Great service, thanks to Krystal, our server. She is a wonderful, and a very sweet college student with a kind heart. The food was delicious. The dinner rolls are always soft, and deliciously tasty. If you eat enough of those rolls, you're not going to want to eat your food. This was my third visit. Each visit has been wonderful. The staff is always attentive, and courteous. Sorry I forgot to take pictures of my main entree which was the steak medallion with rice. So tasty.

Love this location but most of the time it's so busy you can't get in. Super good food and service. Decorations for breast cancer awareness month is the best! 🎗️

The food was amazing! The margaritas were made to perfection and the steaks were delicious. Texas Roadhouse gives me that southern style cooking vibes. The employees are friendly and our food came out in a timely manner. Hands down the best spot for lunch and dinner.

The place was good, and the prices were quite reasonable, but they weren’t exceptional. The food was good tasting, and all this talk about the “wonderful” rolls and cinnamon butter made me skeptical. But they are truly delicious. The food was good, but the wait time was pretty long. They had wonderful service as well.

Excellent service. Love the server! Alexis is great. She was attentive, curious, and always kept checking on us. Ask for her and get good service. Don't forget to tip well. The prime rib was too fatty. The beef tips were delicious. Server brought me extra marshmallows for my loaded sweet potato. We went after graduation from Governors State University and it wasn't a long wait. I recommend getting on the waiting list while driving to the restaurant. Download the app. It's easier for the waiting list versus coming in plus with the app you're on the mailing list for specials. Had a great time Music was loud enough to not be overbearing

we use to love going to this Texas Roadhouse location in Tinley Park. This time it was the worst ever.. Our food was cold and they exchanged our potatoes and our steak was medium and really bloody. We asked for medium well slightly pink. So they remade them and then it was burned. Then the manager came and said he would take care of our bill and took our food and came back with a stupid 20.00 gift card and made us pay for pur bill and didn't even get to eat our food even though it sucked and we paid over 100.00. I am very upset didn't ask if we were done if i had to pay for the food. I will never go back to that restaurant. Longhorn in orland park is 100 percent better then they are.

Enjoyed the place, food, & the service. We went there at 9pm to have our dinner. The place was packed with diners but since it was kinda late we were able to get a seat in just a minute or two. The bread and the peanuts were tasty. It was nice to have them served already on the table while waiting for the orders to come. The food was delicious. The place was comfy. The servers were attentive and accomodating. No wonder the place is always packed with customers. We went home happy and satisfied especially our tummies. It was totally a gastronomic pleasure. Would definitely recommend this place!👌

Texas Roadhouse offers one of the best dine-in chain restaurant experiences, by far. Large portions, reasonable prices, freshly made food with tenderly cooked meat, delicious drinks, and great service. Will definitely go back...actually I've already gone back since I took these pictures.

Came in for dinner at 5 today. To avoid the crowd we did call ahead seating. We were seated within 5 minutes when we got here. Fun atmosphere, great server Victoria! Our server perfectly explained the menu choices and our sides. (Make sure you ask for Victoria if you dine here). Oh and don't forget the bar! My Long Island Ice-T was perfect! My rib eye steak was cooked perfectly, med rare (very juicy). My husbands meal was also perfect. Great meal experience, I highly recommend it!

Texas roadhouse is loud and busy but the food is very good and the prices are reasonable for what you get. Our server was excellent also. She made sure we had everything we needed. My steak was cooked to my liking, mid-rare, which hardly ever happens. We will definitely be back

The staff was amazing! We will always go to Will County while Cook has the ridiculous mask mandate. The food was good, the drinks were good. The restrooms were clean and I would recommend to friends! As always, the bread and cinnamon butter was to die for! Will go again!

Ordered the mini cheeseburgers, loaded steak fries and rolls w/Cinnamon honey butter. The cheeseburgers were burnt and dry. The loaded fries were dry and looked old. The honey butter had so much salt in it. It was inedible. Waste of money and time. Food was horrible

My friends and I want it soul food today. Well that did not work out. That place was not what was advertised. So we decided let's go to Texas Roadhouse in Tinley Park. I only went once, my friends had never been. There was a 45 minute wait. We waited in the car checked out the menus, and chatted. Well once we got seated We ordered drinks and appetizer and our entrees. Oh my God those dinner rolls are delicious, and the butter is so good. Our food was delicious. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks to Nick & Ammer who were our servers for today. They were fantastic. We will truly be back really soon!

