DO NOT COME HERE!!! The girls here are LAZY!!! And all they do is talk talk talk and eat!!! Came in a few minutes early before my appointment they made me wait 20 minutes until after my appointment time to even call me in!! There were 6 girls behind the counter and they all just stood there and talked/laughed. They were rude and had no good customer services. Safe yourself the trip and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! So disappointed with this place choose it because it was close to home but next time I'll do the drive just to NOT come here.

Worst experience ever. No one was helpful. Told me my birth control was now good for another year, so there was no point in coming in that day. I leave and call the office to try and get some more info, and the lady said if I felt like I needed it to come back in. So I come back, 5min before my appointment time, and she said "well I already canceled your appointment. So you're going to have to book a new a appointment and come back" I told her how could they not see me, I was technically still before my scheduled appointment. And then I looked on the online scheduling app they use and noticed she never canceled it at all! The app said I missed my appointment!! I ended up going to the Aurora location and it was AMAZING. Such a great experience. Never coming back to the Orland location ever again.

do NOT come here. this place is an absolute joke. The workers have the worst attitude. Planned parenthood is suppose to make woman safe, this place is supposed to be a safe place. Everyone here makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. The wait time is ridiculous, waiting 20/30 minutes for someone to see me? They all sit behind the desk talking, making fun of patients. Once they decide they’re done with their conversation is when you’ll actually be seen. The women that work here have the WORST communication skills i have ever seen. They don’t tell you if your prescription runs out. They also don’t have a nurse on duty every day. Which seems odd considering this is a healthcare facility

If I could give this place no stars then that's what I would do. I was scheduled for an appointment for 11:45 and was not seen at all. When I called to make a appointment I was not told there was a 15 min grace period however I had in mind to be on time as I am with other appointments. I traveled literally almost an hour to this site. (This is the only site in IL that's close to my home). Let's just say this. I was on time but due to high construction I had no idea on where to enter into the facility. I got inside, was never asked for my name. All I got was "Your late, you gone have to reschedule". At first I thought she was joking but she clearly wasn't. I was over by 4 min after grace period. I asked to speak to the manager Amber who did not come out to speak to me. She had someone else relay a message. (Amber if you can't provide great customer service then you may want to reconsider your position). I even waited 2 hours later to wait and see if no one would show up for their appointment. I've worked in customer service for over 5 years and I certainly know how to treat a guest. But I didn't get that. It was almost 3oclock before I left that place. I got the administrative number and am looking for a returned phone call. This was the worst customer service/service I've ever experienced. Everyone including the physicians need to take a class on the proper way to service their clients. I will not be returning to this location. I also will let others know as well.

Don’t go here. The staff working the front desk is extremely judgmental, rude, and unresponsive. They couldn’t be more unwelcoming. They didn’t tell me anything about what my appointment just for a birth control consultation would cost and it was insanely high without an exam, an actual prescription, nothing but a conversation. This is supposed to be a safe space for women and all it did was make me feel worse about having to go there in the first place. Also, the idea that they’re good for those that are uninsured is ludicrous. The prices are insane with no insurance. Find somewhere else to go, paying a doctor fully out of pocket would be more worth it than going here. You deserve respect, comfort, and kindness, none of which are you going to get here.

I would never go back there again. Why work in a place like this if you’re so judgemental and rude ? They also talk about your business to each other at the front check in. I would give them zero stars but people need to know that this place is horrible. They need a new staff immediately.

If you are using insurance come earlier than the 15 minutes they request to give time for pre approval. Other than that my experience here was very positive! The doctor talked me through every step of the way with kindness and compassion. The staff were busy but professional and honest about my options. I'm so grateful we have this service available to us.

This was a very very scary experience for me! I was so nervous to go in and be judged and belittled just off looks. The front desk clerk was kind and from the ultrasound tech to the nurse then to the doctor, they were absolutely amazing. They were open to my feelings and questions despite it being the end of the day. The doctor just has a very welcoming demeanor! Glad I chose this clinic. I never plan on going back because I’m done having children but I’m glad to know that this place is here.

I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews, went today and was provided many resources for my health issues and a prescription for a medication that no other obgyn has even told me about! Staff were very friendly. Yes the wait was 30 minutes but that is to be expected almost everywhere you go. Overall I recommend, good place for people who have Medicaid, as it can be difficult to find places that accept it.

booked my appt to get my nexplanon replaced. drove the 30 mins there to my appointment. at check in i was asked when i got it inserted, and i said 2018. i was basically laughed at and told its still good and that i could go home. i nervously explained i was told that i needed it replaced after 3 years, it had been 4.5 and that i recently became active again but now experience weird symptoms 24/7. they told me i’m fine and to take ibuprofen and that “it just happens with nexplanon.” and i was waived away. then i got a call the next day asking to reschedule because i “missed my appointment” when i was literally told to go home. who in their right mind can sit behind a computer and not let a patient consult a physician about genuine concerns because it’s “normal” in their head? it’s absolutely not “normal” for MY BODY.

