We love the charm of Kate O’Connor’s! The authentic pub decor and friendly staff make for an enjoyable experience! I particularly love the fish & chips with a pint! This is a very nice, well managed establishment for New Carlisle and the surrounding area! Highly recommend!

What a GEM! First time here and the service and food were spot on! I loved the BSA Engine Taps. I will be back and will be bringing others to enjoy this little GEM of a place.

Found this gem while passing through and had to stop. Place is clean, has a pool table, several screens, and the food menu is fun. I had these Reuben "egg rolls". Very tasty. Kinda wish they actually played Irish music though. Still, look forward to returning next time I'm near.

It was just okey. Menus don't match there website prices or items available. Food was okey. Mashed potatoes were terrible. I dont know how you can mess potatoes up but they did. All the prices have been bumped up 45%. Was $8.95 for a chicken sandwich. Now its $13.50 Server & bar tender was really nice though.

True Irish Pub Vibe. Never had a bad meal or a warm beer there. Nice out of the way place, laid back vibe, great staff and good prices. Will pop in everytime I pass thru the area.

This will be our go-to place for dinner whenever we are back in New Carlisle! The food was delicious and it has a wonderful atmosphere in this old building and we sat by the fireplace. The pulled pork sandwich and Mac & cheese is great!

Cute place and service was fine…. But food was not good. I had the Brisket sandwich and while it was heaping with shredded brisket, the meat was so incredibly dry with absolutely no flavor! For $16.95 for a sandwich and a side of fries I would expect it to be a better quality. My friend had the buffalo chip wrap and it had zero buffalo sauce in it or on the side. The wrap was 85% lettuce inside with about 5% blue cheese crumbles and and I’ll give it 10% chicken because there was about 2 small slices of a chicken strip inside each half. We also tried the Irish egg rolls. They were besides the fries the only halfway decent thing we were served. The Irish egg rolls were just okay, not very flavorful either and had a funny fried taste like they were fried in old oil. The prices have gone up near 50 % and I understand inflation and rising costs but the food quality was just not there for us to make it worth it! Very disappointing.

Currently have food poising from my visit here today… ordered a black bean burger and asked for cheese after getting it, which was very hard/plasticy and suspicious. My partner got a buffalo wrap that was overwhelmingly saucy and stuffed with tomato and barely anything else. I politely complained but didn’t receive any sort of discount on the bill. Now here I am with food poisoning. Sad bc i really wanted to like this place

Absolutely great place. Delicious food, good selection of drinks, great service, and a cozy atmosphere. Definitely recommend. Also the Irish egg rolls are amazing.
