I took my daughter in there recently and the service, care and attention Theresa, Taya and Carly showed to my daughter was outstanding. They did this while also showing the same care and attention to each other customer. I will absolutely shop there again and I recommend your establishment to anyone. Cheers!

It was my first time going into the store at the mall. I went in there to get an outfit for a special event. As it being my first time going in there, I guess I looked a little lost. Luckily, one of the store associates I believe her name was Mia, came and help me out. I really appreciate her help and her sense of style. She was able to help me pick out the perfect outfit for my event. I received so many compliments that night! I will definitely be returning to that store. Such a great experience thanks Mia!

Special thanks to Kiara (not sure on spelling) at the Merrillville Windsor. It was my daughter's first teen experience dress shopping for her school event. And this associate was beyond helpful. From taking dresses off mannequin and searching for her XS size dresses for the perfect dress. There were no words to thank her enough for her amazing customer service. It was truly appreciated. Came in today to buy myself something flattering. Windsor did not disappoint. I was greeted and treated with amazing service. Jay, the co manager at the store helped me. She was so pleasant and helpful. She rang me up and she was very kind and super quick. She got me in and out without rushing or being rude. 10/10 Great Service. 10/10 Satisfaction.

I have bought at least 10 dresses for my high school daughter from the Windsor Store at Southlake Mall. The customer service is always exceptional and the dresses have been amazing quality! Today, the co manager, Jay, went above and beyond for me in helping me to exchange an online order to get the correct size that we needed. She was so helpful! Even bought another dress while we were there! I love Windsor and appreciate the staff!! I will always shop here!

Sales rep Zaire was AMAZINGGGG!! I have a wedding to go to on 8/14 got dressed ordered somewhere else and was delayed! Zaire was able to send me 5-6 item numbers that was in stock in store for purchase! Herself and manager provided excellent customer service!!!
