Our condo was great but the community is run by Villa Management in Lincolnwood and they are very unreliable. If you have to deal with Keith Heuberger, I feel your pain. He is rude and difficult to work with. AND don't accept their answer to anything over the phone, get it in an email.

The association hires people /companies without reputation or background check. WARNING from our family to yours regarding the Mitchell Plumbing Company. Mitchell Plumbing was scheduled to check the flooded ceiling in our house. Plumbers Sam Farlinger and Jesus Muiller stole the jewelry in total amount of $ 7000.00 . They are under investigation. I have security system in my place and they were not aware of this. NEWER USE THE COMPANY! They are dishonest criminals. We pray they will get their punishment for stealing.

Nice cool place

I was there to visit someone who lives there and I liked it. The area seems very nice and quiet. Although I prefer more activity, this seems like a nice place to live. The specific place I visited was mostly townhouses with connected garages for each unit. I don't know the price range of the units or if they are all the same size but if you are looking to move into the area, maybe check it out.
