This place is horrible and I don't know if google would allow the space for it. I would NOT recommend this place. The staff posted the reviews they currently have. All of them were posted on the same day and no one in the apartment would never give them a 5. If I could give a negative number, I would. The only reason I stayed was to save money. But at the prices the incoming people would have to pay, it's not worth it. 1. The fire alarms goes off in in the middle of the night 2. There was a serious mice problem 3. Old and current staff and maintenance team suck and not attentive. I have a hole in my bathroom ceiling that they never covered from over a year ago and water still dripps from it. 4. As of late, the ceiling in my bedroom above my bed just cracked. They never showed up and it fell. It took the Village of Lansing to get on them to do something about it. 5. The washing machine leaves water in it and the other one is broke. If you lose money they won't refund you. 6. My stove started coming on by itself, I put in a request a month ago and still havent gotten a new stove nor have I heard from anyone 7. The elevator is always broke.

I would like to let everyone know that their isn't any improvement at riverwood apartment, it's taking longer time to get things in order. it's getting worse at riverwoods . The staff is really not helpful but they are helpful at being very unperfessional. They want you to pay rent on time but you have to wait long period of times to get things done. some tenants are without stoves, refrigerators and air condition. Some of us can pay our rent but some of us are really unconfortable with doing so when you can't get the proper care to your place of resident. you have exposed wires, it smell really horrible on all floors and alot of people are staying there that don't belong their.

I have been living here now for almost 3 years for the most part it is a quite area, I stay in a 1 bedroom the apartment it self you can tell that it is dated and appliances are old. The issue I am having is that I have mice and have complain several times. I have went to the office with my complaint and also sent several emails no one has done anything. But every year the rent goes up this place is not worth the money. I was really excited to move at first but after seeing how things really are, I am ready to move. I do not recommend this place. Also the people from other buildings come and put there trash in our bins not even in our bins they put it on the ground which also causes rodent issues...To bad this place could have potential.

The apartments are nice, but the new management is worse I have ever seen. They don't keep the lawn up like the old management use to do. just last week lockers were broken into. When the manager Frank was asked about it, his statement was " you don't pay for locker, they are free. I think $1100.00 should pay for something more then the apartment. The management is the real problem around here. They are now blocking off the office. You have to go to a window to speak to anyone. They are not friendly, it is like pay your rent and get out of the office. These are horrible people. The do as little as possible, it is really sad.

River wood apartment is terrible. I move in 30 days ago with no hot water . Paint all mess on the wall . Half done work . They show u apartment that look better then the one u not going to see until u move in . They are rude when it come to their tenants. They put their trash in laundry area . . I hate it here They got a 6 month building permit. They don’t care about no emergencies that occur . Don’t live there it’s a mess. They got holes in the walls. This is not a place to live

I've been living here for a year and a half and haven't experienced No unusual problems. As an adult you learn how to live and teach your children how to live clean and responsibly. That being said, The office staff Mrs. Chanel, who has helped me from day 1 has been most accommodating throughout my time thus far. Mr A, is comical and knowledgeable and keeps me updated on building issues , along with Mr Franco and now Mr Mike, have all but shown me and my son Nothing but a clean, every thing working home. I'd recommend Riverwood most definitely...

I’ve been here to visit and every single time in the last 4 months the ELEVATOR DOESN’T WORK. How does management sleep at night knowing senior citizens can’t get up and down the stairs. Heartless folks!.

This place needs to be torn down the management team is complete liars. The rent constantly goes up! They have cameras in the hallway just for direction the elevators never work someone stole my package….Theres always an issue with the washer or dryers it’s 48 apartments in the building the expect ppl to use 3 washers/3 dryers? The side door constantly stay broken because they refuse to repair it correctl! They obviously do not pay their garbage bill because the trash will sit there for weeks. This new management team T. Parker need to humble herself beating at people doors like u the feds will get u in some trouble you’re a replacement remember that. They need to burn the whole damn complex and start over DONT WASTE YPUR TIME OR MONEY

Had a great experience with Kristin at Riverwood Apartments! She attended to all of my needs throughout the entire process and when it came down to signing it was a breeze. The amenities in the building have been great so far and I will definitely be enjoying my apartment 👍🏽
