How many code violations does a building need before it is deemed inhabitable? Are they waiting for tragedy on a large scale? I lived in the Indian Trails most of my life. The former bldg manager was great but the main office mangers were terrible with stank attitudes namely Trina Jones. The new management, Habitat, made some improvements but wanted to charge you to fix things that had normal wear and tear. Building ALWAYS had plumbing problems. The stairs, hallways and elevators were ALWAYS dirty and stank. Maintenance didn't know how to fix NOTHING. I'm so glad I moved.

Wow it’s sad to see all the bad reviews I grew up here nice mean guy named Al was our janitor , Trina and Brenda was the building mangers they was kinda cool back then . Life long memories in the trials

They continue to only hire black people for everything. So I assume this a black own building. They have 1 maintenance man who do all the work for 50 apartments each building ...They do not show you your apartment before signing papers and moving in. So when you see your apartment you might not like it. 50/50 chance. However, If you need a place to stay go ahead and apply at the office but do not expect luxury or quality.

They have roaches and they need new appliances. They say no pets but tenants have pets especially dogs that keep you up all night. The elevators are terrible. The whole complex needs remodeling. They need more bedrooms

Good they got rid of that last management and the crew. They didn't do *hit at all. When you told them anything they didn't believe you. And didn't do *hit about it. They talked about ppl personal business in the office tho

Is the new management cutting off the hot water on purpose??? We already got to live in an apartment with built in dirt in the ragedy floors and baseboards and they have the nerve to be cutting off the hot water 😡 how we suppose to clean up if you keep turning off the hot water???? What is the number to report these ppl for not giving us hot water, I’m tired of boiling water to clean up.

I just want to thank the new management and their whole crew for coming to my apartment fixing everything. I lived here 10 years and couldn’t get anything fixed. This added to my depression and ptsd. I feel a sense of relief and I just hope they continue to improve theses apartments.
