So I had my ups and downs with priced rite due to delays. The delays were not the source of initial frustrations but the communication or lack thereof left me with an uneasy feeling.At some point I even considered getting a refund from my deposit and starting the process over with another outfit. However, I understand that the midwest has had alot of bad weather resulting in tons of emergency work, To make matters worse were living history as we all deal with a Pandemic .. Good Labor is hard to find right now as many simply dont want to work. I dont typically make excuses for nor condone delays such as this but these are strange times we live in so I will keep my review fair and focused mainly on the work performed. I decided to wait things out because ultimately I do like the many positive ways Priced Rite Handles their cleanup and I am happy to say that Priced Rite Finally made it to our home. They cleared some sketchy overhang above our driveway and also performed a complete removal of our massive chestnut tree that quite simply kept us from enjoying our yard and had us on edge everytime bad weather ensued due to it basically stretching across powerlines and everything else. But wait theres more, we had the stump removed and they laid out some fresh topsoil and seeded it along with a good cleanup.. you can barely tell a tree was ever there at all. All in all I feel priced rite deserves a fair review considering how the world is right now. If I have one recommendation for them it would be to better communicate with your customers and give a rough honest ETA and updates as ETAS change so customers minds are at ease.Dont leave customers wondering and reaching out to you. The work they do is worth the money and worth waiting. We are actually very happy with the work performed and we knew that we would be once it was said and done.

It’s hard to find good service anymore. Priced Right Tree service is one of the few companies left that really stand out in the customer service department. Pat was very responsive when I first placed the call and was able to look at the job the same day. He gave us a very competitive price for removing a couple of trees and planned to be out in 3 weeks. They completed the job in a timely manner exactly when they said they would and took extra care while cleaning up debris. The Forman did a walk thru on competition to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend this company to everyone.

*This is an update.*Steven was diligent and professional. He went above and beyond to meet my expectations. I’m satisfied with the services. They came out the very next day from my original review. HE APOLOGIZED FOR THE COMPANY’S MISCOMMUNICATION AND SENT ME PICTURES when they finished.. He was professional and cleaned up well. A polite and helpful person. So ultimately They got the job done. I’m pleased Originally Pat came out and gave me an estimate to remove one tree and then I decided to get two trees removed once I spoke to my husband. He came to my job to collect my deposit for the agreed amount and then we signed the contract. The contract stated that the services will be started and completed within 1 to 3 weeks, however within the three weeks I heard nothing from the company at all. I had to contact them to find out when the services will be done and got no direct answer. Pat was not available and no one else had answers. Someone called me almost 2 weeks after that from their office named Denver to let me know that they were still behind and they apologize, but still had no estimated time for my services. So, by that time I had contacted another company and I explained that to him (Denver) and that the company was going to come out to start on my tree services. He explained that my contract had a nonrefundable deposit and that the timeframe that they originally gave me was just an estimate, so I shouldn’t go by that. (Strange) He then explained that he still did not have a definitive timeframe that they would come out. When I requested that they can just remove one of the trees and I’ll let the other company do the one and I can pay the balance of what I owed for one, he told me he could not do that, that it would be more. I didn’t understand why or what the problem was considering they didn’t even have a date for me. I did not hear back anything else from them for almost another week and that was from Pat arguing and being completely unprofessional with my husband and I telling us he had been sick and the reason they did not complete the job was contingent on a call from me about removing my sidewalks. That was bull because that’s not how our conversation went. I explained to him the same thing I told Denver, they can come out and remove one tree and I pay the balance (I think that was fair considering the time frame and the inconveniences they’ve caused) but he stated that he would need to come out AGAIN and give me a new estimate on the one tree removal because he had already discounted the previous services (that I still hasn’t received) . By the way, the original quote he’s given me was $1800 for two trees and we’d agreed upon $1600 as the final cost. Pat still did not have a date for them to remove my trees nor they we come to an agreement. NOTHING WAS RESOLVED. His attitude was distasteful and unapologetic. Literally never said sorry or anything of the sort . Unprofessional and rude. I am disappointed and will not ever be referring or using this company again.

I had very large tree in our backyard that split about twenty feet up and was wedged between two different neighbors tree's. I had called four different professional tree services for quotes and two of them walked away and said they did not want to tackle it. Priced Rite gave me a quote and kept with it. The crew Did a fantastic job and cleaned up very well. I normally don't give online reviews but these guys deserve it.

Priced Rite Tree Service came and gave us a price estimate for 3 trees to be removed. We agreed on a price and was told they could do the job in 4-5 weeks. Much to our surprise, they called a few days later to start the job. The whole crew were professional , efficient and EXTREMELY hard workers. It took a few days to complete due to inclement weather ( snow and rain) but we were very satisfied with the results! (Especially the cleanup). We highly recommend them for any tree services you would need.

Gordana did a wonderful job of explaining the step by step pricing and the methodology of their work. They came by and did everything as promised. They couldn't be more professional and courteous. We had a tree fall on the house during strong winds! Called insurance, they cannot check on roof until tree is removed. Called many companies for removal of tree. Gordana returned my call in 20 minutes and stopped by to give me an estimate in another 1/2 hour! Quote was reasonable and time estimate 2 to 5 days due to weather. Matt and his team were great and were completely done on the 3rd day when the weather was a little better.