Everyone giving this place five stars is seriously …..! You can all use your imagination on what I actually want to say! It’s most likely only the employees keeping the three stars in place! Made an apt just to be called same day telling me they can’t respect the apt. Called back to be put to on hold for 20 min trying to connect with someone. Opted the call back option got a voice mail back with no information actually helpful. Called back did the call back option since I don’t want to test if it’ll be ANOTHER 20 min. Then I get a call back and make sure I’m available to answer to no one on the other end……. ohh ya and no one called me right after since they obviously didn’t get a voicemail and obviously didn’t talk to me. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I seen another review saying this isn’t how planned parenthood represents itself and their so right. They should be ashamed of themselves. People come here for help and you embarrass the name at this location. Don’t like people? Quit!

Went to this location awhile ago for an IUD insertion. I have a blood disorder called Factor V Leiden where I cannot use any type of hormonal treatments at risk of getting blood clots, therefore, the copper IUD is the only BC option available to me. I went in and they originally refused me the copper IUD because they “don’t do insertion” for a bleeding disorder and the doctor handed me a bunch of pamphlets of hormonal BC options and told me to get dressed again and pick one of those, which would have killed me. Finally, she called someone else and had me get undressed again and realized her mistake and allowed me to get the copper IUD. Staff said this would be covered by my insurance- awesome. Well I found out this wasn’t true after receiving a $900 bill. This location is uninformed and money hungry and brings shame to what planned parenthood stands for. Gross. Don’t go here.

Got really ghetto honestly. I’m still sitting in the waiting room at 4pm while my appointment was at 3:30. There’s a million girls in the back not doing anything but yapping away at each other. It was not like this three years ago. My implant appointment took 20 mins and now I’m still sitting here after they took my sample. Ghetto gals need to stop yapping and start working. They also tried pushing me away when my implant is supposedly supposed to last five years, but Nexplanon’s website says three so I don’t trust it.

Their system was down when I first walked in. I was coming in to get an update on my BC. All the staff was super helpful and great to work with. I walked in thinking the experience would be a pain but it might have been my best experience at a planned parenthood (mind you none have been bad). Thank you for your help.

It was a okay experience but also not the best not very welcoming kinda judge you and talk about you behind ur back the lady’s at the desk seem kinda annoyed and irritated with you told me to use sanitizer and gave me a face mask like we’re suppose to still be using those still??, I came in about 15mins early for my appointment but anyway end up being there for about a hour , for a removal implant bc initially it’s 3yrs til you have to take it out but I got it taken out the 4th year, the lady at the desk says it’s good for 5yrs the experts just never have updated or changed it, I kinda doubt it you can’t always trust what someone says or tells you based of little info or proof bc for so long it’s always been 3yrs til when you need to change it , you should just trust and believe what ur body is telling you, It was given side effects since the beginning which is normal but the longer I keep it in those side effects will stay but I could tell it was fading why wait another year she said if I were you I would just keep it for the next year but it’s my body!! Stop telling me what I should do, probably just wanted me to leave and not have to deal with me just by saying ur good for another year

The staff are super friendly and sweet! Their services went above and beyond compared to other locations regarding a routine health check. They gave great advice, appropriate medication, and suggested testing. They answered plentiful questions I had to ask. After that they handed information and referrals based on my needs. On top, the atmosphere had great music that made me feel at ease. Thank you PPH of Orland Park!

Despite what other reviewers are saying, I found EVERYONE working there to be pleasant and accomodating. Its not easy work they are doing so I'm grateful for all the people working at this location!

They take forever to do preauthorziation and have prescribed me the wrong form of my medication twice.

I can’t understand why I am calling and calling to make an appointment to remove an iud?? Why are you calling me from an unknown number ? That only rings once and will not allow me to pick up the call?? Is this Logic. I do not recommend this location.

Went to get an abortion pill they say that can not find my uterus and had a blockage. I was up all night worrying and crying all for nothing. Went to the ER the lady was like whoever checked you out need to be fired your uterus is in plain sight. I was also having a active miscarriage. Like this is the worst experience ever.