Just checked this place out tonight, and I wasn't disappointed. The staff was friendly and we got our food very fast despite there being quite a bit of people in the restaurant. I ordered the 8oz sirloin with the grilled shrimp, a loaded baked potato, and buttered corn. This was way too much to have after having their fried pickles and bread. I definitely had to take home most of my entree. The food was great. And the sirloin was cooked exactly how I wanted it. Would definitely recommend this place. It's worth the price!

I ordered food online here. I was unable to make it to pick the order up so I called to cancel it. I was never refunded. I have called and even shown up in person to discuss this. All the manager said was “you were not charged by us for this order”. I showed him emails from my card company confirming that I was charged. I showed him my card statement proving that I was charged and not refunded. So here I am, out of money because no one at this establishment wants to help me. My card company will not help because I have no proof that a refund is warranted. I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again. Shame on you guys for what you did to me. Im disgusted by the customer service. This used to be my favorite place to eat, but never again.

The service and food were great! And the prices aren't too bad either. We had the porterhouse steak and the bone in ribeye, both were excellent. Frozen strawberry margarita was perfect! Warning, the rolls are absolutely addictive - warm light rolls with cinnamon butter, yum! We will definitely go here again.

Great steaks!! Real food and a fun atmosphere. Update. Ordered pick up service. We asked for rolls with our meal. When I asked the girl if rolls were in the bag she said, 6 are included. That would've been fine but when we got home, no rolls! And it was for a birthday celebration. So my advice for the Tinley Park location is to check your bags. When I was there last night a guy was complaining his baked potato wasn't "loaded". I'm glad all the entrees were in bag.

I give texas roadhouse a 7/10. The bread was sooo good and fresh, the buffalo chicken and the bloomin or cactus onion was good as well. The steak didn't have much flavor surprisingly but the rice was good but the baked potato was cold lol but overall it was good. Also for a party of 6 or more, there should be an area more comfortable. It was too cramped.

This place has it all the more intimate off to the side private cozy booths the in between the action regular booths and then the bar! Go to the bar big screen TVs sports action movies good drinks good food all in one place ask for Matt it was the bartender server waiter and conversationalist all in one I ended up staying longer drinking more and spending more money but it was all good time you can't put a price on a good time especially with good food

Great food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Lots of menu choices to choose from. Sometimes has a long wait. But the rolls and cinnamon butter are well worth the wait.

Seated quickly, clean, good service, drinks ok. Ordered steak medium, came out well, well down. That was not a typo..it was overly cooked, looked good though..

It's always a nice little treat going to TRH. We went on a weekday and the wait was only 10-15 minutes. Our server we had was amazing! He was non-judgemental, attentive to our needs, and practically read our minds at one point. Service 10/10. The Food. Them buns! 🍞 Always the buns! Best ones around and what keeps me coming back. We got the always delicious, can't go wrong cactus blossom. Chili is always comforting and delicious. I tried the country fried steak and it was as expected. My bf got the country fried chicken and it was lacking alot of seasoning and I feel the breading could have been more crunchy. If you're looking for country feels and soft buttery bread, go here!

We were supposed to Dine inside the restaurant. We had a one hour and twenty minute wait. The place was very crowded and over booked. After one hour and a half, we were told that it was going to be another 30 minutes. So 30 minutes go by and my wife went into the restaurant to check out the status of wait time. The manager told her it's going to be another hour and a half. Because they have too many large parties to accommodate,(250). So we ended order our food for take out and within a hour our food was ready. As we picked up our food from the take-out desk and getting ready to pull away, we got a text saying that our table is ready and to report to the front desk. But it was to late. We were on our way home. So we ended up having our Texas Roadhouse meal at home, on our own table. The food was very good. Some of the side's were alittle bit on the light side. The portions could of and should of been better. So the night of eating out wasn't ruined but we ended up eating very late at our own house. We were very dissatisfied with the manager and the whole arrangement. We won't ever waste our time again with this kind of wait time at this restaurant. This isn't the first time that this has happened to us at this location. But it's our last time that we'll step foot at this location. We'll spend our time and money elsewhere.

Just visited the Tinley Park location and had the pleasure of meeting Don the Service Manager. He & Keely our waitress were absolutely AMAZING!! I'm a long time patron of this location but the kindness and warmth from this visit was something different. Thank you to the both of them for making my dinner wonderful by simply being overly attentive, kind & full of holiday cheer. I haven't experienced service like this in a long time in a restaurant. 😊

It was ok, asked for med well Ribeye and got it well done. Ordered a top shelf long Island that just could not have been top shelf. The atmosphere was great and the server was pleasant. Over all ok experience, I would definitely try it again.