Price Rite did an excellent job in removing the bug tree in our backyard. We contacted 5 different tree companies and they are the ones who responded quick and gave us a good estimate. Gordana is really helpful and answered all our questions. They are very professional in taking the big tree in our backyard and they left everything clean. They are also quick and efficient. Jason and his team did a great job with my trees. There was no damage to my lawn and they cleaned up beautifully. My neighbors were over as soon as they were done to get get the information from me. The price was very reasonable and they were right on time. I will use them again.

We had a tree fall due to the storms that came through. I had people showing up left and right offering to take care of it. Priced Rite is the only one I called and I am so happy I went with them. They were professional and friendly and did an outstanding job. When they left except for the fact the tree was no longer there, you couldn’t even tell the tree had even fallen. They cleaned up everything. They will be the only tree service I use going forward.

Had a tree removed that was dying and trimming done on a neighbor's trees that were growing over the fence to our yard and starting to hit our garage. The crew was very personable and friendly and answered all my questions. The clean-up was amazing. There were not even twigs on the ground when they finished. I was very happy with the work they did and I highly recommend them.

PRICED RITE will be the only tree service that I will be using from now on! I called and set up an appointment to get an estimate to have 2 trees removed. Gordana arrived on time, explained how the trees would be taken down, and what was included in the price. I accepted the estimate. The PRICED RITE crew arrived and took the trees down. They stayed and cleaned up the mess even though it had gotten dark out. They came back the next day to grind the stumps. The crew filled in the holes and cleaned the yard and street so well - you couldn't tell they were ever there. They did a phenomenal job! What a hard working and professional crew, excellent customer service, and quality work. Pat and Gordana are very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain everything to the customer. PRICED RITE is a great company to call when you need to have a tree removed.

Pat Came out and gave estimate after storm had almost uprooted a tree. We threw in some other overdue work, after all was completed, I would say I am completely satisfied, although the price seemed like a lot I saw how much work was involved. I think it was a fair price, and given that the tree was about to fall on the house I was not taken advantage of. They had done previous work and was similarly satisfied. The clean up was exceptionally done. Crew led by Steve and Chris and Matt. That work extremely hard.

I was initially disappointed in the follow up after my tree was cut down. I hadn't read the reviews regarding customer service, and follow-ups, and probably could have avoided my issue, if I had taken the advice of other reviewers, and refused to pay, until the job was done. Anyway - I posted a negative review on Monday, and 20 minutes after it was posted the Job foreman called and said they'd have someone out to do the repairs the next day. I find it just the tiniest bit amusing, that I couldn't even expect a callback until I posted my negative review, and then within minutes of posting, I had a promise of service the following day. They did come out the next day, and did a thorough job of filling in the holes in my yard and my neihbors yard, and even leveled out a low spot for me at no additional charge. I guess I would still recommend that if you use their service that you not make final payment until you are satisfied that the job is completed.

Received a val-pak coupon for this company. Perfect timing! We needed some trees removed in front of our house. We called and left a message. No reply at all. Seems like a waste of $$ to send those mailers out and then ignore inquiries. There was also a coupon for another tree service in the same val-pak mailer. Called them. They called back. They came out to give an estimate. They completed the job yesterday. Great price and great work. Each of the 5 workers also got a cash tip.

Priced Rite did a great job removing a large tree near assorted power lines, and then grinding out the stump. They offered a 20% discount for having the service done in their off season. They have state of the art equipment that doesn't tear up your lawn like a full-sized truck would, and they even lay down plywood to further protect your lawn as a smaller machine travels back and forth to remove the downed tree parts. Their clean-up was impeccable! I would highly recommend Priced Rite!!

Priced Rite Tree Service did an excellent job trimming and removing branches from a number of trees on our property. They were extremely knowledgeable regarding which limbs/branches to remove. Their crew cleaned up all debris and left our property in better condition than when they arrived. We highly recommend them.

Priced Rite Tree Service did a great job at our property. They cut over 32 trees down, cut the stumps as close to the ground as possible, did major clean up of dead branches and brush. I couldn’t have asked for a better job from the crew who were professional and friendly. Gordonna was our go to person, walked the property with us more then once, gave us our estimate, and was always available to answer our questions, and make sure the job was completed in a timely manner and to our expectations. Had 3 trees cut down in my backyard. One tree was very large with massive stump and roots. Priced Rite removed all trees, stumps and roots without issue. Had a couple quotes from a couple other companies and none of these companies could guarantee the removal of stumps. Priced Rite guaranteed it and even reseeded and fertilized the areas of stump removal. There was no debris or anything left in my yard either. Excellent company that does excellent work. I highly recommend using them. Very good price for the work that was done as well. I couldn't be more impressed with the work that was done.

Crew was very professional and on time. Respectful of property and definitely know what they are doing. They removed 5 trees from my yard, with one being a very large and tall (80 ft) maple tree. Not only did they remove all the trees, the crew did an awesome job cleaning up after the trees were down. Very pleased and would recommend highly to anyone looking for tree service.
