My
experience
overall
with
Ross
Family
Doctors
I
will
say
has
been
SOMEWHAT
okay,
which
is
why
I
am
giving
this
facility
3
stars
instead
of
just
1.
What
I
mean
by
somewhat
okay,
is
my
experience
with
the
doctors
and
nurse
practitioner
that
I
had.
I
have
been
a
patient
for
years,
but
I
will
say
not
on
a
regular
consisted
basis.
I
have
had
Dr.
Rachel
Ross
and
Dr.
Nathaniel
Ross.
Just
recently
(Last
Month
December)
I
had
the
Nurse
Practitioner
Jean
who
was
also
very
nice
and
informative
just
as
the
doctors
were.
Dr.
Nathaniel
Ross
is
my
primary
care
physician.
The
issue
that
I
have
just
experienced
today
and
yesterday
I
am
not
very
pleased
about
it.
Matter
of
fact,
I
am
removing
myself
as
a
patient.
Yesterday
I
received
a
confirmation
call
regarding
my
appointment
for
today
which
was
great.
I
had
almost
forgot.
I
called
back
to
ask
if
their
was
anyway
possible
that
I
would
be
able
to
come
in
the
day
of
even
though
it
was
last
minute
because
I
was
terribly
ill
with
flu
like
symptoms.
The
lady
that
I
spoke
over
the
phone
to
informed
me
that
walk
ins
end
at
3p.
When
I
looked
at
my
cell
phone,
the
time
had
just
changed
to
3:01p.
I
spoke
with
her
when
we
first
got
on
the
phone
between
2:58p
to
2:59p
and
I
told
her
that
in
a
nice
way.
I
said,
"Mam,
I
got
on
the
phone
with
you
between
2:58p
to
2:59p."
She
says,
"But
are
you
here?"
Which
was
a
real
smart
remark.
Not
sure
if
she
felt
I
was
trying
to
get
smart
with
her
because
I
wasn't.
I
just
was
really
sick
and
trying
to
be
seen
by
my
doctor
immediately
if
I
could.
But
I
told
her,
"No,"
and
hung
up
the
phone.
Now
I
could've
gotten
really
rude
and
ignorant
with
her
like
I
know
I
can.
But
me
being
really
mature
now
and
stepping
back
and
analyzing
the
BIG
PICTURE
real
quick...I
realized
it's
not
the
time
nor
the
place
and
I
really
don't
feel
like
resorting
my
energy
to
this
situation
because
I
am
sick.
So
I
just
let
her
be
this
time.
And
just
to
clear
who
it
was,
it
was
the
black
lady
that
sits
at
the
front
as
a
receptionist
with
the
other
Latina
receptionist.
I
know
her
voice
and
recognized
it
over
the
phone.
My
2nd
incident
is
when
I
came
in
today.
My
appointment
was
at
9:30a.
I
arrived
at
9:29a
and
checked
in
at
the
front
and
went
to
the
waiting
area
afterwards.
Prior
to
me
coming
in,
I
called
around
9a
just
to
let
them
know
I
did
not
want
to
be
seen
by
Jean
(Nurse
Practitioner).
I
thought
she
was
extremely
nice
but
I
am
used
to
Dr.
Nathaniel
Ross
(My
Primary
Care
Physician).
I
also
told
her
my
name.
Fast
forward,
when
they
call
me
to
go
back
to
the
back
the
Medical
Assistant
who
escorted
me
told
me
that
I
would
have
had
to
request
to
see
Nathaniel
when
I
checked
in
or
in
the
beginning
when
I
seen
her.
It
was
something
like
that.
But
she
did
offer
to
go
and
see
what
she
can
do.
I
told
her
never
mind
since
she
informed
me
that
they
were
really
busy
today.
I
told
her
I
can
wait
to
see
him
the
next
time
I
come
and
she
told
me
what
to
do
to
go
about
that.
I
liked
her
(Medical
Assistant)
a
lot.
She
had
personality
and
a
pleasant
attitude.
She
was
also
informative
and
helpful
as
well.
I
forgot
her
name
but
she
was
a
black
lady,
between
5'4
&
5'6
and
keeps
her
hair
in
a
long
ponytail.
Moving
on,
I
waited
on
Jean
one
hour
and
five
mins
before
I
got
irritated
and
left.
I
understand
that
they
were
busy,
but
it
shouldn't
take
a
whole
hour
and
five
mins
to
be
seen
once
your
already
in
the
back
room.
I
know
exactly
what
time
it
was
because
I
am
continuously
always
checking
my
phone.
I
got
there
at
9:29a
and
was
called
back
at
9:41a
and
waited
to
10:44a
to
be
seen
by
Jean
which
never
showed
up.
So
I
was
extremely
irritated
and
annoyed.
I
believe
in
fairness.
There
has
been
many
of
times
that
I
have
been
late
and
they
allow
you
a
15m
grace
period
before
they
reschedule
you
another
visit.
Completely
understandable
because
it's
a
business
at
the
end
of
the
day.
But
I
expect
the
same
on
the
facilities
end
as
well.
What
I
just
named
was
my
2nd
bad
incident
I
experienced.
The
3rd
incident
