Restaurant has recently opened in same location as Pancake House that closed recently. Really glad we came, excellent service and yummy food. Has Chorizo skillet (highly recommend) and chilaquiles, again great! Highlight was Cafe De Ollo, a really interesting coffee with flavors of nutmeg, star anise, cane sugar and cinnamon. Yummy yummy yummy

Excited to have stopped by but will say come with patience because it can get busy (which is good for them!) My chorizo skillet hit me cilantro and I was immediately in love! Would recommend to ask people if they want a glass of water before just serving it because personally, I don’t drink it and goes to waste. Generous food portions! Friendly staff. Looking forward to returning as the Benedict’s called my attention too.

Tried this place this morning....our waitress was a rockstar. So helpful and informative. I wish we got her name, but she was lovely. My family and I love love love breakfast and this place is now number one. My brother in laws live the heat from the salsa and the cinnamon coffee was so smooth and good. Thank you for just the great atmosphere altogether. I already reference Plenty of Huevos to friends and family!!!

My family and I have been here a few times now and the food has always been fresh and very tasty. The coffee is very delicious too, I don't even add cream. And the staff is very attentive and super nice. Glad they have opened in Lincolnshire. My favorite dishes are Chilaquiles with chorizo, the vegetarian omlet with hash brown and pancakes, the Belgium waffle and the tortilla soup.

Great food, tried huevos divorciados and chilaquiles just like in Mexico, pancakes were delicious, great fusion of food. This is a family owned place, I wish they will stay in Lincolnshire for a long time.

Everyone was very friendly, service was quick and the food was great. From kids to adult entrees, generous and well-prepared meals. Best Mexican coffee I’ve had in a long time!

Ordered the chilaquilas and they were excellent. There are plenty of breakfast places in this area and this one stands out among the others because of the Mexican flair associated with it. If you want something different than your traditional breakfast, lunch place, try Plenty of Huevos

Dang this place is worth it. Tried it thanks to a few recommendations even tho they just opened 3 weeks ago. So new they don’t even have a sign up yet! The food was absolutely amazing. Not one complaint from two adults/two kids. The salsa verde is just the right amount of heat - I asked for more to drench my enchiladas. The server was not only super nice but also helpful. He suggested I try a sample of the cafe de ollo and I’m so happy he did. I’m not a huge fan of cloves and I wasn’t thinking of a sweetened coffee when I ordered but it was so smooth and tasty I asked for a whole cup. We will be back. Food was worth it and amazing quality. Portions were right on and we gladly took a little home. Don’t miss this place!

Food was delicious! The Cafe de Olla was so tasty. Great atmosphere and such friendly service. Will definitely come back again.

I am so glad my daughter and I tried this new restaurant in Lincolnshire this afternoon… The service and food were excellent! I had a custom omelet which was very good but the hash browns stole the show. I don’t usually make a fuss over hash browns but these were perfectly cooked (crispy on the outside and tender on the inside) and they use some sort of spice that gave them a wonderful flavor! My daughter also enjoyed her chicken chipotle wrap.