The food was very tasty. We ordered the platter for the appetizer and we both got the bone in ribeye. I ordered it medium rare. The taste was delicious, but a bit chewy and was nearly raw by the bone... didn't eat that part. Everything else was super good. I got the cactus water and love it. Wish there was a bigger size for it! I also got the mango margarita with a 1800 kicker and it was superb! Customer service was amazing. We had the Caucasian guy with glasses (slick back hair). He did amazing! Thank you!!!

Definitely don’t go to this location! Went on a Sunday for dinner. Cactus blossom was soggy. Didn’t make my country fried chicken right like shown on their menu! and wasn’t going to wait 20 more minutes for a new one. Vegetables were crunchy.. Husbands steak wasn’t the size ordered and was 1/3 fat! Also cold mashed potatoes.. Couldn’t say one good thing about this place! Will never go back!!! Don’t waste your time!!!

I had a really bad experience at this location. Our server Emma was extremely indifferent and unbelievably negligent. She didn’t even served our food, someone else brought it out, and we waited over 40 minutes for our food only to find out that our kids’ food was not ready because it was never brought to the table first since supposedly she order it as appetizers so it would come first and it ended up being last. As a parent there is nothing more frustrating than seeing your 5 & 7 year old kids hungry and confused because their parents food is there but not theirs after waiting so long. When we asked the person that brought our food about our kids meals he explained that it should have been out way before our food so we asked to speak to a manager, soon after this person walked away, the server came to our table asking what was the problem. Like if WE were the problem. We asked about our kids meals and she acted as if she didn’t know we never got them, which only proved her inefficiency as a Sever because she was clearly negligent with our order. After that kitchen manager came and brought the food to our table, he apologized for the inconvenience and took off the meals from our ticket, which to us did not fix the problem because by then there was not much left to do to fix our bad experience. I ended up eating my food cold because I felt bad for my kids watching me eating without having something for them. I don’t care about discounts I have money to pay I don’t complain for discounts, I still left a tip. I pay to get treated fairly not to be considered a problem. I really doubt I will ever visit this location based on that experience and I really hope that corporate follows up on this since I submitted a complaint to them as well because people like her is what makes customers walk away and never come back after such a horrible experience.I also hope the GM don’t ignore this persons behavior because bad reviews will continue to be submitted for this locations if incidents like this are ignored.

First time here. My family and I enjoyed our food. Restaurant was VERY busy but not a long wait. I plan to return for the weekday specials.

We love this place! It's a pretty regular stop for us. The food is always good, the service is always great, and those sangria margaritas are absolutely delicious!! We rarely have any troubles here- if anything isn't just right, they are quick to fix the issue and go above and beyond. Sometimes the line and wait can be excessive, but they stay busy! I understand why! It's easy to get on their waitlist, so be sure you take advantage of that ahead of time. We've had so many servers over time, it's hard to remember all their names (sorry!). But tonight we had Nora and her service was amazing!

Had the Herb crusted chicken & it was amazing!! My daughter had the NY Strip & said it was delicious! The best part of the meal, was the service by Kimberly, who took care of us the whole evening. If my you go there, make sure to ask for her. And again, compliments to our chefs, as the meal was fantastic!!

Our waitress Shannon was so nice and attentive. She deserved every bit of the tip we left her and the food was on point!

I love Texas Roadhouse but PLEASE DONT ORDER THE TAKE OUT. Dine in only our food was cold our yeast rolls were cold and hard. I spent over 50 on two steak combos only to come home disappointed and ended up reheating everything which never really tastes the same 😢

Ordered out. One side missing out of six (6). Called restaurant. Waited 15 min for a Manager to approve the refund. Then told Mgr was busy and would call. No call. No other issues.

The staff was very friendly. Food was great at affordable prices! They were practicing social distancing and had a good system going where your contact with others is very minimal.

Got a ribeye asked for medium but got well done, told my waitress and they fixed it right away. Greens beans are delicious 😋😋

They are generally taking very positive steps to distance seated tables, and the typical high noise level is down. They have a special walkup window for call ahead orders so you don't even have to go into the confined seating area.

the person i spoke to on the phone, abby, took my order wonderfully! i got everything i asked for! and might i add it was DELICIOUS! i got the pulled pork sandwich and i’d get it again in a heartbeat :) thanks for making my evening great! someone give abby a raise!!!

Michael was very rude when making a reservation. He doesn’t know how to treat customers. We were making a reservation for a party of 12 and he said no. That he couldn’t split our party of 12 into 2 tables. We know the rules all we wanted Is to get seated no matter how, even if my party was going to be separated into multiple tables. Very disappointed on how he treated us.

The food was good, I normally get the fried catfish but this time I tried the pulled pork(delicious) with steak fries and applesauce (love). Also the waiter was on point i forgot her name , but keep up the good work. Most definitely coming back.
