This restaurant is a TOTAL SCAM - it's outrageous that I even have to post this review. Wednesday night I ordered takeout ($78 worth of food) only to get home with items missing and our order messed up! I contact the restaurant immediately to alert them to their mistake. MOST restaurants, or real authentic businesses would take ownership of their mistake. NOT this place. In fact, the lady on the phone not only ignored me as I was talking (she was talking to other people) but refused to assist me by telling me there was nothing she could do. We were without a sandwich, another sandwich was made incorrectly, and we received the wrong appetizer. After numerous phone calls, since the lady kept hanging up on me, they eventually agreed to remake the part of the order that was missing and made wrong. Someone was on the way to pick it up for us - since they wouldn't deliver the missing items to my house. However, upon arrival to pick up the remade items and missing item - they were told they had to PAY for it again! It was because we didn't return the food that was made wrong - and the food we were missing!!!! How can you return missing food??? Obviously this sent the entire transaction into a downward spiral - since after asking for a Manager several times and told they were NOT in at the time, the phone was passed to one of the line cooks who impersonated the Manager. (how convenient the manager wasn't in, but he just showed up in a matter of seconds!) The "real" manager called me back later - only to argue with me on the phone because I wouldn't bring our order back so they could exchange it for the correct order. This "manager" gave me the number of who he says was the "owner", also someone who doesn't exist! Eventually contacting this business via FB, I was assured the real owner would call me back. The "real owner" did in fact call, promised me a refund, but then when trying to collect by meeting with them at the restaurant, they blocked my number and now the FB messaging conveniently doesn't work. They won't even answer my call because I'm sure they blocked my number at the restaurant as well. WHO runs their business this way? WHY is this okay? $78 for food that wasn't correct and missing. This place will NEVER see my business again. In fact, a report is also being filed with the BBB on their service and deceitful tactics to get rid of a disgruntled Customer.

Ordered steak philly and chicken philly over phone. Order was complete by the time I got there. Service was excellent and pleasant. You can dine in, clean and inviting small space. The food gets 3.5. The meat alone seems unseasoned, but the sandwich altogether was good. They give you a very full sandwich and a load of fries. Still not as good as Philly Steak and Lemonade on Burr st., but quick and decent!

Ordered a chicken avocado sandwich. The avocado was going bad and had black spots. The lettus was rotting and slimy on the edges. The tomato was pale and gross. My chicken was burnt. They all didn't include my fries. I'd give no stars if it was an option and will never order from here again.

I’m a truck driver and my company has a terminal about 5 miles up the road. I door dash food from Frankie’s every time I’m in town and they never ever disappoint. I love their Chicago style hot dogs and recently I’ve tried their Italian beef sandwich. Spectacular all across the board.

I had a 20 minute drive back to the hotel, which had me sweating bullets that the fries would get soggy or the Philly would get cold. I'm happy to report everything was fantastic. This place really felt authentic to Philadelphia, right down to the cheese sauce. The fries were just as wonderful. The only reason it's not five stars is the dining experience. The plastic safety? barriers felt like I was ordering at a shady jewelry pawn shop, and I elected to eat back at the hotel because the dining area felt dark and slightly uncomfortable. Still, I would recommend this place to anyone. The food is outstanding.

Got the patty melt. Burgers have ZERO seasoning, no salt no peppers...nothing. Rye Bread was not toasted it was soggy. I don't think I'll try this place again, and I probably won't recommend to others.

Philly cheese steaks were amazing. Service was fast. Bathrooms clean. They have a good sized menu. For the price, a good value.

Gyro was good maybe a lil over priced food should come in a tray other than that I’d eat here again
