A member of management from corporate needs to be made aware of this immediately because this location is ghetto an going down hill.

    Food is great. The service sucked. Do they not teach customer service here? No "Welcome to Popeyes." No "Thank you for coming, have a nice day." I see why this place only has 3 stars. Customer service is more than just preparing the food and giving it to them. We don't care if you're having a bad day. You're supposed to make us feel welcome, and make us want to come back. We're the ones keeping your doors open. By the way, it took more than 10 minutes to get my order. That's not good.

    The cashier was the best. But getting my refill other people helped as well. And the food was just as expected, I totally love the biscuits and the red beans and rice. I'm also a mild Chicken Guy 3-piece dinner. 6-20-2023

    I am highly disappointed. I ordered a 2 can dine meal. When I got home I had no biscuits, 4 pieces of chicken instead of 5 and all pieces were all breast. Plus the chicken was not fresh at all and taste very old. I tried to call back but didnt receive an answer, I also tried to call today and still no answer. I am a loyal customer and was very disappointed at the final results.

    This location in particular is filled with people who have no etiquette in a resturaunt environment. They are rude and disrespectful and when they pulled me up to the front the manager was outside smoking a fatty while the other employees where on their phones with trash from other peoples food were on the tables

    It was early in the day in the door was locked, I could not walk in it it was around maybe lunch time maybe a little bit after lunch time but I don't like to drive through. I like to walk in here and make my order every time my golden is place. The zoo is what if I wanna sit down and eat. I cannot because the doors always light and the lobby is always close. That's why you only got 2 star.

    If I could give this location a 0 I would I don’t even do reviews but they really need to just shut this location down. It’s nasty from the workers attitude to the food they serve. I had ghost pepper wings…. It’s literally just spicy wings they don’t make them like other locations every time I try to give them a chance they let me down. If you have a nasty attitude then the food will be nasty! No type of love. If you hate your job they much just get a knew one !!! Shut this location DOWNNNN

    Young lady was having a bad day. She was short and abrupt with me did not get my order right the food was cold when I specifically asked for hot fries. She had this look of hatred on her face.

    Chicken tenders were hot and tasty, and they didn't have a long line. I just hate when they forget to give you napkins.
