10/10 would recommend. I have been coming here for a few years now for all my financial needs. Aby has always been my to go to when it comes to loans, taxes, advice ect. She is such a delight and is always warm and welcoming, the whole staff is. I always go in knowing that if I have any issues or concerns that they are going to be resolved. Talking finances can be tough and scary but I can trust that I am always fully informed and safe when it comes to my finances here at world. I applied on a Thursday and here it is going on Monday and I still have not heard back about my application status. I was told by Jennifer that they would contact me back within an hour of that day. Days later I am still waiting. I am getting ready to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest no one give them any of their personal information. It is very fishy that they are operating even online the same way that they do in the office from other viewers that I am not reading about. This could well be some sort of scam.

I took out a loan and I get to the very end of paying it and some type of way for the last 3 months of my last payments I end having to pay more the following month than what was told to me. I truly feel that somehow I am being ripped off. It's like they tax you more towards the end. I would not ever recommend anyone to the Matteson branch. There is no way I get told one amount then the following month it's a different amount. Very unprofessional!!!!!

Lynda and Abby always help me out very professional as well as the other staff strictly about business. Very reasonable installment loans I prefer them over any pay day loans you can also help your credit with them. Work with them and they definitely work with you.

Theres a lot of words I could use to express my gratitude for this office and for the people that work at it currently would take beyond the characters of what I'm allowed to say on this review. I have nothing but good things to say about them they will always have a customer in me and I recommend anybody who needs it and if they can get you through, they got you and they got you good. Miss Aviance Hall is the best (branch manager of the office I go to) them folks up there do good work and they're very respectful.

This was the worst experience I’ve encountered. The ladies were extremely unprofessional. The process was not smooth at all. It was so bad i had to have my information transferred to another branch to receive service. The communication was very poor. Thanks for transferring my application ladies. However, I do wish that Nina and Isabelle is able to handle business a lot better than how they handled me!

I love the fast and easy., no hassle process. . They work fast, and they have very professional customer service.

So rude and unprofessional, I was approved for a loan then I come in to bring my documents and was told my credit had to be run again because the app was old but it was them that took forever to respond to my application, I called multiple times to check on the status and was told they were still processing it. Then one day I get a letter saying it’s been approved, after the second letter, I called and the young lady I spoke with says to bring in certain documents, fine, I take them in and now I’m denied. The employees are walking around in their socks, the place smells like cigarettes so bad my asthma began to flair up, there’s no privacy, I can hear other customers information and vice versus and since this is sensitive information about your credit and personal business, that’s very unprofessional. I was told an address came up that didn’t belong to me and they acted as if I was lying. Abigail is rude and has snotty attitude, I’m glad I didn’t get the loan from them, I used another loan company and was approved in minutes..I will NEVER consider them again or refer them!

Highly recommend after running into such rude people to get a loan I looked this place up and did the app and they called in a reasonable time I initially talked to Abby whom was very professional and polite!!!
